今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

今天上午第三节下课后，我和王惠宇、施甜、孙思雨到操场上玩跑步比赛。我跑到中间的时候差点摔跤，不过，我坚持住了。跑到终点时，我朝后面看一看，怎么大家都比我跑得慢啦？我说：“ 那我们重比一次吧”。第二次，我和王惠宇跑成了平手。我想和王惠宇再来一场，不过我都累了，一点力气都没有了，我就歇了一会儿。上课铃声响了，我们就进教室了，我和王惠宇商量好我们下次还 玩跑步比赛。

前几天王惠宇跑得慢 ，我教他跑步的姿势，告诉他跑步的时候手臂不能放下来，脚步还要跨大一点才能跑得快。

今天晚上，我们一家三口来到广场跑步。晚上广场的人真多，散步的，跑步的，聊天的……什么人都有。爸爸找借口说他刚吃过饭跑不动，我和妈妈就顺着广场跑了起来，

因为前段时间忙着期末考试，将近十天没跑步了，今天跑起来还真有点累，四圈下来，我和妈妈累得气喘吁吁，汗水顺着脸颊直往下流，我庆幸老妈比较明智，把早晨的跑步改到了晚上，这样锻炼完后，回家就可以冲凉，多爽！

跑完步，我来到器械场地，爸爸让我双腿勾在双杠上，他扶着我做仰卧起坐，我整个身子倒挂着，感觉世界是颠倒的，我昏头转向，血一个尽往头顶冒，妈呀，这怎么能做？我憋不住“哈哈”笑起来，更没劲了。最后，还是爸爸托着我的后背才起来，这个动作太有难度了，我做了几个，就没劲了。

算了，我还是去扔实心球吧。小小的铅球（1千克）抓在我的手里，我怎么觉得如此沉重？更别提扔了，一不留神，铅球掉了下来，差点砸到我的脚。我重新抓起球，背部倾斜，腿部肌肉收紧，手托着球举到耳边，用出全身力气往前扔。铅球抛出一个漂亮的弧线，稳稳地落在地上，又“咕噜”滚到爸爸脚边，“嗯，姿势不错。”爸爸赞扬道。

我受到鼓舞，又一鼓作气扔了十个。

妈妈则站在一边连连称赞：“嗯，有进步。”

第一次晚锻炼就这样结束了，明天继续。

清晨醒来，本想继续窝在被褥中，突然想起早起的目的，立即整装出发。晨翅。

一千米。我仍旧规律的慢跑着，这时枝头上各种鸟儿互相竞鸣。就像交响乐一样。白头翁、绿绣眼、野鸽、麻雀等许多说不出名字的鸟在远方飞行、歌唱，近处则有鸟儿在街上徘徊，喳喳的声音彷佛它们在交谈一样，我加快了速度。飞翔。

两千米。阳光滑到了我头上，洒下一片金黄，而我徜徉在光芒中，享受那暖至心房的温度，脚越来越酸痛，每一步就像抬起巨石般困难，呼吸开始急促，找不到规律，只剩温暖支撑着我，避免双脚陷入冰冷酸苦的手里。振翅。

三千米。我渐渐放慢速度，看着店家张罗客人，听着他们的吆喝声，闻到阵阵吐司香，我忍不住买了一份，尝着甜甜微焦的吐司，坐下来让已无感觉的双脚休息，微风吹过，真是舒爽啊!降落。

这次的晨跑带给我新的体验，欣赏到许多美好的佳景，我的心很满足。晨跑不仅可以锻炼体力，还能观察到不一样的环境，我期待下一次的晨跑、下一次的飞翔。归巢。

耶!太好了!我期盼已久的冬季长跑终于要来临了，我的心情无比的激动。

冬季长跑是每年冬天才会有的运动，也是我最最喜欢的运动!冬季长跑是因为，我们北方地区一到冬天就会变得天气严寒，做课间操会使我们的血液得不到很好的循环，为了防止我们冻坏了而开展的一项运动，我们每次都要围着我们的大操场跑，跑上十分钟，每个人只要运动起来都会出汗的，看着鼻子里冒出来的白气，甭提有多带劲了!

今天，又要冬季长跑了，看!同学们都排着整齐的队伍，正准备起跑呢!体育老师站在同学的中间，整理队伍!

开始了，体育老师的哨声一响，同学们便跑了起来。同学们有秩序的跑着，一开始还迈着整齐的步伐，可是不大一会，队伍就散了架，有很多同学都跟不上步伐了，一圈圈的跑下来，有的同学都想躺在地上休息了，他们大口的喘着粗气，看来是体力实在不支了。

终于，跑步结束了，只听得一些同学大声的欢呼，看来要想增强我们的体质，我们还得天天锻炼啊，光靠在学校这十几分钟的跑步是达到体能训练的目标的。

冬季长跑，十分钟的耐力，对我来是是毅力的拼搏!是增加体质的最好机会，我一定要坚持下去!冬季长跑!我爱你!

经过昨天的比赛之后，今天是让我最害怕的400米比赛，但在爸爸妈妈和老师的鼓励下，我鼓起勇气，报了最考验耐力的400米。

今天的赛场可跟昨天不一样，全校的同学都来看比赛了。操场上，运动员挥洒着汗水，场边啦啦队更是心潮澎湃，一声连一声的加油此起彼伏，运动员伴随着加油声，努力拼搏。

400米比赛准备开始的时候，我很紧张。随着老师的发令枪响，我“嗖”地一声跑出了起跑线。当时我大口喘着粗气，呼吸很快，都能听到心跳声。手臂前后摆动，甩开双腿，一开始很有力，但到最后腿变得发软。就这样，跑了一圈、两圈……我跑得筋疲力尽，但慢慢的，我跑到了终点！就在那一刻，连老师都跑过来接我，还有些同学扶我回位置上，帮我倒水。当时我很激动，也很兴奋、自豪。

在这次比赛中，我得到了老师、同学的称赞和鼓励，还有运动带来的快乐和喜悦。当然这次运动会中，我有一丝小小的遗憾，就是没拿到奖牌。所以我们每天都要坚持锻炼身体，让大家明年再创佳绩！

I am a student. My name is Li Ming. I study at No.20 Middle School. The

teachers are very kind and they often help me with my lessons. I have made a lot

of friends at school. We live and work like brothers and sisters. We are very

busy, but we enjoy most of the classes. When we are free, we play games together

or have a picnic in the park. I think my school life is full of fun.

Thanksgiving which falls on the fourth Thursday of November, is one of the

biggest American holidays. This holiday started in the early 1600s after

settlers arrived in America. These people who came from Europe didnt know how

to survive in the wild new country. Luckily, they met some friendly American

Indians, who showed them how to hunt turkeys and grow corn. In the fall, after

the harvest, the settlers had a great feast. They invited the Indians to thank

them for their help. Today the tradition continues. On Thanksgiving Day,

Americans invite their friends over for a turkey dinner and give thanks for what

they have.

Today is a holiday in the West -- Christmas Eve, when I go home after

school, I see shopping malls, hotels are decorated in front of the door very

星期天，我们第四小学的秋季运动会在蒙蒙细雨中拉开了序幕。我们班在这一届的运动会中取得了非常优异的成绩。上午，航航在男子组60米跑的比赛中不畏强手，奋勇向前，为我们班获得了宝贵的第一名。

下午男子组600米跑的比赛中，还是航航不怕艰辛，顽强拼搏，在最后关头超越了所有对手又获得了第一名，还有翁睿敏也在女子600米跑的比赛中，发挥艰苦奋斗的精神，也为我们班获得了第一名的好成绩，真是巾帼不让须眉啊！

其他代表我们班级参加比赛的同学也获得了不同的名次。让我们为他们喝彩，向他们学习，希望在下一届的运动会中，我们班还能取得更好的成绩。

My favorite season is summer. It’s hot in summer. There is a summer

vacation in summer. I don’t go to school. I think many children like this

season, because they can eat ice-cream and go swimming. I can go swimming.

Sometimes I go to the beach with my parents. Sometimes I go to the swimming pool

with my friends. I usually visit many places in summer vacation.

When I was six years old, I began to go to school. The first school (which) I attended was a primary school. 已经是将近快三个月的时光了，这周除了跟以往的一样，做些琐碎的事情，更多的是以现场跟班生产实习为主，更多的了解公司的产品，生产实习是学习的一项重要环节，通过此次实习，我学到了很多课本上学不到的知识，使我更深刻地了解了外贸业务流程等知识。

这周，我感到满足和充实感，因为老板开始让我真正的接触业务了，美国一位客户通过邮箱向我询问了产品，并向我索要样品。在这过程中，我们起初是用邮箱一问一答，后来对方提出用msn联系，显然这样方便多了，但在询问中我也遇到了点问题，因为她问我的产品，其实我也不是很清楚，因为公司的一些塑料制品很多是用自己的编号的，跟她所提供的型号，编号什么的都对不上，但我对产品熟练度又不够，所以都会询问下老板是否有此类产品。但最后，我成功的完成了个开头，按对方要求寄样品(样品运费是有她出)，她也希望与我方有进一步的业务来往。虽说不知果会是怎么样，但还是个好的开头。

My schoool life is busy and fantastic. First, we have four classes in the

morning and three in the afternoon. We have to get to school before 7:30 because

we have a morning class. Second, I like my school life because teachers and my

classmates are friendly and helpful. We also have lots of after-school activies.

Third, our school environment is very beautiful, the teachers all can make their

lesson interesting and instructive. So I like my school life very much.

In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch

and supper.People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning.

There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough

sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have

vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about

at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of

food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.

Today is my nine-year-old birthday.I am very happy, because my father buys

a big cake for me and my sister just comes to Guangzhou.After dinner,my family

Now many students of Grade 9 are under too much pressure. They always feel too tired to listen to the teachers carefully in class.

It’s important for students to relax. Only in this way can they study well and be healthy. Here are some different ways to relax themselves.
