climbing The Great Wall

During the summer holidays， my fahter and I visited Beijing. On the second day after we got to Beijing， the guide took us to climb the Great Wall. On that day， it was sunny. It took us forty minutes to reach the foot of the Great Wall. It was for the first time that I saw the Great Wall. Oh， how grand and magnificent it is!

I couldn‘t wait to climb upward， taking my father‘s hand. How many people climbing the Great Wall are! My father and I took photos among the crowd as we climbed. After half an hour. I felt a little tired. My fahter encouraged me in the words， "Teng Teng， do you know that you are not a man if you fail to reach the Great Wall? Come on!" Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

星期五，我们学校开展了一年一度的长跑运动会，同学们个个兴高采烈。下午一点钟，我们排着整齐的队伍，浩浩荡荡地向操场走去，在漫长的等待中迎来了我们班涵涵的比赛。只见涵涵胸有成竹地走向起跑线上，随着一声枪声，涵涵就像一支离了弦的箭一样，飞奔出去。王老师说第一圈时要跑慢一些，要保存体力，到第二圈时再冲刺。

我牢记王老师的叮嘱，第一圈时尽量跑慢一些，保存体力以便冲刺。终于到了冲刺的时候了，涵涵脚步很均匀，双臂一前一后的摇动着，长长的辫子也一甩一甩的，好像也在为她加油。快到终点时，涵涵头一昂，胸一挺，像一头欢快的小鹿直奔终点，终于取得了第一名。涵涵不愧是我们班的飞毛腿!

不仅涵涵厉害，我们班的涛涛也毫不逊色。他个子大，他跑起步来可厉害哩!这不，他这回参加的可是1500米的长跑呢!比赛开始了，涛涛面对那些高个子毫不示弱。我们这些拉拉队呢!也扯着嗓子为涛涛加油。最后涛涛不负众望，取得了较好的成绩。
