我觉得作者很善于反思，每次遇到挫折都会去分析背后的原因、自己的心态。我同意她说的“不要让恐惧来为你做决定”。有时候一件事还没开始我们就放弃了，可能就是因为害怕失败的恐惧在作祟。还有她说要像傻子一样去坚持，不要计较是不是能很快看到成效。她也说不要和别人比，因为人外有人，要和昨天的自己比，看今天的自己是不是有进步。这些信念支撑着她一步一步走向了成功。

My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

I met a girl called Sue on the Intemet.We are of the same age.And we talked

happily with each other. So we decided to write to each other daily, of course

through e-mail.We can write down what we feel and what we think and then forward

to each other.We also try to write in English. She once lived in the United

States with her parents, so she can speak native English.In this way, we are

getting closer and closer. And furthermore both of our English has improved

quickly and greatly.How nice it is to have a "pen pal" !

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

爸爸对我说：“看谁先到终点。”我听了这个话，就一鼓作气向前冲，跑到了半路，我停下来了，说：“先休息一下吧!”过了一会，我又开始跑了，不一会终于到永宁公园。可是爸爸比我先到的，爸爸跟我讲了一句话，跑步一开始要慢点，然后再加快速度，这样子就不会感觉累，有足够力气跑到最后。

听了爸爸的话，我算是明白了，在公园玩了一会，我们有往回跑，这一次我不像刚才那样急着跑了，照爸爸说的道理去做。结果我先回到了家。爸爸摸着我的头，说：“儿子做得不错!”我听了爸爸的话心里像吃了蜜一样甜。

我们家有个大墩墩，他的名字为什么叫墩墩呀?原来，墩墩是一只金狐(仓鼠)，他刚来我们家的时候和娇娇一样大，现在娇娇还是那么的弱小，但墩墩已经长成一个大片了，已是娇娇两到三倍了，天呀!所以现在，我开始施行墩墩减肥计划。

大家都知道：减肥在于运动。可墩墩不爱运动，他只是看看跑步机，就去吃吃睡睡了。这怎么能行。他现在都快比大他两个多月的哥哥(嘟嘟)大了。不行，只能跑步、跑步、再跑步。忽然一个妙计在我的脑子里油然而生。我把跑轮放在笼子外，让他看到窝，这样就强制他跑步了。

这招果然灵。他就使劲地跑了起来，我高兴呀!喜悦呀!他终于跑步、跑步、跑步了!他跑得飞快，四只小腿使劲地捯，那个快呀，都看不清他的腿了。他也真是糊涂，没我的IQ高。他跑了半天怎么还不到家呀，真是又急又气，跑得满身大汗，毛都湿了。他又加快了脚步，四只小脚都快成了一条线了。“今儿怎么那么倒霉呀!哎!命真苦。嗨!谁让我长得那么胖的。老鼠的命就是苦，你说我长这么胖有什么不好呀，不就是吃的多点，睡的多点嘛。你瞧我自己都不在乎，你还操什么心呀!”

我看他实在是太累了，就把他放回笼了，明天继续。
