刚开始跑步的时候，我们都热情澎湃，一下课，就像一群豹子一样，飞快的冲下楼去，迅速的站到了指定位置。开始跑时，每一个班级都似乎是一条龙一样弯弯曲曲、绵延不断，可跑完后，就“大事不 妙”了，队伍就像音符一样左右跳跃，一个个东倒西歪，而我的脸就像苹果一样红并且气喘吁吁，喉咙里更是火冒三丈。

从次以后，我厌倦了跑步，总希望能有机会开“小差”，我把这一想法怒气冲冲地告诉了妈妈，妈妈语重心长地说：“跑步是件好事，既可以锻炼身体，又可以休息脑子……”我听了妈妈说的话后无比惭 愧的低下了头。“是呀，跑步是件好事，我要坚持。”

现在，我喜欢上了跑步，现在身体是越来越棒，而且干什么都是精神抖擞的！

今天放学，我飞快地窜上楼，扔下书包，把红领巾一甩，再夺过水杯喝一大口水，就又冲下楼去了——我又要去跑步了。

每天的早晨、下午，我都要绕着我家楼下的一条四百多米长的水泥路四圈。只要你六点十几分左右起床，就能看到我的身影。

我跑得多，跑得久，所以也见惯了一路上的“奇闻趣事”。比如说：这个人来常看三角梅，每一次都被那只“守梅”的大黄狗吓一大跳，但他还是会常来；有一个人同手同脚地走路，还把手脚抬得高高的，更“有趣”的是她还天天穿着显眼的衣服，似乎担心别人看不见她……

在日复一日的奔跑中，我发现这世界什么稀奇事都有。

星期二，我们测试了400米跑步。

老师把同学分为了三个组，哈!第一组没有我，我趁机还能在休息一会儿，

嘻嘻……第一组要说实力强的那就属高涵和陈子明了，本来高涵稳拿第一的事儿，可是在半路上，忽然倒下了!原来是不舒服!结果陈子明拿了第一啊——要我们这一组的啦，惨兮兮啦……老师一声令下，我冲了出去，本来我遥遥，但是在一个急转弯是王晨和王珏超过了我，这是本能的!跑完一圈下来，我感觉到有一些体力不支，我的速度明显减慢了，不行了，不行了，实在跑补动了，老师看见了我，对我大声喊：“快点!快点!”我进行了最后冲刺，那一刻，我几乎是闭着眼睛跑过去的，因为我实在没劲儿了……最后跑了1分27秒，嗯，还不错啦!

我本以为王晨是第一，结果却出乎意料，第三组的韩志远却跑出了1分07秒的好成绩，天哪，不可思议!

上午举行的都是一些基本项目，我进行的还算顺利。可是一到下午，我就变得有些紧张了，因为等待我的是400米的往返跑。

下午大概12：30左右，储老师领着我们来到了400米跑的场地，只见12个标志立在了跑道这头和另一头。红白相间的跑道与橙色的标志，使整个场地的气氛变得特别的紧张，让我这个一向自信的女孩，也变得有一点儿莫名的害怕。

时间过得飞快，一转眼就到我了，我很激动，仿佛能够听见我的心脏，在“扑腾!扑腾!”地跳，内心都狠狠地捏了一把汗。

哨声吹响，跑道上的六个人像六匹慢跑的马一样，从起跑线慢慢地向对面跑去。

我轻轻松松地跑完了第一圈，有点累累的跑完了第二圈，气喘吁吁的跑完了第三圈，第四圈，开始冲刺了。我使出吃奶的劲儿，拿出了自己最快的速度，冲完这最后一圈。跑完时，我已是上气不接下气，看了一下成绩，1分49秒，还行，比上次进步了9秒。

4. 养成积累词语的习惯

5. 英语日记中的缩写与省略

英语写作中经常会有缩略语，比如：Nov. / November. Apr. / April
