跑步是我十分喜欢的一项运动。学校每次有跑步的时候，我都要报名参加。因为跑步可以强身健体，加足血液循环，让我快快长高。

我每天课间休息时，都会到超场跑两圈，有些同学受我的影响也跟着我跑。跑步看起来简单，其实操着起来并不是那么容易。首先是起跑：也就是先蹲下，脚向后一蹬再跑。然后慢跑也就是中间长距离那一段，要保持平稳的速度跑。最后是冲驰跑：也就是要跑完的时候，使出吃奶的劲努力向前冲，直到跨过终点线。这样才是一个完整的跑步过程。

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

I will have a good rest. January 25 2008 It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today。

又是一个炎热的下午，想到又要去室外上体育课，本来因为获奖的高兴劲也就随之而去了。

看来还是“天助我们也”，刚到操场，毛毛细雨开始飘飘洒洒，刚才的高兴劲又油然而生，看着老师教我们回教室的手语，别提有多高兴了！可是这该死的老天，又放晴了。就这样来来回回了好几次，体育课还是没能避免，哎……

“这节体育课练习加速跑，然后再跑一组往返接力，就下课。”体育老师严肃的说。人群中发出一片唏嘘声。这天气，别说跑，就是站在这里也是汗如雨下。

跑不要开始了，我是第一个跑，我迈出右脚，抬起左臂，目视前方，作出起跑的姿势，啊，天空又飘下了小雨，哈哈，不用跑了，谁能想到，老师的嘴里却“倒”出一句：别人能跑，为什么我们不能？”哼，气死我也。

我的运动神经又一根根的绷紧，随时准备“离弦”，一声哨响，我飞跑而去，脚步与风摩擦出声音，我慢慢地超越了几位同学，但是我还不能放松，加速，再加速，在蒙蒙细雨中，我冲过了终点，尽管我不是第一第二第三，但是，我至少努力过，奋斗过，随之，一种成就感油然而生。

跑步过后，必是大汗淋漓，但是我也从汗水中领悟到了一个道理：做任何事情，只要你努力过，拼搏过，奋斗过，哪怕是最后，你还是能问心无愧的对自己说一声：我真的努力了。

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always

brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious.

When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign

teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at

once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my

speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch

and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from

how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Hope they will

enjoy everyday when they get together. So romantic!

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

Today I`m not doing homework. I`m making dumplings. After that, we`re

having lunch, my grangfather is saying to each other" Happy New Year", I`m

saying to him" the same to you". We`re laughing. In the afternoon, I`m going

shopping with my brother and sister. Two hours later, we`re getting home, we`re

playing computer. Today is a happy day.
