不知道从什么时候开始，我爱上了一项新的运动——晨跑，以至于现在养成了习惯，只要不是大雾或者下雨天，我每天早晨都会早早的起床，去跑上两三公里。

晨跑的路上并不寂寞，一路上不时地能够看到一些早起锻炼的人们，有的人在打太极拳，有些人在做操，而有些人则和我一样在晨跑。有些每天早上都会看到我得大人们，还会亲切的跟我打招呼，我也会有礼貌的向他们回礼。不仅仅是人们，小动物们也是早早的就起床了。俗话说，早起的鸟儿有虫吃，小鸟们早早的已经在树枝上面叽叽喳喳了起来。小松鼠也是在树上爬来爬去，十分的活泼可爱。湖里面有时候还会出现白白的小鸭子，咕哇咕哇的叫着，声音特别的悦耳。夏天的时候，有时候还能看到早上出生的朝阳，那一抹金黄，让人看了就永远忘不了。

我爱晨跑，以为可以见到美好的景色，可爱的动物以及亲切的人们，或许这才是晨跑真正乐趣所在吧！

星期五，我们学校开展了一年一度的长跑运动会，同学们个个兴高采烈。下午一点钟，我们排着整齐的队伍，浩浩荡荡地向操场走去，在漫长的等待中迎来了我们班涵涵的比赛。只见涵涵胸有成竹地走向起跑线上，随着一声枪声，涵涵就像一支离了弦的箭一样，飞奔出去。王老师说第一圈时要跑慢一些，要保存体力，到第二圈时再冲刺。

我牢记王老师的叮嘱，第一圈时尽量跑慢一些，保存体力以便冲刺。终于到了冲刺的时候了，涵涵脚步很均匀，双臂一前一后的摇动着，长长的辫子也一甩一甩的，好像也在为她加油。快到终点时，涵涵头一昂，胸一挺，像一头欢快的小鹿直奔终点，终于取得了第一名。涵涵不愧是我们班的飞毛腿!

不仅涵涵厉害，我们班的涛涛也毫不逊色。他个子大，他跑起步来可厉害哩!这不，他这回参加的可是1500米的长跑呢!比赛开始了，涛涛面对那些高个子毫不示弱。我们这些拉拉队呢!也扯着嗓子为涛涛加油。最后涛涛不负众望，取得了较好的成绩。

时间如流水，运动会圆满结束。在这次比赛中，我们班可取得了较好的成绩

今天，我要和小明进行一场跑步比赛。

我套上袜子，穿好运动鞋，整理了一下运动服来到了跑道上。我站在起跑线上，扭扭腰，甩甩手，疏松疏松筋骨，做好一切准备工作，就等着裁判说开始了。

“预备。”裁判大声喊道。我顿时紧张起来了，觉得脚有点僵硬了。我给自己打气，自言自语：“别紧张，要相信自己的实力。”听了这句话，我觉得自己放松了许多，我重新摆好了预备动作，等待裁判下令。

“开始！”裁判一声令下，我撒腿就跑。我拼命地来回摆动着手臂，大步大步地向前跑。到了中途，我的脸开始涨红了，腿也酸了。但我咬紧牙关，坚持向前跑着“不能输，我一定得赢！”我暗暗告诉自己。

“加油！加油！”同学们大声喊道，加油声此起彼伏，听到了这些话，我又有了力量。我用眼角瞟了一下小明，他看上去比我还累，手也摆不动了，脚步也慢了，但他咬着牙坚持在跑。“我也不能落后。”我使尽全身的力气，憋足了气，迈开大步，冲向终点。

“胜利啦！”同学们的欢呼声响彻云霄，最终，我获得了胜利。

这真是一场惊心动魄的比赛。

August 7,2014 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to

grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions.

Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV.

Spring Festival ，known as the Chinese New Year， is the most important holiday in China.From late January to early February，Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year.They clean their houses ，have their hair cut，and buy new clothes .Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular.To those who live far away from their home，this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family.The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

this week i didn’t do many wonderful things.

i went to learn developing film with my classmates on july 1st. it was easy and we all got good marks.

on july 4th,i went to school to learn,because i will be a junior three student soon. we would have to learn some lessons in advance. the weather was very hot. but i didn’t feel that learning lessons was boring. some teachers are new. they are good i think,although they are all looked strict. and the lessons were not too bad.

this week was the beginning of this summer holiday,but it was really typical .

Dont you see the heavy smokes from the big chimneys? Dont you smell the gas from the motors all around the streets? Weve got much dirtier air! The iceburgs are melting from the warmer winter because of the air pollution!

我从现在开始练习跑步。每天晚上我和妈妈都到楼下练习跑步。我先慢跑几圈，作为跑步前的热身。接着，我又练习了100米跑。妈妈细心的教我跑步，他说：“手臂摆动的频率和腿要快，脚尖踩地，身子前倾。只要多加练习，会跑的越来越快。”然后，我就按照妈妈的教的要领坚持每天练习。我发现我跑的越来越快了。我心里想，啊!终于有成绩了，太好了!

通过，练习跑步，我懂得了，做什么事情都要坚持，只要坚持就是胜利!加油，我会跑的越来越快的!

“一年一度的运动会”终于盼来了，我经过了早上激烈的200米预赛又迎来了下午的400米决赛。这一次高手如云，让我十分紧张。

老师把我们这一群生机勃勃的运动员们带到了各各跑道上。个个运动员雄赳赳，气昂昂的，大家精神抖擞地在做准备动作。我一会儿压压腿，弹跳了几下;一会儿伸伸手，弯动了几下腰。

裁判员高高地举起信号枪，高喊：“各就各位”，正在这时，我们把腰弯了一点下来，做好起跑的准备。“砰!”一声枪响，运动员们好像离弦的箭似的，向前冲去。我在第一跑道上疾驰。开始，我远远地落在后面。我豁出了一切，越跑越快。就在第二圈时抓住机会，在快接近弯道时，我用尽全身力气，迅猛地冲去，一下子我就变到了第二的位置。我一看前方，原来他是三年级时打破全段记录的陈拓，我有点胆怯，不敢猛追。快到终点了，我想追也追不上了。他向终点冲去，我也冲向终点，得了第二。我看了一下成绩表，难以置信的是我离陈拓只相差了两秒。我真后悔，如果抓紧两秒钟冲上去，就能获一枚金牌，可世界上没有后悔这种药啊!

我只得了个第二名，可与上几个学期第三比，有进步。我下定决心：下一学期运动会的目标是取得一枚金光闪闪的金牌。

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends.

I made a decision today. Becuase I often lose my confidence, I decide tell myself ‘go’ in front of mirror after getting up every day. I believe this will make me confident. Thus, I can do things I want bravely. Now, I will say, ‘Keep going’.
