Its a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

Last week my parents and I went to Europe for a visit. We had a wonderful time there.

It took us about ten hours to fly from Beijing to Budapest, Hungary. And then we visited France, Germany, Italy and other countries. Europe was really beautiful.

The sky was blue, and the sunshine was bright. There were not so many tall buildings there as we had expected. Most of the people there were polite and friendly.

I was glad that when I spoke a little English, they all understood. After we stayed there for half a month, I began to miss my hometown. I couldnt live there for a whole life, though it was beautiful.

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!".

quickly,then,I thought,where I am?Oh,that is my dream,just a dream.

昨晚发生了一件有趣的事情。晚上，当我睡觉的时候，我梦到自己睡在一只狗的身上。这只狗突然跳起来，并且冲着我大叫：“我要吃了你，你闻起来太美味了。”我吓的快速的逃跑。。。“呤呤呤”我在一阵响亮的声音中醒来，然后想：我在哪?哦，我在做梦，幸好那仅仅是一个梦。

因为已经有一段时间没有进行长跑练习了，也不知道还能不能跑得动，所以准备只跑1500米(5圈)。赶上今天是大礼拜放假，大部分学生都回家去了，跑道上只有几位女同学在慢跑，不知道是不是她最近有什么跑步比赛。我稍微做了一下准备活动，压压腿，活动一下关节，然后就开始跑了。

起跑的同时，我按下手表上的秒表开始计时。然后每跑完一圈回到起点处时，我都看了一下时间，第一圈用时1分5秒，第二圈用了1分10秒，第三圈1分13秒左右……，最后跑下来共了5分53秒。因为这两周没有练习，并且跑步时也没有穿短裤轻装上阵，所以这个成绩似乎还不错，只是跑下来后喉咙有些灼痛的感觉。

今天这次跑步为什么状态还好呢?我想可能是因为我受了前段时间拉弧圏球要放松手腕的启发，今天在跑的时候，我的手臂比较放松，摆臂时尽量加大幅度，小臂与大臂之间的角度也随着摆臂动作有一定的开合变化，这样就带动步伐也变大了一些。我终于明白为什么上次跑步比赛之前的每次训练时都感觉到吃力，迈不开步伐了——原来就是摆臂动作没有做好的原因，手臂过于紧张，没有充分地甩动起来。以后再练习长跑时一定要注意放松手臂，校正摆臂的动作，相信会发挥出更好的水平来。

学校的运动会结束了，这真是一个充满欢乐的盛会。

这次运动会，我觉得最有趣的是接力赛。接力赛开始前老师说：“接力赛要团结，才能取得好成绩。”比赛开始了，运动员们各就各位，裁判员一声令下，白千惠“嗖”的一下就跑了出去，她很快把接力棒传给了谢羽畅，谢羽畅拼命地跑，连头发都立起来了。终于轮到我了，好紧张呀！

我一接到棒，就使出吃奶的力气，拼命地向前跑。

就这样，同学们你追我赶，接力赛结束了。我们班取得了好成绩，同学们互相拥抱，感到非常高兴和自豪。

这次运动会真令我难忘！

Im so happy today because I got RMB 3,000 in "Lucky Money. "Grandpa alone gave me RMB 1,000. I must try to save this for college though and not waste it. But I think Ill allow myself to use part of it to buy a new dress tomorrow and then Ill put the rest un the bank.

Saturday March 23rd

Today I stayed at home. So I was very bored. I didn’t know what to do. My

aunt said, “ Help me buy a packet of sugar.” “All right.” I said. I went out of

my house, then walked into the supermarket. After buying, I saw a little boy

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing

basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a

small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against

some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

My Weekend

I have happy weekend.
