裁判员说完：”开始“，只见”刷“的一声，李明泽那一排冲了出去，他就像飞奔的骏马一样跑得飞快。跑在第二的王文圣也不甘落后，紧追不舍，虽然跑得像风似的，也追不上李明泽，李梦泽 的了第一名。

到我们这一排了，我迫不及待的想跑了，只见裁判员一声令下，我们一排的每个成员好像踩了风火轮似的跑得飞快。

我和郭昊在比赛前说好看谁能跑第一，我们跑得不相上下，我觉得旁边的树好像怕我似的个个往后退。

虽然我没有跑过郭昊，我决定以后再和他比个高低。

虽然我已经汗流浃背了，但是我很开心。

October 12, 2009, Monday Fine

It is universally acknowledged that Senior Three is undoubtedly a critical phase of life. The school life is extremely busy, so our monitor suggests that we have an outing to relax ourselves this weekend.

It is terrific! After a month s study, I feel we really need a break for one day, and so do some of my friends. Senior Three should not be filled with study only and relaxation is also an important part. Sometimes relaxation is more useful than an hour s hard work. While having an outing, we can relax ourselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery of autumn --- yellow leaves, attractive sunset against the blue sky and so on. Isn t it enjoyable? Last  Sunny, my parents and I went to visit my grandma. My grandma was glad about our coming, so she had already prepared a lot of delicious fruit and delicious dishes. We had a happy time at the table.

Saturday, my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient

little ducks swimming in the bowl. My in the mind have a little not to eat them.

I woke up at two oclock in the afternoon today. There was nothing to eat

in the house so I went outside.

The weather is become hotter and hotter.Today afternoon,my brother came my
