在三年级下学期时，我的跑步速度十分的惊人——非常快，有些同学不信，一次又一次地向我挑战，他们都努力地跑啊跑，可每次都被我远远地甩在了后面，被我战败后，他们叹了一口气，但是他们并没有气馁，再次向我挑战，这次他们可是使出了吃奶的劲儿更加努力地跑起来，想超越我。可我还是羸了他们!，几场比赛下来，从此我就有了“跑步四大天王之首”的称号。

这学期快要结束了，体育老师要测试我们50米跑步的成绩，当喊到我和翁颢洋出列比赛时，我自信满满地走到了预跑线后，准备起跑。这时，耳边传来了同学们为我加油呐喊的声音：“毛睿，加油!毛睿，必羸!”他们的声音犹如雷霆一般，在我的身体里迅速地迸发出一种奇特的力量，宋老师一吹哨子，我像箭一样地冲出去，像风一样的穿过人群，飞一样地跑起来，我摆动双臂，奋力前进，瞬间就以8秒17的成绩战胜了翁颢洋，羸得了全班第一的成绩。

下课后，许多同学把我围起来，有的说，毛睿，你真牛!跑了全班第一名哦;有的人说，毛睿，下次我一定要超过你!

晚上我把成绩告诉了爸爸妈妈，他们都对我伸出了大拇指：儿子，你是我们的骄傲!

一年一度的长跑比赛在朋友们的期盼中再次拉开了帷幕。我是拉拉队员，我同样热情高涨，欢欣鼓舞。

比赛开始了，第一轮出场的运动员个个精神抖擞，身体健壮。他们站在起跑线上斗志昂扬，一副誓死争光的样子。只听裁判员大吼一声“跑”，运动员顿时如离弦的箭一样，飞了出去。

起初，我们的队员遥遥领先，可后来，由于体力不支，渐渐放慢了脚步，眼看后面的那个朋友，就要超过了他。我们拉拉队员急红了眼，加油！加油！加油！我们用最高分贝。声嘶力竭地喊着。他听到了我们的呼喊，竭尽全力地加快了速度，终于又和后面的同学拉开了距离，我们稍稍送了一口气。

离终点越来越近了，十步，九步，八步……朋友们的加油声也越来越紧了。但是，在最后的瞬间，后面的同学还是超过了他。虽然他只取得了第二名，我们依然为他而感到骄傲。

愉快而有意义的比赛结束了。虽然我们的队伍没有拿到第一，但是我并不遗憾。运动场上的矫健的身影，不屈的斗志，合作的力量……犹如一场精彩的跑步交响乐，演奏者光荣团结，希望和永不言败的乐章。

今天我们下午跑了步，本来我能跑第三，都怪我掉以轻心，就怪那个“尚于函”，马老师说：“先跑慢一点，然后快到终点的时候再冲刺。”然后我就按着马老师说的做，那个尚于函不听马老师说的，他一看我和李景哲一跑慢他就稍微一快就超过我们了，然后他就想：“既然我已经超过了他们那我还不如直接超过你们呢。”他呢一想，只是一瞬间，然后一下子超过了我们俩人，最后呀!他把我们俩人气的一下冲、冲、冲，但还没有超过他，还有几个人跑小圈就超过我们了。

第二圈我就一口气超过了尚于函，可是他跑小圈，又把我超过了，把我气得横冲直撞，一下又冲、冲、冲，可是像没动一样，还是那个距离，最后跑完了，他又跑了第二，我跑了第四。

我明天一定要加油超过他!

如果有人问我：“你在寒假里做过了什么体育活动？”我会说：“做过了跑步比赛！”

有一天，我到奶奶家完，觉得没事做，便坐下来看电视。妹妹婉仪走出来对我说：“我们来一个跑步比赛，怎么样？”“好！”我和妹妹敏贤一致赞同。

我们来到屋外。路线是从起跑点跑到斜坡上。一切准备好了，婉仪大声说“预备——跑！”我们便飞快地往终点跑去。开始，我一马当先，便骄傲起来，一边跑，一边想：你们这些小豆丁也想跑过我， 没门！我快步跑到了终点，第一次我赢了。

第二次开始了，我想：这次我放慢脚步，看你们也追不上，哼！我真的放慢了脚步。一开始妹妹们落在了我后面，快到终点时，妹妹们全力冲刺，冲过了终点。唉，这一次输给了妹妹。

通过这次比赛，我明白了：骄傲是不可得的，骄傲会使人落后。
