I went out to have dinner with father today.I should make toast during the dinner but there was no juice availabe. so i had a bottle of beer. my face turned red but i was not drunk.I dont think beer tastes bad but i wont like have it too much because i am only a student.

今天早上我要开始晨跑，有可能会很累，但是我一定会坚持的。

早上七点的闹钟响起了，闹钟响起的时候，我的内心是非常难受的，起床对于我来说是一件非常困难的事情，可以既然已经准备好了，就一定要坚持，何况这是第一天，我给自己鼓劲，加油，终于我的内心战胜了自己，我从床上起来，开始收拾，最后穿上自己的装备出门。

一开始的路程是慢慢的步行，先让自己的身体热起来，不一会的功夫，我的脚步在慢慢的变快，从步行变成了跑步，这也是我最想要的，在原来没有晨跑的时候，我以为没有人锻炼，可是现在看来，锻炼的人越来越多，我跑着跑着，一个老爷爷也在晨跑，我们两个就这样从跑步慢慢的认识了，我们一路跑着，没有停止，一路上我们聊了很多，基本上都是关于跑步的事情，跟老爷爷聊完之后，让我很喜欢上跑步了，以后的我会每一天都坚持的。

回到家后，浑身都湿透了，我慢慢的脱下衣服，首先是洗我身上已经湿透了的衣服，洗完之后，我开始洗澡，感觉锻炼完之后的身体特别的舒服，这一项运动我会一直的坚持，再说这也是和老爷爷的约定。

今天的晨跑圆满结束，我会一直坚持下去的。

Today,my parents take me to Qingdao.I see the beautiful blue sea.Some

people are playing games near the seaside,and also many people are swimming in

the water.We stay in the water for about one hour and then come back to the

beach for lunch.I eat many many sea food.What a nice day!

want to start running after school. I am not very tall, I want to do the

This winter holiday I stayed at home. I am happy because my father and my

mother could spend more time with me during the Spring Festival. Besides, on the

eve of the Spring Festival, we had a great family reunion dinner and then we

My New Deskmate

My new deskmate is a boy of sixteen. His name is Zhang Gao. He is 1.8

meters tall. His strongly-built body and sun-tanned skin make him look like a

sportsman. He has two big dark eyes under a pair of thick eyebows. It seems that

they are always smiling at you. Compared with my yellow hair, his hair is black

and thick. He speaks a little bit fast but very clearly. However, he likes to

Today my parents took me to my grandfather’s house. I played with my

Today, we went to Petrified national park. We went to a trail called Crystal Forest. We saw Petrified wood. They are like gems. By the continental drift, it was hard for plants to survive. Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.
