Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

Evening came at last. Many of my classmate came to my home. they bought me

lots of beautiful presents. they all said,"Happy birthday to you!" We sang

birthday songs happily.then my parents brought out a big birthday cake, saying,

"We love you for ever. Happy birthday!"

August 3rd，20__ Fine

Today we buy many clothes， and parents take to the streets is happy， the

parents have to pay to buy things. Unlike in their street to buy things they

like to take a long time but saw the price， Ha-ha， is really very happy. I love

my parents， I too thank them for the care and love.

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有许多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。

今天早上我要开始晨跑，有可能会很累，但是我一定会坚持的。

早上七点的闹钟响起了，闹钟响起的时候，我的内心是非常难受的，起床对于我来说是一件非常困难的事情，可以既然已经准备好了，就一定要坚持，何况这是第一天，我给自己鼓劲，加油，终于我的内心战胜了自己，我从床上起来，开始收拾，最后穿上自己的装备出门。

一开始的路程是慢慢的步行，先让自己的身体热起来，不一会的功夫，我的脚步在慢慢的变快，从步行变成了跑步，这也是我最想要的，在原来没有晨跑的时候，我以为没有人锻炼，可是现在看来，锻炼的人越来越多，我跑着跑着，一个老爷爷也在晨跑，我们两个就这样从跑步慢慢的认识了，我们一路跑着，没有停止，一路上我们聊了很多，基本上都是关于跑步的事情，跟老爷爷聊完之后，让我很喜欢上跑步了，以后的我会每一天都坚持的。

回到家后，浑身都湿透了，我慢慢的脱下衣服，首先是洗我身上已经湿透了的衣服，洗完之后，我开始洗澡，感觉锻炼完之后的身体特别的舒服，这一项运动我会一直的坚持，再说这也是和老爷爷的约定。

今天的晨跑圆满结束，我会一直坚持下去的。

今天，我早早地就来到体育馆，因为我盼望运动会快点到来。

到了那里，人山人海。许多运动员们都在准备起跑。比赛开始了，他们就像狂奔的小野马一样，一下子就跑到了终点。我想：他们跑得那么快，我能超过他们吗？我的心怦怦直跳，好像一个顽皮的小孩子在敲鼓，我的双手紧握着，不时地渗出汗来。

就在这时候，轮到我了。我走到起跑线上，此时的我就像一只焦急不安的小麻雀。哨声一吹响，开始跑了。大家都争先恐后地朝前跑着，我也不甘示弱，使出了全身力气奋力向前冲去，就像离弦的箭一样。风呜呜地在耳边响着，好像在催我“快点，快点，再快点。”但是，由于刚开始我把力气都用光了，到了后来我实在跑不动了。我的两条腿像灌了铅一样不听使唤，气也喘不过来，终点仿佛离我很远很远，耳边吹过的风也好像在嘲笑我：“放弃吧，你不行的。”我真想停下来啊！可是这时候我想起了吴老师的一句话：“就算你跑不到终点，走也要走到终点。”就是这句话给了我信心，“我一定要坚持下去。”我暗暗地给自己鼓劲。于是我艰难地继续朝前跑着，每迈出一步，我都在默默地为自己加油。终于跑到了终点，我欣慰地笑了。就在这时候，成绩公布了，我的成绩很不理想。

虽然这次比赛我输了，但是我觉得我得到了比冠军更宝贵的东西，它让我懂得了：坚持就是胜利，超越自己就是胜利！

Saturday,

my grandma made dumplings, one of the dumplings like obedient little ducks swimming in the bowl. My in the mind have a little not to eat them. But the smell of fragrance and let me greedy slobber, I eat up tit-bit. But I eat dumplings, the heart have a kind of feeling can not tell.

Yesterday was Tree Planting Day. The teachers asked us to plant trees at

the corner of our playground. At 3:00 in the afternoon, we got there.

Our teacher showed us how to plant trees,then we started to do it. Some dug

the pits, some put trees in them and others watered them. We planted a lot of

trees. When we finished our work, it was nearly dark.

这是以前看完《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的一篇读后感，真心觉得书中的每一句话都是那么平实而有感染力，她为了实现自己的梦想，大学和研究生都是翻越了一座一座的高山，而我的学生年代已经一去不复返，但是这本书给我的执行力加分，让我越来越能明白未来的路是要靠规划，并一步步的走出来的。

现在想想，我已经工作了将近十年，而这十年中，因为专业不精，所以我进步不大，但是我似乎总想呈现给别人“我在努力”的样子，但是最后没有一件事情坚持下来，因为我总喜欢找别人给我指导，可是不同的人有不同的想法。

我是笨鸟型，喜欢从最简单的事情由浅入深，比如我的专业，师傅说“每个人心里都应该有一台发动机”，这样，以后再碰到任何别的型号，都可以用对比的方法做到了然于胸，我就想着从画发动机模型开始，这时候有人又说了，不用这么麻烦，多去工厂看拆装就可以了，所以我放弃了当初的想法，去工厂看了一次次的拆装，可是看的过程用虽然很认真，并且有记录、有拍照、有注解，但是回来以后没有总结和复习，照片也丢了，这件事就这么搁浅了，我还会暗示自己，“瞧，我努力了，只是老天爷都不帮我”，然后，就木有然后了…

在接触时间管理理论后，我就觉得应该把每件事都尽力做到最好，虽然我几乎没有做到过，比如，每次出差回来的工作报告，最终都流于表面;比如每次开完会的会议记录，一共也没写几篇;比如每年要写一篇论文都没有实现…其实说白了，还是我的态度不够坚决，执行力不够，就像笑来老师说的：如果你在原则上不够执拗，不够决绝，你的大脑就会走捷径，因为走捷径是大脑会的、擅长的唯一的东西，你争不过它。这么多年你就是因为不够执拗、不够决绝而被它一路牵着走到这里的。是啊如果当初我坚持了自己的想法，我的模型应该都画好几个型号了，每个之间的差异肯定也了解的很清楚了，可惜，我啥也没做。

看完这本书，我就在想，别人为了梦想，可以付出到这种地步，为什么我不行呢?说一千道一万，我是因为不喜欢现在从事的这个专业，可是又有几个人是真心喜欢自己的工作呢?我又知道自己的梦想是什么吗?难道真的只是吃喝玩乐?说出来连自己都没底气吧!再过去的几年，我也出去玩了好多次，我总是享受旅行前的乐趣，享受一切尽在掌握的踏实，可在玩的过程用，我似乎也没有真正的放松，就像放假了还带一堆书回来想读，不能浪费时间云云，可到假期结束还是一本都没有看…

所以我想，在我心里，也许早就把这份工作当成了我的梦想，我梦想着有一天像师傅那样运筹帷幄，梦想着像大师兄一样有自己的见解，梦想着像二师兄一样进步成长的那么快…虽然我现在没有喜欢上我的工作，但我可以把她变成我的爱好，至于吃喝玩乐，这并不妨碍我把工作做好啊!我可以在向师傅学习的路上，将旅行当奖励，可以在每一次有进步时，奖励自己一顿大餐，我要充分享受以后的工作和生活!

看到这篇文章一堆的感叹号，说名当时鸡血被打的挺足的，还好现在走的方向与当初依然一致，只是“吃喝玩乐”已经不是我的追求了，我现在只盼着能多些时间、快些成长。

I have a happy family.My mother is a teacher.she likes singing.and she

likes eating hot pot .she likes piaying sports.so she is very healthy.my mother

我嘛，就要上“全班前十名胖子排行榜”了，本来也没什么，胖就胖一点呗!可是，妈妈非要让我减肥，减肥嘛也没事，就是去学点什么我还能接受，可妈妈非要让我去晨跑，而且是要六点钟起床去晨跑。

根据我对妈妈的了解，她说出的事，就是板子上钉钉子，改不了的事了。我就心里想着：那闹钟把我吵醒了我就继续装睡，那你还能拿我怎么样!

可妈妈就像是我肚子里的蛔虫，看到我心里怎么想似的，又给我加了规定。竟然让我六点十分之前一定要出门，要是超过了还要语文教到哪一课课文，哪一课课文就得抄三遍。这谁受得了呀，没奈之下，我只能被妈妈逼上梁山了。

第一天还好，因为昨天晚上的话记在心里了，所以今天6：08分就出门了。因为是第一天，妈妈只让我跑三圈。因为是第一天，我也愿意跑，把它当成了跑步比赛，速度超快。没想到，才跑一圈半，就呼呼喘着粗气儿——没力气了。

第二天，我跑起来没那么费劲了，已经可以不间断的跑三圈了。

没曾想，这第四天，妈妈把圈数加到了五天，我心中就像刚刚放下的一块大石头，这上面又被压上了一块大石头。

跑五圈啦!唉!我爬起床，突然，我脑瓜一转，想出了一条对付妈妈的计策。

我乖乖地洗漱好，乖乖地和爸爸妈妈出去晨跑了。在晨跑的的过程中，我故意慢悠悠地跑，然后我一会儿对妈妈说：“我跑不动了!”一会儿又说：“我肚子痛!”就跑跑停停，磨磨蹭蹭不肯好好跑。可是，妈妈却丝毫不为所动，好像没听见我说话似的。边跑边推着让我跑，又是拉我衣服又是拉我手的，还说，再不跑就踢我屁股。唉!我冥思苦想的一条计策又泡汤了。

I have nine little goldfish. Eight goldfish are all orange and one is black. I like the black one best. We call it Xiao Hei. Its body is black. It has two big and round eyes, a small mouth, and a big tail. Though its very small, it swims fast.

I often feed them and change water for them. We are good friends.
