This morning， my friend and I went to the park by bike. A boy before us was on a bike ，too. He rode very fast. Suddenly he fell off his bike. He lay on the ground and couldnt get up. My friend and I rode up to him and tried to help him rise. He sat up but couldnt stand up， because he had his right leg broken. We decided to send him to the nearest hospital on his bike. In the hospital， he was well examined and given immediate treatment. There I phoned his home and told his parents about the matter.

His parents came to the hospital before long. After knowing what had happened they thanked us again and again. Then we said good-bye to them. Though we didnt play in the park， we felt very happy because we had done what we should.

This morning I woke up and surprisedly found that it snowed last night. After breakfast， I quickly went to school， on my way to school， I saw a man riding a bike ahead of me. He was riding too fast and hit an old woman to the ground. He didnt stop to help the woman. Instead he rode away. I hurried to the woman and helped her to sit up. At the same time， a policeman came to my help. We stopped a taxi and took the woman to the Peoples Hospital. Then I phoned the old womans family. 周考已经结束了所有的科目，可是，我发现了以前的知识有许多我都忘了，所以，有时上课我都感觉有些吃力，还有，数学，数学老师讲课速度太快，有时候，这道题还没懂下一道题就给讲完了，最重要的是，数学课速度太快，参考书总没时间看完，只能一到晚自习就拼命看数学，例如：今天老师出的三道题就有一道，我们班还没有多少人能写出。

还有英语课，每当上英语课，我希望老师上课时少讲一些语法，毕竟我们语法没有什么好的底子，初中没有接触过多少语法，现在讲那么多，我们根本就接受不了很多，语法本就是只可意会，不可言传的一门知识。

今天下午第二节课，我们英语考试。

上课前，同学们都准备的很好，上课了，我们急忙跑到教室里静息。英语老师来了，说：“今天我们考试，背你们喜欢的课文，现在开始练习。”一分钟过后，老师念同学的名字，同学们上来背自己喜欢的课文，我的的是优，我觉得其他人的分数也不低。老师说：“考试完的可以写作业，看书，剪纸，画画，不过不能说话。”同学们有的写作业，有的看书，有的剪纸，还有的画画，大家安安静静，没有人说话。下课了，老师说：“你们考试的分数都很高。”老师高兴的走了。我心里想：老师平时就很辛苦，加上要给我们改作业，讲课，我们一定要认真听讲，积极发言。有时候我们说话，老师心里很不开心。

Today was a fine day.My sister and I went to the park.We saw many trees and

flowers near the lake.Some were green ,Some were white ,some were yellow .We

played near the lake .We were sitting under a big tree,and we made some paper

ships.We hade a good time.

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

我觉得作者很善于反思，每次遇到挫折都会去分析背后的原因、自己的心态。我同意她说的“不要让恐惧来为你做决定”。有时候一件事还没开始我们就放弃了，可能就是因为害怕失败的恐惧在作祟。还有她说要像傻子一样去坚持，不要计较是不是能很快看到成效。她也说不要和别人比，因为人外有人，要和昨天的自己比，看今天的自己是不是有进步。这些信念支撑着她一步一步走向了成功。

4 在一个人还没形成良好的学习习惯时，有一个比学赶帮的伙伴，学习效果会更好。

今晨我怀着好奇的心情来到学校

（ 1）刚一到，操场立刻变得尘土飞扬，我看到很多人都在跑步，于是我也和他们一起跑起来。

（ 2）这不跑不知道，一跑吓一跳，这跑步不仅不好玩跑起来还十分累，这不，我刚跑完1圈，就累得不行了，可悲的是必须跑，没跑完就算没过关，我不由终的叫了一声：“额滴亲娘咧！

”（ 3）在同学的鼓励和支持下，我好不容易跑完了7圈半，跑完后我累得满头大汗，简直可以说是汗流浃背。我虽然很累，但是我至少完成了我的任务，没有失信于自己，我已经很够高兴了。

I went to the City Wildlife Park with my classmates by bus. We arrived there at 8:00. When I got out of the bus, some of us had rushed into the gate of the park. First, we visited the golden monkeys. They were lovely and cute. They jumped from this tree to another tree which was about two meters away. That was amazing, wasn’t it? And then we watched an animal show. They danced like humans. It was the first day of our winter holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying.
