Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of control. If I wanted to head east， they would head the opposite. I fell down from time to time. My hands and face were all dirty. I thought maybe it was because that I hadnt skated for a long time.

On my way home， I thought that whatever one wants to do， he must work hard at it， so he can make progress. Skating is like this， so it study.

上午举行的都是一些基本项目，我进行的还算顺利。可是一到下午，我就变得有些紧张了，因为等待我的是400米的往返跑。

下午大概12：30左右，储老师领着我们来到了400米跑的场地，只见12个标志立在了跑道这头和另一头。红白相间的跑道与橙色的标志，使整个场地的气氛变得特别的紧张，让我这个一向自信的女孩，也变得有一点儿莫名的害怕。

时间过得飞快，一转眼就到我了，我很激动，仿佛能够听见我的心脏，在“扑腾!扑腾!”地跳，内心都狠狠地捏了一把汗。

哨声吹响，跑道上的六个人像六匹慢跑的马一样，从起跑线慢慢地向对面跑去。

我轻轻松松地跑完了第一圈，有点累累的跑完了第二圈，气喘吁吁的跑完了第三圈，第四圈，开始冲刺了。我使出吃奶的劲儿，拿出了自己最快的速度，冲完这最后一圈。跑完时，我已是上气不接下气，看了一下成绩，1分49秒，还行，比上次进步了9秒。

这次的400米测试，我不仅刷新了过去的记录，也让我跑400米的经验值又增长了一点，我很满意!

The summer vacation is coming. I will do my homework first so I am going to do my homework every morning. In the afternoon, I will play basketball and table tennis with my friends. In the evening I will read English and listen to English program. Sometimes I will go and visit my grandparents and help them do some housework. I am going to take a piano class. 随着老师的一声哨响，操场上沸腾了，我迈开的大步向前冲，只听那一声声加油声，给予我了极大的信心。只见我前方有5名同学他们的汗水随风飘动。我拼命的往前冲，直见我前面的“7”号同学感觉到了我的追赶。顿时他也加快速度，好像在上别想超过我!我心里想我一定要追上你，把你落下。我们好像憋足了劲要分出个胜负，这是，到了一个急转弯，我超过了他，“超过你了吧”我的目标是前面那个同学，快到200米了，同学们的欢呼声即使增加了我的自信心，我奋力的向前追去，这是整个操场静下来了。大家好像都在屏住呼吸。在我们冲过终点前，我超过了他,“第三”!这个操场爆发如雷鸣般的响声、欢呼声回荡在整个校园上空……

虽然我的了第三名，但是我还是垂头丧气，看着那道第一的同学，心里充满了“羡慕~嫉妒~恨!”回到家，妈妈的一句话使我很深，“孩子，一次失败不要紧，重要的是你怎么去面对他，今后多加练习就是了!”

妈妈的一句话是我茅塞顿开。我想在今后的学习或者生活中，都要做到“胜不骄，败不累”。这样才会成功。

星期天的早上，我起床去跑步。

我从家里走出来，走在长长的小路上，今天的天气真好啊！既清新又晴朗，我对太阳公公说：“太阳公公，早上好！”太阳公公向我点头微笑。我弯弯腰、伸伸脚就跑起步来。开始，我跑得很轻松，一点儿也不累，也不喘气。过了一会儿，我开始加速，我身边的小树、小草好像想跟我赛跑，我握着拳头，前后摆动，迈起步伐抬起腿，大步向前冲。跑啊跑……我非常喘气，张大嘴巴，呼吸急速，心跳得很快，跑得满头大汗，什么东西都看不清，我超过了小树小草，我赢了！

My winter vacation

I had a great time on my vacation .

To begin with,i finished my homework .it was took me ten days.then,i came back my old home with my family.we visted my grandparents 、my uncle and my aunt.they were friendly and kind.luckyly,they gave me some money,i was very happy.

On small year day,my dad took me to skate.that was very fanny.i fell all the time.it was a little ache,but i still skated.

It was Saturday， just before May Day. My classmates and I went to the park nearby， we didnt go there for amusement but took part in voluntary labor.

We got there at 9：00. We were divided into three groups and then began working. The students in Group One planted trees and watered flowers. The task for Group Two was collecting the litter left about by tourists and cleaning the benches. The group I was in got to the Childrens Playground and wiped all the equipment clean. We worked very hard. At 11：00， when all the work was finished up， all my classmates met again. Although everyone was in a sweat， yet we felt happy because we had done good job.

the 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner。 after so much rich food， on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens （choi sum） to cleanse the system。

My happy Spring Festival After the New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala. At about ten o’clock, the black sky was lightened by lots of fireworks with colorful light and happy sound. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year. After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. We took many photos in the park, and bought many things in the shops or supermarket.

I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents. This was how did I spend my Spring Festival; I really enjoyed myself in Spring Festival.

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered

last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone

abroad. They went abroad to study. Maybe I couldn’t see them in the future. I

think next year we won’t make a party. Next year is a very important year. We

all will prepare the new term’s new subject.I know, it is the most important for

us now.
