跑完步，我来到器械场地，爸爸让我双腿勾在双杠上，他扶着我做仰卧起坐，我整个身子倒挂着，感觉世界是颠倒的，我昏头转向，血一个尽往头顶冒，妈呀，这怎么能做？我憋不住“哈哈”笑起来，更没劲了。最后，还是爸爸托着我的后背才起来，这个动作太有难度了，我做了几个，就没劲了。

算了，我还是去扔实心球吧。小小的铅球（1千克）抓在我的手里，我怎么觉得如此沉重？更别提扔了，一不留神，铅球掉了下来，差点砸到我的脚。我重新抓起球，背部倾斜，腿部肌肉收紧，手托着球举到耳边，用出全身力气往前扔。铅球抛出一个漂亮的弧线，稳稳地落在地上，又“咕噜”滚到爸爸脚边，“嗯，姿势不错。”爸爸赞扬道。

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. 星期六早上7点钟，我和爸爸就一起开始练习跑步了。开始，我知道一定会跑很久，所以就慢慢地跑，很是轻松。跑了几分钟后，我就有一点累了，然后我就跟在爸爸后面跑，爸爸说“两人成排，三人成列，快点跟上来。”我就加快了步伐，跟了上去，过了一会儿，爸爸带着我跑下坡，我那时超过了爸爸，跑了几分钟下坡，爸爸说：“下坡时扩大步子，省点力气，一会还要跑上坡呢，上坡可比下坡费劲多了。”我听了，心想：上坡有什么了不起的，到时候，慢慢跑不就行了吗？跑了几分钟的下坡后，就开始转为跑上坡了，还没跑几分钟，我的腿就酸了，呼吸也困难了，周身也没劲了，汗水把我弄得很不舒服，我心想：真是累死人了，早知道不出来跑了。我就只好走一会儿，再跑一会，一会超过爸爸，一会儿又落后于爸爸，爸爸又说：“不管怎么样，即使你慢慢地跑，也得跑起来。”我心想，我就是以很慢的速度也显得很吃力。没办法，只能忍着。实在跑不动想休息一会儿时，爸爸又说：“坚持就是胜利。奥运冠军们也是不懈努力才最终取得成功的。”我在爸爸的鼓励下，不断坚持，最后跑到了终点，达到了练习的目的。

通过这次长跑，我知道了人的潜能是可以挖掘的，并得到了一个重要的启示：坚持就是胜利。

It was the first day of our winter vacation. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter vacations, I want to have full sleep and eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

I went out to have dinner with father today.I should make toast during the dinner but there was no juice availabe. so i had a bottle of beer. my face turned red but i was not drunk.I dont think beer tastes bad but i wont like have it too much because i am only a student.

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn

knowledge. I am so happy.

今天，生物课与平时不太一样，我们不需要在教室里面坐着，因为老师带我们去做活动。我们来到学校附近的一片田野上，我们的任务是观察花朵。我们非常激动，也非常认真地完成这项任务。这是一个学习知识的好方法。我很开心。

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

animals live on impulse, and are happy as long as external conditions are favorable. if you have a cat, it will enjoy life if it has food and warmth and opportunities for an occasional night on the tiles. your needs are more complex than those of your cat, but they still have their basis on instinct. in civilized societies, especially in english-speaking societies, this is too apt to be forgotten. people propose to themselves some one paramount objective, and restrain all impulses that do not minister to it.

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of factories.

And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!

又是一个炎热的下午，想到又要去室外上体育课，本来因为获奖的高兴劲也就随之而去了。

看来还是“天助我们也”，刚到操场，毛毛细雨开始飘飘洒洒，刚才的高兴劲又油然而生，看着老师教我们回教室的手语，别提有多高兴了！可是这该死的老天，又放晴了。就这样来来回回了好几次，体育课还是没能避免，哎……

“这节体育课练习加速跑，然后再跑一组往返接力，就下课。”体育老师严肃的说。人群中发出一片唏嘘声。这天气，别说跑，就是站在这里也是汗如雨下。

跑不要开始了，我是第一个跑，我迈出右脚，抬起左臂，目视前方，作出起跑的姿势，啊，天空又飘下了小雨，哈哈，不用跑了，谁能想到，老师的嘴里却“倒”出一句：别人能跑，为什么我们不能？”哼，气死我也。

我的运动神经又一根根的绷紧，随时准备“离弦”，一声哨响，我飞跑而去，脚步与风摩擦出声音，我慢慢地超越了几位同学，但是我还不能放松，加速，再加速，在蒙蒙细雨中，我冲过了终点，尽管我不是第一第二第三，但是，我至少努力过，奋斗过，随之，一种成就感油然而生。

跑步过后，必是大汗淋漓，但是我也从汗水中领悟到了一个道理：做任何事情，只要你努力过，拼搏过，奋斗过，哪怕是最后，你还是能问心无愧的对自己说一声：我真的努力了。

今天空气清新极了。 The air is very fresh today.

早晨五点多，爸爸妈妈把我叫醒，说要去晨跑。我正处于睡眼朦胧状态，咕咕哝哝的说了一大堆理由，就是不想去。也许他们今天实在想让我去晨跑了，直接就把我从床上拽了下去。呜呜……好惨，一个大好的睡懒觉时光就让他们这样给破坏了!

清爽的空气迎面扑来，可是我只想说……好冷啊!

真不知道爸爸妈妈怎么想的!昨天刚下过雨，地上还湿漉漉的，就让我出来晨跑。我撅着嘴，不高兴地慢慢跑着。妈妈看出了我的不高兴，说道：“韩晶，跑完了给你买好东西吃。”我天生就算半个吃货，有了好吃的，我马上精神十足，紧跟着爸爸妈妈跑了起来。

“啊——!”一道尖叫划破了清晨的宁静。爸爸妈妈急忙回过头看，问怎么了。我一脸生气地说：“都怪你们，我的裤子湿了。哼!你们得负责给我洗!”埋怨过后，我们又开始了晨跑。

“好累啊!坐下来歇会吧。”说完，我就一屁股坐到旁边的石凳上，津津有味的吃着爸爸妈妈递过来的饼干。我吃着饼干，说着：“其实……晨跑也挺不赖的。”还没等妈妈开口，爸爸就抢先说到：“哈哈，你也上了你妈的‘贼船’了!”通过爸爸的解释，我才明白了：原来是妈妈强烈要求爸爸去晨跑，爸爸第一次跑过之后，便喜欢上了晨跑。我想……我也喜欢上了晨跑。

有了第一次，就一定会有第二次，相信我一定能坚持晨跑!

Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We

listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

今天终于到了桂林，我们吃过早饭后就出发去漓江。坐上了船后，我们听着导游的讲解，观赏着风景。可是我发现漓江的水很脏，有很多人在那里洗衣服。我很气愤。在接下来的旅途中很无聊我也很疲惫。

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

Last weekend ,I went to Beijing I love there .The summer Places is so beautiful and we went to Wangfujing .Though there are lots of people and the things are too expensive ,many people buy things in there.I bought a pair of beautiful shoes in there.I love Beijing .There are too beautiful!

Today we buy many clothes， and parents take to the streets is happy， the

parents have to pay to buy things. Unlike in their street to buy things they

like to take a long time but saw the price， Ha-ha， is really very happy. I love

my parents， I too thank them for the care and love.
