My Eddweiss

前天我们上了一节体育课，由于女生要测立定跳远，体育老师就让我们男生先练习1000米，然后自由活动，我们于是开始跑步。

我在前两圈为了不被大家落下，就用尽管全力跟着大家跑，可是到了第三圈我的体力实在不支了，就只好被落下，一圈过后，可以说我基本上没有体力了，简直是边跑边走。后来干脆就慢下来了，希望等到第五圈还有体力冲刺。想到这儿，我就跑得比刚才还慢了。过了一会儿，好不容易回到了起点，我一咬牙，“嗖”地一下冲了过去，可以说我当时用的完全是50米测验的速度。

我知道，在用尽全力跑的时候，不管什么时候一停下，速度肯定会大慢特慢，我就一直用着力，不让自己放慢速度。直到快超过终点了，我的速度才开始下降。今天我们又有一节体育课，还要跑1000米，与前天不同的是，今天要考试！要记成绩了！我是男生中的第二组，体育老师一吹哨，我们便开始跑，第一圈跑50秒，第二圈跑一分钟，体力有明显下降。一切都和前天差不多，然而到了第四圈的最后一段，我坚持不住了，还没到起点就开始加速，结果还差半圈多就没力量了，效果远不如前天。做事可千万不能着急。

Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

我和爸爸围着学校跑了一圈，大约有一公里，用了十分钟。虽然大汗淋漓，累得要死，但回过头来想一想，我居然也能跑出这么远的路程，自信心倍增，自豪感油然而生。

此后的日子里，我们一直坚持着，真是越跑越轻松，越跑越有活力，越跑越有激情。爸爸的大肚腩也明显变小了。

没事的时候，我在总结：跑步的好处非常多，可以使我们这一天都非常精神。跑步既可以使我们身体健康，又可以锻炼我们的意志，还能使我们的思维更加灵活，越来越聪明，真是一举多得啊!

体育老师宣布下面跑步。啊!不会吧!我心里埋怨道：跑步是我的死对头。因为，我平时走路慢吞吞的，也不经常跑步。哎，老师为什么要跑步呢?就不能跳高、跳远……干别的不行吗?老师指着远处的终点说要我们跑一个来回，我瞧了一下终点，哎呀!这下可难住我了，让我跑三、四十米还行，跑一个来回，实在让人受不了。但我没办法，只能乖乖地服从老师的命令。过了一会儿，轮到我做好准备。“嘘”老师的哨子一吹，我就飞奔，心里想跑第一，但有些同学可是跑步“高手”，根本不可能。

跑步，跑步，我怎样才能跑得快呢?

上课了，体育老师把我们带到操场上说：“大家在操场上跑一圈，看谁跑得快。”哨声一响，同学们争先恐后地向前跑去。才跑完半圈，我就觉得腿有些发软，可是看到前面的同学还在飞快地跑着，心想：一定要追上他们。

于是，我使出了全身的力气冲向前，哈哈，一下子追上了好多同学。这时，我发现前面还有两位同学，可是怎么也追不上他们。一圈下来，同学们都气喘吁吁、上气不接下气的，我也累坏了，但是我心里暗暗发誓：下次一定要争取跑在最前面。

星期二，我们测试了400米跑步。

老师把同学分为了三个组，哈!第一组没有我，我趁机还能在休息一会儿，

嘻嘻……第一组要说实力强的那就属高涵和陈子明了，本来高涵稳拿第一的事儿，可是在半路上，忽然倒下了!原来是不舒服!结果陈子明拿了第一啊——要我们这一组的啦，惨兮兮啦……老师一声令下，我冲了出去，本来我遥遥，但是在一个急转弯是王晨和王珏超过了我，这是本能的!跑完一圈下来，我感觉到有一些体力不支，我的速度明显减慢了，不行了，不行了，实在跑补动了，老师看见了我，对我大声喊：“快点!快点!”我进行了最后冲刺，那一刻，我几乎是闭着眼睛跑过去的，因为我实在没劲儿了……最后跑了1分27秒，嗯，还不错啦!

啊!这场比赛使我懂得了一个道理，只你努力了，你就成功，比赛其实获得的名次不重要，只要你感于去参加就行，还有一句话叫：友谊第一，比赛第二嘛!

今年，学校组织运动会，我报名参加了800米赛跑，经过激烈的小组赛后，我进入了更为激烈的总决赛。

在我们的期待中，决赛开始了，发令枪响后，每个人都努力向前冲，我也不例外，一直处于第一的.位置。但是，跑到一半的时候，我觉得很累，就慢慢落后了，眼看着一个又一个的选手从我身边跑过。我心里很着急，但是就是跑不快，同学们看我落后了，就一个劲的喊陈奎桦，加油！听到同学们的喊声，我想，我不能让同学们失望，一定要拿到第一，为班里争光。我觉得浑身又充满了力气，一直往前冲，一个又一个的选手被我甩在了后面，等我跑到第一的时候就快到终点了。离终点越近，同学们的加油声就越激烈，我转过头向后看了一眼，见选手都向我冲来。我想，我一定不能让他们超过我，我用尽全身的力气向前冲刺，终于，第一个跑过了终点，我赢了！同学们欢呼了起来，为我喝彩。

通过这次比赛，我感受到了想成功很不容易，要靠自己的努力，更要靠同学们的鼓励与支持！

今天下午快放学时，我们学校举行了跑步比赛。我们班有74人，李老师指导我们站队，怎么才能站成“横成排、坚成行”，并告诉我们：“只有同学们同心协力，就一定能跑的好，跑的整齐，跑出 好的成绩。”

同学们排好了队，迈着整齐的步子，喊着响亮的口号：“一、二、三、四！锻炼身体、保卫祖国！”围着操场慢跑。我感觉我们班是全年级跑的最好的班。

我们跑着跑着就到了放学的时间，同学们迈着整齐的步子走出了校门。这次跑步，我觉得我们跑的非常出色，因为我们步子整齐、口号响亮。

学校让我们跑步的目的，就是让同学们都有一个好身体，只有身体好了，才不容易生病，才能更好的`学习知识。所以今后我们一定要多跑步，多锻炼，让自己变得更健康。
