One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to

今天我们下午跑了步，本来我能跑第三，都怪我掉以轻心，就怪那个“尚于函”，马老师说：“先跑慢一点，然后快到终点的时候再冲刺。”然后我就按着马老师说的做，那个尚于函不听马老师说的，他一看我和李景哲一跑慢他就稍微一快就超过我们了，然后他就想：“既然我已经超过了他们那我还不如直接超过你们呢。”他呢一想，只是一瞬间，然后一下子超过了我们俩人，最后呀!他把我们俩人气的一下冲、冲、冲，但还没有超过他，还有几个人跑小圈就超过我们了。

第二圈我就一口气超过了尚于函，可是他跑小圈，又把我超过了，把我气得横冲直撞，一下又冲、冲、冲，可是像没动一样，还是那个距离，最后跑完了，他又跑了第二，我跑了第四。

我明天一定要加油超过他!

The sun was shining really brightly. We could hear the birds singing outside the window. It was a fine day！

I went to the City Wildlife Park with my classmates by bus. We arrived there at 8:00. When I got out of the bus, some of us had rushed into the gate of the park. First, we visited the golden monkeys. They were lovely and cute. They jumped from this tree to another tree which was about two meters away. That was amazing, wasn’t it? And then we watched an animal show. They danced like humans. They could do everything we asked them to do. After that we visited safari park. All kinds of animals could be seen there, such as tigers, lions, deer and goats. I loved lions best, because they were the king of the forest, they are so powerful. I wished I could be strong just like them !

How lovely they were! They were my friends! They could smile and cry just like human beings. We should regard them as our friends, and we should not hurt them , instead, we should protect them! They need our help!

Today， I was late for school because the traffic was jam. I usually so to

school by bike but I hurt my leg the day before yesterday. So I had‘to go to

school by taxi this morning. I left home very early. When I took the taxi， I

found the traffic bad. The traffic was so busy that the car couldn’t move at

all. I think the government should get the road wider so that the car can run

easily and smoothly.

我最喜欢体育课，但是我更喜欢体育课的跑步。

上体育课的时候，体育老师说：“今天我们要跑步。”我心里一阵高兴，虽然从外表表现出来的不情愿，但是别提有多高兴了。因为跑步是我的强项。

每一听到老师吹哨子的声音，我猜到肯定是在跑步了。随着老师的哨令，我们开始跑步400米了。开始先是男同学跑步，等到男同学跑完的时候，就要我们跑了，我心一直跳着，生怕跑不好。随着老师的哨声，我们开始跑了。一开始，我被落在了后面。顿时我听到同学们为我鼓励的声音，我使劲力气，猛得一下就追上了前面的同学。在跑步的时候，我在对后面的同学说加油。还有一点点了，我使劲力气，坚持跑到了最后。那时我别提有多高兴了，因为我是第一个跑到的，后面的同学一个个跑到终点了。

跑步，我喜欢。因为它是我人生中的骄傲。

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

今天，天气晴朗，碧空无云，在我们操场上，跑步比赛正在紧张激烈的进行着。

在操场的一角，我们班的啦啦队正在为我们加油，只听他们的加油声，我更有自信了。对方一个个精神抖擞、跃跃欲试、摩拳擦掌。我的丝丝紧张的心化为了一丝丝动力，这下找到对手了。该我们运动员登场了，我想是到了我大显神威的时候了，我昂首挺胸、信心十足的走上了操场。”

随着老师的一声哨响，操场上沸腾了，我迈开的大步向前冲，只听那一声声加油声，给予我了极大的信心。只见我前方有5名同学他们的汗水随风飘动。我拼命的往前冲，直见我前面的“7”号同学感觉到了我的追赶。顿时他也加快速度，好像在上别想超过我!我心里想我一定要追上你，把你落下。我们好像憋足了劲要分出个胜负，这是，到了一个急转弯，我超过了他，“超过你了吧”我的目标是前面那个同学，快到200米了，同学们的欢呼声即使增加了我的自信心，我奋力的向前追去，这是整个操场静下来了。大家好像都在屏住呼吸。在我们冲过终点前，我超过了他,“第三”!这个操场爆发如雷鸣般的响声、欢呼声回荡在整个校园上空……

虽然我的了第三名，但是我还是垂头丧气，看着那道第一的同学，心里充满了“羡慕~嫉妒~恨!”回到家，妈妈的一句话使我很深，“孩子，一次失败不要紧，重要的是你怎么去面对他，今后多加练习就是了!”

妈妈的一句话是我茅塞顿开。我想在今后的学习或者生活中，都要做到“胜不骄，败不累”。这样才会成功。

也许在别人心中，我是个乐观的人，并没有太多的烦恼。殊不知我的烦恼并不少，其中学不好英语最令我头疼，它就懔是一张粘鼠板，我越挣扎就被粘得越紧。

每当英语老师在讲台前滔滔不绝地讲课时，我总是一本正经地望着老师邓一张一合的嘴巴，却不知道老师究竟在说什么每次我咬紧牙关翻开英语书准备好好学习时，总感觉书上的字母都在疯狂地跳着华尔兹，我怎么也看不懂上面到底写了什么每当同学们自信满满地交上英语作业时，我却只字未动，看着讲台上邓一摞高高的作业本，我真恨不得自己找个地洞钻进去·····。

就在昨天，我做完了语文和数学作业，正准备好好放松一下，却不由自主地想到了英语作业本上少得可怜的钩。算了，为了能听懂英语老师讲课的内容，为了能看懂英语书上的单词，为了能按时交上英语作业，为了期末英语考试不抱。大鸭蛋》······我还是努力搏一搏吧。我一边想一边大义凛然地抱起英语书背起了单间spring、...ing"···春季。。我机械地背着单词，反反复复，心里却不时地想这外国人可真够怪的，创造的单词怎么这么难背，我还不信我背不出!

不知不觉10分钟过去了，20分钟过去了，一个钟头过去了······。天哪，我怎么才背了一个单元的单词?为什么我不是外国人啊!。一番感叹后，又忘了几个单词，照这速度，我的"周末计划"肯定要泡汤了。没办法，谁让我的英语不咋地呢!用一甸话来概括我当时的心情，真可谓。哥背的不是单词，是烦恼。。后天就是周末了，看来这个周末我只能在枯燥的背单词声中结束了，一想到这些，就觉得自己好可怜。真烦啊!

让我烦恼的英语啊，你何时才能成为我的快乐呀?

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

suddenly rained.I felt very disappointed, but I knew one thing: next time, when

I decide to do something, I should pay attention to the weather

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free.

I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at

home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my

homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was

time for dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

Today, i opened my free forum and i was very happy because i could do a lot of things there.I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. then i will make it grow up and at the same time, i can write down what i want to say there.I will be very happy.
