the ninth day is to make offerings to the jade emperor。

the 10th through the 12th are days that friends and relatives should be invited for dinner。 after so much rich food， on the 13th day you should have simple rice congee and mustard greens （choi sum） to cleanse the system。

the 14th day should be for preparations to celebrate the lantern festival which is to be held on the 15th night。

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home in the

evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and eating

the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!I hope

everyday will be a good day in the future.

Last sunday, it was a fine day. My friend and I went to Mount Daifu. In the

morning,we rode bikes to the foot of the mountain.After a short rest,we climbed

the mountain.on its peak,,we shared the beautiful scenery in our eyes. There

were lots of light foggy clouds around us.What。

s more, varieties of birds flying around us were pretty.What a harmony

situation。

At noon,we had lunch in a restaurant. With a happy emotion, we finished our

Books As is well known, books teach us to learn life, truth, science and

many other useful things. They increase our knowledge, broaden our minds and

strengthen our character. In other words, they are our good teachers and wise

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

I have father,he is a doctor.He is tall and fat, he has small eyes, big

今天早上雨停了，我和爸爸、妈妈一大早就起床了，因为我们打算去大公园跑步。

终于跑完了，我累得气喘吁吁，真想马上坐下来休息一下呀!可是爸爸以前说过剧烈运动过不能坐下来休息，要慢慢地走动一下。

公园的景色真美，我要经常来跑步，希望能有一个健康的身体。

我们马上就要开运动会了，今天中午第四节课的时候，薛老师把我们带到操场，老师让女生先跑两圈，老师说：“开始。”

我们就跑了起来，同学们跑起来就跟万马奔腾一样，我们跑完了又该男生跑了，男生跑的特别的快，我们在旁边休息为男生加油，老师将跑得快的选拔出来参加运动会，我们跑完步以后，我们就开始投垒球，我们投的非常开心，投完垒球后，同学们就高高兴兴回教室上课了。

跑步日记篇四

等了好久的运动会今天终于开了，我代表我们班参加200米跑步比赛。我首先很紧张，只听见“砰”的一声枪响，比赛开始了，我就像被大灰狼追赶的小羊一样拼命地跑啊跑啊，终于到终点时超过了两名选手，得了第四名，虽然成绩不是很理想，可还是很开心!

每个人都有自己喜欢的运动，比如：跳绳、跳高、游泳······

可是，我喜欢跑步，尤其是飞跑的那种。我喜欢跑起来飞快的感觉，喜欢那种勇往直前的劲头儿，更喜欢听耳边的风声。尤其是跑出一身痛快淋漓的大汗以后，回家洗个澡，别提有多舒服啦。

在学校，如果那个男生招惹了我们女生, 下课后，我们女生就“围剿”

他。因为我跑得快，常常派我去“追捕”。我就一直追、追、追!追得他气喘吁吁、筋疲力尽，说：“小美女，别追啦!我不行啦。”我就把他“押”回来，女生们

围上来给他来一顿“少林拧耳朵”、“武当十三掐”。哼!

在家里，也经常和爷爷赛跑。当爷爷跑不过要落后的时候，就常耍小花招儿，不是拽我衣服，就是拉我的胳膊，可赖啦。尽管这样，也总是我赢，当“冠军”的感觉真好!

跑步，不仅锻炼身体，还能在赛跑中体验到乐趣。

今天下午，我们举行了冬季长跑比赛。

今天的操场格外热闹，每班选出了三名男同学和三名女同学来参赛。没过一会儿，二年级的长跑比赛开始了。选手们还脱衣上阵，脱去了厚厚的棉衣长裤，为了发挥更好的成绩。我们班第一个上场的是周凯迪，在“哨”的一声下，一位位选手像骏马一样飞奔而驰，他跑的飞快，我们大声地给他“加油”！

可是，强中还有强中手，很失望他没有跑第一。我们希望汪家楼能跑得更快！果然不出所料，汪家楼跑了个小组第一！紧张的比赛一轮接着一轮结束了。

长跑可以强身健体，我们都要努力参加这个节目。

A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

一次新的体验

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

今天，我的体测成绩出来了，总体是良好，看来我的身体状况还不错。但是好像速度灵巧类和柔韧力量类的成绩是刚刚及格，我一直以为我的这些项目还是挺厉害的，没想到成绩不理想。

爸爸妈妈一直鼓励我要锻炼，但是我一直比较喜欢骑自行车和游泳，跑步虽然也挺喜欢，但是老是跑一会就很累了，我喜欢下腰，但是还是有点硬。爸爸说，游泳、跳绳和骑自行车既能锻炼耐力又能锻炼柔韧性，跑步的速度要提高必须要掌握跑步的技巧。我一定要加强锻炼，爸爸答应我要和我一起锻炼，我要和爸爸比赛，争取在下学期的体测中各个项目都能够达到优秀。

我爱跑步，这是我的爱好，也是我最喜爱的运动。

我喜爱在早晨的时候，呼吸着新鲜的空气，沿着小路慢跑，小鸟在树上叽叽喳喳的向我问好。跑累了，就躺在草地上看白云，一会儿变成威猛的龙，一会儿变成奔跑的马，过了一会儿又变成了一只可爱的兔子。我更喜爱在操场上与同学赛跑，风儿迎面吹来，仿佛在耳边唱起了加油歌，让我更加兴奋，不断向前冲！

Like most Chinese primary students, my life is quite simple. Get up in the

morning, have breakfast and then go to school. My day always begins like that.

But every single day is so different from each other. For example, I meet

different people on my way to school. I have different new classes every day, so
