一路开开心心，欣赏着沿路的风景，愉快的心情伴随着我，很快便到了公园。这里的空气好清爽啊!阳光下，红色花瓣上的那一滴露珠显得格外晶亮，闪耀。“快来，一起跑步吧!”我扭头一看，原来是小区里的阿姨在晨跑，我戴上帽子，便和阿姨一起跑了起来。“放假了，你们这些孩子整天悠哉悠哉地待在家里，还不如出来跑跑步，锻炼锻炼身体呢!”“是啊，阿姨。每天在家里时间都浪费掉了，出来呼吸呼吸新鲜空气也好。”我们一边聊着天，一边跑着。突然感觉晨跑真的充满乐趣!这时，我想起了法国著名思想家、文学家伏尔泰的一句名言：“生命在于运动。”只有运动才会让生命变得鲜活，让生命富有活力。

晨跑生活开阔了我的视野，锻炼了我的意志，让我学到了书本上没有的知识，使我受益匪浅!

“一年一度的运动会”终于盼来了，我经过了早上激烈的200米预赛又迎来了下午的400米决赛。这一次高手如云，让我十分紧张。

老师把我们这一群生机勃勃的运动员们带到了各各跑道上。个个运动员雄赳赳，气昂昂的，大家精神抖擞地在做准备动作。我一会儿压压腿，弹跳了几下;一会儿伸伸手，弯动了几下腰。

裁判员高高地举起信号枪，高喊：“各就各位”，正在这时，我们把腰弯了一点下来，做好起跑的准备。“砰!”一声枪响，运动员们好像离弦的箭似的，向前冲去。我在第一跑道上疾驰。开始，我远远地落在后面。我豁出了一切，越跑越快。就在第二圈时抓住机会，在快接近弯道时，我用尽全身力气，迅猛地冲去，一下子我就变到了第二的位置。我一看前方，原来他是三年级时打破全段记录的陈拓，我有点胆怯，不敢猛追。快到终点了，我想追也追不上了。他向终点冲去，我也冲向终点，得了第二。我看了一下成绩表，难以置信的是我离陈拓只相差了两秒。我真后悔，如果抓紧两秒钟冲上去，就能获一枚金牌，可世界上没有后悔这种药啊!

我只得了个第二名，可与上几个学期第三比，有进步。我下定决心：下一学期运动会的目标是取得一枚金光闪闪的金牌。

My Family

My name is Li Hua. I am from a workers family. There are six people in my

family. They are my grandfather, my grandmother, my father, my mother, my sister

and I.

Every member in my family works for his or her own trade①. My grandfather

father is a senior engineer. He is now working in Africa, helping to build a

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.
