2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

三，知行合一

你觉得自己浮躁吗？

当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。

Its a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product.
