虽然骑脚踏车有许多好处，但是也有许多注意事项，例如：不能骑太快、不能耍特技、不能心不在焉，否则会和别人相撞……，记得有一次：因为我已经学会骑脚踏车了，所以经常骑的像子弹一样快，那天，有一台车正快速的冲过来，因为我没有注意到，所以就骑了过去，车子一看到我，就停了下来，这时我已经被吓得魂飞魄散了。

俗话说：“一分耕耘，一分收获”，如果想要拥有一个健康的身体，就必须运动，如果都没有运动，那么就会很快就虚弱。

During my secondary school years I often liked to go to the recreation room to play table tennis.
