我因太阳而半闭着双眼，透过人缝，看见一位白色上衣的选手倒在地上，我心想：辛苦了这么久，结果却倒了，所有的汗水都付诸东流，真是功亏一篑啊。他，在一秒间毅然坚强地站起来；他，没有顾及身上、脸上的灰尘向某处跑去；他，眼神坚决的看着前方的某处，跑去……他的双臂长出了一对洁白的翅膀。

我被慑住了，猛地脱离了那我认为安适的位置，往人群众挤。他步伐艰难的向前挪步，一步一步地……我的心不禁为他而剧烈跳动起来，呼吸仿佛在此刻就要停止，目光也死死盯着他那执着的身躯。

金牌早已名花有主，许多学生在他倒下的一刻唉叹了一声就离开了，为拿奖的人祝贺。此时的他孤零零地向目标迈进，我想：这就是运动员的运动精神吧！我承认我被他坚定的眼深折服了，我的心在他的带领下，明白了奖牌的真正意义……

看到如此震撼的一幕，我忽然想起上体育课的我，总会趁老师不注意而溜之大吉或边跑边走，想到这里我不禁低下头，原来我的意志是如此的薄弱，只会做逃兵而不愿接受困难向我下的挑战书。

失败不可怕，只怕半途而废，这就是我的“运动精神”。

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

I like animals very much， such as horses，monkeys， cats， tigers and so on。 But I like dogs best。 Why？ Because they are very cute and nice。

I have a white dog。 Its name is Bobo。 She is a female dog。She comes from Beijing，China。She wears white clothes and she has two big eyes and a small month。She often walks round and round at home。It has nothing to do。She likes eating ice—cream so much。So do I。When I eat ice—cream，she will look at the ice—cream carefully，So I will give her some to eat。

I think Bobo is the cutest dog in the world。

一天老师对我们说：“学校要举办一次冬季趣味运动会，到时请同学们拥跃报名参加”。没过几天，老师就来选参加运动会的人员了，我最想参加投篮了，平时我投篮很准，非常想参加。只见老师点着名字“张林、喻小铭．．．．．．，但偏偏就是没有我的名字，真是气死我了。

中午，我眼巴巴的望着别人排练投篮，但看到他们投得很准，我心里也开始高兴起来。我不会灰心，下次一定能被选上的。

几个星期后，运动会开始了，我们班的运动员也训练得差不多了，正准备比赛呢！第一局是“颗粒归仓”，比赛规则就是把黄豆从一个碗里夹到另一个碗里，时间到后谁的碗里豆子多谁就算赢，比赛开始了，我们的队员动作敏捷，配合默契，很快就夹了四颗豆子，别的班也不甘示弱，他们的豆子竟然比我们多。真倒霉，我们输了。

接下来就是我最喜欢看的投篮比赛，我非常激动，我们队的投篮可行了，首先我们就投中了六个。别的队都没有我们投得多，现在又该我们队投了，只见张林大显身手，投了十个。这下别的队再也追不上我们了。

最终我们投篮比赛得了第一名。

这次活运在我心留下了深刻的印象，

你爱上什么活动或兴趣呢？大家是不是在做那件事时乐在其中、欲罢不能？爱上了就会对那件事朝思暮想，你会沉浸在其中，表现得特别优异，让他人为你惊声尖叫，使你成为观众的焦点。现在来说一说我爱上什么吧！

在二月寒流来到时，老师问了一个惊动全班的问题：“你们想要参加班际乐乐棒球比赛吗？”顿时全班呆若木鸡、鸦雀无声，但一秒后又来了一阵如雷贯耳的掌声。这个欣喜若狂的问题，马上以迅雷不及掩耳的光速从五年一班传到五年九班，我们都跃跃欲试，想象自己已经在棒球场上奔驰，让观众跌破眼镜，成为大赛中的大黑马，得分一分又一分，让对手跌破眼镜、望尘莫及！

我们班在练习时真是一波三折，分组练习赛时有些人的“EQ”不好，常常在操场就像“欧巴桑”，泼妇骂街的大呼小叫；但也有很令人热血沸腾的事情……在第一场分组练习赛时，我大棒一挥，快速飞奔的球一直飞、一直飞，像一只一去不复返的火凤凰，叫大家不敢置信。“砰！”球下来了，滚到了草地，是一个让玉皇大帝的下巴也要掉下来的全垒打，全场瞬间欢声雷动！我们士气大振，巴不得比赛就在今天举行。得意忘形的结果是失败的前兆。俗话说：“骄兵必败。”我们在正式比赛时因为太轻敌，被大勇小学“打爆”，打得我们如置身泥淖而无法自拔。但我们知道，我们绝不能气馁。经过老师的鼓励又有“天公伯”的保佑，第二场我们在满身泥泞的泥巴里打滚，我在二垒跑三垒时不小心又跌了“狗吃屎”，但我还是不放弃的冲回本垒，就因为这关键的一分，“我们赢了！我们赢了！”全队都欣喜若狂！

这次比赛让人血脉喷张，也让我见识到棒球赛的不可预料，最后关头，只要努力不懈，也能扭转乾坤、起死回生！就因为这场比赛，让我从此以后深深的爱上棒球。打棒球可以让人身体健康，又可以让我们体会到合作的重要，真是一举数得，何乐而不为呢？

Improve our environment

Good environment can make people feel happy. To improve the environment means to qualify our life . What should we do to improve our environment ?

We should plant more trees . And we should prevent those factories from pouring waste water into rivers , lakes and fields . Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into a dustbin . Don’t spit in public places . Don’t draw on public walls . It’s our duty to keep our earth clean and tidy .

良好的环境能使人觉得愉快。改善环境，使我们的生活。我们应该做什么来改善我们的环境?

我们应该种更多的树。我们应该阻止那些工厂废水流入河流，湖泊和田野。每当我们看到地上的垃圾，我们应该把它捡起来扔到垃圾桶。不要在公共场所吐痰。不要在公共墙上画。这是我们的职责，保持地球的干净和整洁的。
