二、学习也不能落下，每天听磁带10分钟，认真完成作业，如不认真，重写伺候。每天读课文30分钟，做5道练习题。

三、自己叠被子，饭前便后要洗手，自己剪脚趾甲和手指甲。坚持每天早上洗手洗脸刷牙。

四、吃饭时不说话，见到老师要问好。少说脏话，少骂人。

五、坚持做俯卧撑和仰卧起坐。每天蹲马步两分钟，跑步20分钟。

六、不可以偷玩电脑，也不可以买通(给好处)监督者(姐姐)，好玩电脑。

七、如不遵守，3天不玩电脑。
