The concept of responsibility is a necessary fiction. Although socities must hold their individuals accountable for their own actions, people‘s behavior is largely determined by forces not of their own making.

In the title statement, the speaker holds the contention that the concept of ‘individual responsibility‘ is no existence but a fiction. For example, a soldier would think it is his duty to obey the rules without any hesitation; a surgeon would consider healing the patients as his accountability; and a historian would feel it is his responsibility to discover what is behind the historical descriptions. In fact, different careers and roles form diverse individual responsibilities, which result in individuals’voluntary behaviors.

On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. Actually, humanity is just the common individual responsibility shared by all of us.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. 在迎接学期末的期末考试的时候，由于我有点懒散了，导致期末考分数的倒退，在班里、在年级里名次的倒退。并且我期望的分数最高的数学也只考了85分的中等分数。看着各科目的分数，我心里后悔不已，然而我也知道后悔是没用的，只有找出原因，并一个个克服，争取在下次开始取得更高成绩，这样才是最正确方法。而对于这次考试，我总结了一以下几点退步的原因：

1：考试前几天有点懒散，上课有点不认真，老师复习的内容有一些没注意听。所以知识不够巩固。

2：考试前没有认真复习，只复习了后面学的知识，刚开学学的知识有一些忘了。甚至还有的问题是不懂的。

3：考试时有一些题的内容没看清楚，做完后虽然有复查，但可能复查得不够全面，导致有题目没有复查。

4：英语单词认识的不够多，有些单词不懂意思。语文理解能力不够好、还有其他各科也有一些知识不明白。

总的来说，就是考试前上课没那么认真、没仔细复习，考试的时候没认真注意复查。然而针对这次考试、针对这些问题，我有了以下的几点学习计划：

1：上课认真听讲，下课时复习上节课所学的知识。特别是迎接考试前的一段时间。记住老师所复习的知识。

2：以后少玩电脑，多抽一点时间学习。

3：制定一个学习计划，努力学习。

4：有什么不懂的问题及时虚心请教老师或同学们，把不明白的问题弄明白。以防止考试时遇到有问题不懂情况出现。

有了以上的种种计划，我相信只要我努力做到这些计划的话，下次的考试成绩一定会有所提高。

三、学生答题情况分析

1 、单项填空：单项选择题分两部分，A部分为单词辨音，主要考查字母u 、i,字母组合ea、ear 、ow 在单词中的读音,学生失分主要在第1、3题。B部分为单项选择，考查的知识点多，覆盖面广，有一定的难度。但老师课堂都有讲到，可从学生做题情况来看，此题失分较多，从中可以看出学生对基础题掌握不够扎实，知识掌握还不到位。失分最多的主要集中在第 14(考查kind of 和 a kind of的区别)15、(考查spend，pay和take的区别),16(考查 It is +adj. + do…的句型)，17、(考查have fun doing sth.结构)，20题( 考查多个修饰词的顺序结构)

2、完形填空题的难度不大，既有考查语法知识，还要考查学生的分析理解能力。(1)班此题得分较高，2班级的学生得分较低。此题第23、28、29题丢分最多。由此看出学生的语法知识掌握不够牢靠。

3、阅读理解分ABC篇，C篇为任务读写型。AB篇所选的阅读文章主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断和概括归纳能力。阅读理解难度适中，1班的得分率较高。学生已经掌握一定的阅读技巧。2班的有些学生由于对学习不感兴趣，这类的学生都是胡乱选题。此题失分较多的主要在32、36、40、题。此三题主要考查学生对文章的推理判断和归纳的能力。学生对文章的概括归纳能力还有待加强训练。C篇丢分较为严重，得分率很低，也有得满分的，但人数不多。在这方面学生有待于提高。

4、 情景交际主要考查学生综合运用语言的能力。所选材料贴近学生的生活实际，考查题目基本都可以通过上下文语境完成，相对比较容易，得分较高。

5、词汇主要考查常用单词，两个班的学生在词汇题上失分较高，主要存在几点：⑴不会拼写单词;⑵时态的错误;⑶词的词的正确形式。

6、写作

写作分AB篇;A篇小作文的要求是介绍人物的，浅显易懂，学生有话可说。写自己印象最深刻的人，这题材学生练过的，也是都是学生在日常生活中经常用到的，说到的语言，学生组织起来不难。所用的句型、单词都是学生学过的，且都是重点内容。在日常教学中，是老师反复强调的内容。因此，本题得分率还可以;而B篇 书面表达。 从试卷得分情况看，学生对于写作部分的词汇用法掌握不到位。对于动词的第三人称单数的概念不清，时态运用正确，大部分学生基础知识掌握得不好，张冠李戴的现象比较突出，个别学生不注意审题。⑵班好些学生空白不写。有些学生甚至抄阅读理解的短文内容。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。在练习时，很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

4、加强听力训练。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，听力理解能力的提高不是一朝一夕能改变的，而是长期的不间断训练的结果，因此要保证每天让学生至少听力训练10分钟。

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

I had a happy day off last Sunday.It was sunny all day.

In the morning, I helped my mother do housework. After that,I washed the car with my father.And I babysitted my sister.

In the afternoon,we went out for lunch.We ate the BeiJing Duck ,It was very delicious. After lunch , we went to the aquarium.First,we visited the VisitorsCenter and watched a movie about sharks.Then,we went to the Outdoor Pool,we saw a bid octopus.We also saw mang kinds of fishes,but I liked the seals best.Because they were very cute.We took lots of photos there. Finally , tired but happy,we took the bus back to home.

At the end of the day,we visited my grandparents.I watched some DVDs with my grandfather,and my parents told with my grandmother.We were really happy.

I hope I will have a happy day off next week,too.

阅读是其它任何一种题目的基础，包括听力、语法、改错、选词填空、写作等等。

——阅读量大了，对语法和单词的掌握必然会更加熟练，通过阅读来理解和记忆单词语法比死记硬背效果好得多。阅读水平上去了，写作水平自然会跟着提高。

在平时，应该多读一些英语材料，这是泛读。不过今天我主要围绕考试来谈，也就是落实到怎么样做阅读理解。我自己做阅读理解可以分为四个步骤，我曾经把这四个步骤教给很多同学，只要能按照这四个步骤做下来的，一两月之内，英语成绩基本都有很大的气色。

第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

但是，在平时练习中，也这样做收效不大。因为只阅读一遍，看个半懂不懂，糊里糊涂的选择几个选项，然后对一下答案。这样我们花了时间，实际上没有什么收获初一学生英语学习总结初一学生英语学习总结。花了很多时间做了很多英语题目，却还是停留在原来的水平。所以说在平时练习中，既然做了一篇，就要吃透一篇，理解一篇，收获一篇。这样即使在某一篇文章上花的时间多一些，效率却比流水一样的做很多篇阅读理解要高得多。

怎么个多花时间呢?

第三步，要对照参考答案。但是不能简单的知道正确答案就完了。对于自己做错的题目，包括那种没有把握但是“蒙”对了的题目，要认真的对照原文，理解清楚为什么这个选项才 是正确的。这个过程，就是再重新阅读文章和理解题目的过程。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Environment Protection

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.

一年来，在院领导的正确领导下，在医院各科室的支持帮助下，我科同志齐心协力，在工作上积极主动，不断解放思想，更新观念，树立高度的事业心和责任心，围绕科室工作性质，围绕医院中心工作，求真务实，踏实苦干，较好地完成了本科的各项工作任务，现就我科室工作开展情况作一系统回顾：

在本年度内，能学习和执行医疗卫生管理法律法规和规章, 健全各项规章制度和岗位责任制,较好完成全年的各项体检、义诊任务。严格执行仪器操作规程和超声临床技术操作规范;医德医风建设好，能以病人为中心;提高医疗服务质量水平，能够改善服务态度。努力提高自身的服务质量，热情接待患者。虽然我科各岗位每天担负着繁重的接待工作，但我们都能够想患者所想，急患者所急，耐心细致地做解释，想方设法为患者解决困难。为方便检查，在科室张贴醒目标示，简化工作流程，提醒患者所要找的窗口和检查室的方位，使其能便捷地达到目的地。患者做B超检查坚持做到不积压、不预约。

抓好了新设备的使用培训工作，提高诊断质量，缩短等待时间。质量就是生命，准确的临床诊断很大程度上依赖于放射科的影像诊断。如何缩短检查时间，使患者能够得到及时的诊治一直是院领导所关心的，院领导我科所急，在他们的关心和支持下，我科新近增加了心脏彩超，可以更细致的开展各项检查项目，这样既提高了诊断的准确性又缩短了患者检查时间，进一步提高了工作效率，使患者的流通量大大提高。

报告单基本做到规范合格，字迹工整，清晰，易于识认，不应潦草和涂改，避免错别字，一般超声检查出具报告单时间做到小于或等于半小时。劳务分配执行按劳取酬,多劳多得;通过节约用水用电，节约纸张等，减少开支;年度完成B超检查近八千例。

积极配合医院的各项义务活动，努力把我院的惠民政策落到实处，扩大社会效益，提高人民群众对卫生服务的满意度。

迈入20xx年，B超室将在20xx年健康发展的基础上，采取一系列有效的措施，不断提高诊断技术，确保B超室的发展创新高。

1、强化规范操作，由于超声影像检查是动态过程，执业人员的个人水平，临床经验，细心程度及解释病情的差异，对每位就诊患者的检查结果迥然不一。20xx年B超室将强化依法行医，规范行医，严格执行操作规程及各项诊疗常规，使超声检查更加规范化。

2、加强学习，科室定期举行专题讲座和病例讨论，加强B超医师诊断经验的交流，要打好基础。针对超声科3～4年成才，6～8年成为主力的人才成长特点，加强人才梯队建设，培养年轻医生良好的工作作风。

3、加强疑难病例讨论，进一步坚定和强化各级医师会诊制度。加强与各影像科室间的联系，不断地充实和拓展思维模式和思维方法，不断地完善随访制度，加强与临床的合作与沟通，了解临床科室的对超声诊断的新的要求，向临床介绍新的超声技术，为临床不断提供诊断支持。

4、加强与其它医院的学习与交流，送出去与请进来相结合，学习其它医院的先进的管理方法和措施，结合我院及科室的实际情况，不断完善各项规章制度，用制度管理人，用制度激励人，用制度凝聚人，让超声在临床中发挥更大的作用。
