The fifth day I went to the Summer Palace, I went boating there. The sixth day, I visited the Great Wall, it’s very terrific, this great architectural complex told us how clever the Chinese people are ! T he last day, I visited the Beijing University ----one of the topest universities of China . There are many famous people were graduated t here.

That’s a happy travel. In the future, I want to visit many countries. This is my dream.

On my first night in shanghai,I went to the Huangpu River.There is bright light on the tall buildings on the other side.It was comfortable to walk by the river and enjoy the wind.

The second day I visited the Oriental Pearl.It’s the symbol of Shanghai and it is located in the Huangpu River at the point of Lujiazui.And then I took the subway to cross Huangpu River tunnel for sightseeing.It connects the Bund, Shanghai and Pudong.There are all kinds of colors and patterns transforming constantly in the tunnel.I was very excited. One day, my parents bought me a computer. I had been longing for a computer for such a long time. I used to go to net bar to use computer. Now I have my own computer. So I was very excited. Along with the computer, they bought some software to help me with my studies. My father said that the computer would be my tutor from now on. 20XX年十月底，本人终于踏上了向往已久的中华人民共和国香港特区的土地。

本人这等小民要到香港，公款消费自然没有份，唯一的途径就是自掏腰包打着旅游的旗号。本人和老婆大人参加的是所谓精英团，本人固然算不得精英，是冲着所谓精英团不强制购物的幌子去的。

但有五件事情令本人至今耿耿于怀。

一、到瑞钻国际珠宝城的路上，香港导游给大家讲了一个故事：

二、维多利亚港夜游不在旅游合同的范围之内，行程伊始内地导游就开始鼓吹维多利亚港夜景是多么迷人，到了香港本地导游又加油添醋，巧舌如簧，说得整个旅游团都屁颠屁颠去看了夜景，掏了腰包之后皆曰不虚此行。接下来坐豪华游轮到公海，晚上出发，又沿着维多利亚港走了一遭，才知道此前的夜游纯属多余。

三、离开香港到澳门的早上，换了导游，导游一路上推销他们的狗屁紫荆花模型。按照导游小姐的说法，如果买了她的模型，就可以升官发财，事事如意；如果不买她的模型，就要生疮害病，遭受无妄之灾。你可以不保佑我们，但是绝不能咒骂我们，本人再次拍案而起，这回应者寥寥，导游也未主动道歉。

四、老婆大人在瑞钻国际珠宝城买戒指一枚，珠宝城保证180天内无理由退货。回到成都发现居然断了，火速与旅行社联系，旅行社要求送到他们的办公地点。

老婆大人奉命送到指定地点，要求旅行社代为换货或退货。旅行社收了戒指却不肯打收条，再三交涉总算作了些让步，收条可以打，但决不注明产品有质量问题。我们怀着对香港法制的无限信任，把戒指交给了他们。时间一天天过去，香港方面音信全无。我们再三催促，十几天后，珠宝城终于打来电话，声称戒指收到了，但要我们提供产品缺陷方面的证据。东西已经到了他们手里，我们到哪里去找证据呢？要求他们把戒指原物寄回，他们断然回绝，只同意修好后寄回来。

我们好生郁闷，遂要求退货。珠宝城同意退货，但必须扣除5％刷卡费。本人带有现金，购物时经不住导购小姐的游说刷卡付费，至此才知道是个陷阱！本人坚信香港是法制社会，总不至于让如此明目张胆欺骗消费者的行经得逞吧。

于是在网上找到了香港旅游议会和香港消费者协会的电话，老婆大人特此开通了香港的长途电话。和香港方面多次交涉，花了若干时间、精力和电话费，最终不了了之。又回头来找成都的旅行社，经过两个月的拉锯战，总算把5％的刷卡费拿了回来，至于其他方面的损失就免谈了，更不要奢望赔偿了。

五、在和成都旅行社的交涉过程中，才知道成都导游每人每天收25元附加费是乱收费。旅行社一边表示要查处，一方面又要我们提供证据。我们没有证据，最后同样不了了之。

本人一向坚信香港是法制社会，但是我们的合法权利却被如此践踏。不知道是我的看法错了呢，还是香港的法律不保护内地的公民。就像东芝公司当年对中国大陆的消费者说的一样，我们赔偿美国消费者是按照美国的法律，请问你们有这样的法律吗？但是我们的消费是在香港的地皮上发生的啊！

本人支配不了别人的行动，但支配自己的行动总还可以吧。如果这个前提成立，那么本人在有生之年决不再踏进香港的地皮半步！特此声明，移民除外！
