The villages soon found out from a wise gray-haired old man that the only way to scare the beast away was to set off firecrackers and light lamps and to hang red banners on each door. As the story goes, this was the beginning of a tradition that would last thousands of years.

So this story leads to the creation of many of other traditions for celebrating Chinese New Year. lets take a look at some of these traditions.

我从中拿了一本《鲁滨孙漫游记》，我翻开一看，是一些刺激的故事！鲁滨孙那曲折的经历，那勇敢坚强的精神把我深深吸引住了。从此，我就爱上了书。我最喜欢探险类的书了！通过看书我知道了植物与动物的生长秘密，知道太阳、黑洞的奥妙，月亮与夕阳的美……

有一次，老师举行一个活动——知识大比拼，有老师出题，我们抢答！主持人的问题一抛出，我就开始调动我脑中的存库，“开通丝绸之路的人是谁？”我马上举手了，老师请我写在黑板上。我走上台，拿起粉笔写哂纳感“张骞”二字。答对了“星星都是一个颜色的吗？”我马上喊了出来“不是！”

比赛结束后，我以380分的高分稳坐冠军的宝座。同学朝我投来羡慕的目光，一窝蜂地涌了过来，“你怎么知道这么多？”我骄傲地答道：“正巧，最近我看了一本书，在那上面有许多问题，都有解答！”

同学们对我刮目相看！读书让我作文水平也有了很大的提高，有一次老师出了“XX的故事”这个作文题目，大家都正在苦思冥想，我的笔尖已经在纸上沙沙地移动，因为我从课外书上中积累了许多素材，如今是展现的时候了！

从那以后，我便喜欢上了书，和它行影不离，也会选些好书来读！

There are four seasons in a year .They are spring,summer,autumn and winter.I like the winter best.Beacuse its so white and so beautiful.

In winter we can make the snow man ,we can play with our partners in outside in the white world.

And im sure that i can make the big and beautiful snow man.
