American eating is funny. They eat almost everything with a fork, and it appears that holding a knife in ones right hand longer than a few seconds is considered to be against good table manners.

The system is that if it is absolutely necessary to use a knife, people take the fork in their left hand, and cut off a piece of meat or whatever it is in the normal manner. i like swimming, i would love to swim in summer, because, in the water, and the feeling of cool swimming swimming is a sport, matched by other exercise, can let the body healthy. my parents are like swimming, their ideas and i, we all are born swimers, my swimming technique is my father taught me, now i have excels blue. i like to walk in the water, like the feeling of fish. but water is very dangerous, every year there are many people are buried in the water, so dont watch the water so gentle, but he also hide crisis.

Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

to sit in the round table and introduced ourselves one by one. When it was my

turn, I lowed down my head and spoke in low voice. Then the employers continued

to let us give speeches in the stage. I lose confidence and made the horrible

performance.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

lose chances. So I practise hard and dare to stand in the stage.

一年有四季，而冬季是我最喜欢的季节，下面我来说说我为什么喜欢它。

冬季的一场大雪下过以后，松树变成白的了，黑土地也变白了，仿佛置身于白银做的世界里。一阵北风吹过，松树上的雪掉下来了，掉在人们的头上，大家仿佛成了白胡子老爷爷、老奶奶了。

玩冰滑梯是我喜欢的活动之一，坐在雪圈里，从高处往下滑，速度刺激，不禁会叫出“啊”的一声，滑到底下我激动地说：“太爽了！真刺激呀！”抽冰嘎我也很喜欢，把冰嘎放到冰面上，用鞭子一抽，冰嘎就像芭蕾舞演员一样不停旋转。骑冰上摩托车是我最喜欢的活动，我抓好把手，猛踩一脚油门，冰上摩托车就飞快地向前冲，好一个逍遥自在。

冬季过去了，但我依然忘不了冬季的美好与快乐，我最喜欢冬季！
