A group of penguins at a zoo in Japan take a walk to lose weight. Every day, 15 king penguins there walk 500 meters twice. "Just like human, penguins dont exercise much during winter. They become fat easily," says a zookeeper.

Courage is very important.Everyone needs it.We will meet many difficulties in our life and sometimes we will fail,but we can’t lose courage.If we lose courage,we can’t do anything,because we don’t dare to do anything; we are afraid of failure.This is my Chinese teacher me in the first class.I agree with him.For example,we don’t have the courage to hands up to say our answer,how can we know we are right or wrong.I will remember his word forever,” never lose courage .”

Mrs. Li has left a very good first impression on us. She is a beautiful young lady, enthusiastic and energetic. Now we know that she is a really wonderful teacher. Not only does she explain everything clearly but also she is very patient with us. Besides, her class

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

life to save Bubba in the war.Its courage that helped Forrest gain a series of

honor after war .Forrest Gump is beautiful for his perseverance and touches

others with his courage.

A person cant do without courage in terms of love and friendship ,let alone

life . A weak person may avoid the difficulties ,but a person with courage will

face up to it head-on. Therefore,letequip ourselves with great courage.

Our English teacher， Mrs Wang， is about forty years old。 She always wears a pair of glasses。 She is very strict with us。 When we make a mistake， she often makes us stand up。 But we hear that her home is far from our school。 Every morning she has to walk to school for forty minutes。 And she is never late。 Then we come to see that Mrs Wang loves us dearly。 She teaches us so carefully。 In fact， she is a good teacher.
