通过学滑冰的经过，我明白了一个道理：学习任何东西都需要方法和要领，学习知识要积累、掌握方法还要灵活掌握。

I like to hear music, music helps me get out of annoyance. Before I go to bed, I always need to listen to soft music, so that I can sleep soon. In summer, the weather is hot. We should drink more water, because we sweat a lot in hot days. But I prefer to eat fruits. Watermelon, apple and grape are my most favorites.
