They can act in three ways; by supporting research, by making laws and by keeping the general public informed.

Governments should spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to save energy.

走进滑雪场，我就迅速穿上雪鞋，想马上跑到雪地里穿滑雪板，可是我差点摔了一跤。这雪鞋又大有重，走起路来非常辛苦，我只好像机器人一样缓慢、僵硬地走到雪地里。我终于穿好了滑雪板，这时问题又来了，前面有一个山坡，我怎么也怕不上去。我好不容易爬到一半，结果一不小心又滑了下去。我使出吃奶的劲又爬上了一点点，可是山坡太高太陡，滑雪板又太重。我灵机一动，脱下滑雪板，背在肩上，走上山顶，然后再把滑雪板穿上去。我往下一看，呀！真高啊，我只好闭上眼睛滑下去，我在雪地里飞驰，耳边是呼呼的风声，我睁开眼睛发现其实也没那么可怕。快到终点时，问题又来了，我竟然不会刹车，在惊叫中我撞上了一棵树，然后滚下来，四脚朝天躺在雪地上怎么也爬不起来。虽然摔得很惨，但我没有放弃，继续爬上山顶滑下来。滑了几次以后，我终于想到了刹车的办法，到终点时，我灵活地来个转身，终于安全地停下来。

我爱滑雪，希望有机会去哈尔滨滑一次真正的雪。
