场景一

场景二

深宫大院内，一女子独坐冷宫。她年轻时初入后宫，只为一睹圣颜，美貌的她不屑于贿赂画师毛延寿，结果就只能终日在这冷宫中忧伤叹息。这一天，匈奴派人来想要和亲，这一次她毅然决然地站了出来，要嫁去那边疆塞外。皇帝对她动了心，劝她留下来，但是她没有，她选择为了国家安定，百姓平安而去那孤苦无依的塞外荒地。她就是王昭君，一个为了天下百姓而放弃自己幸福的女子。

场景三

宋朝年间，战乱频繁，也就是在这硝烟之中，一位英雄出现在了史册上，他就是岳飞。他带领将士冲锋陷阵，收复失地，将金兵打得溃不成军。但这位英雄却英年早逝。这一切都是拜大奸臣秦桧所赐。当他被金兵抓走后，为了自己可以活命，答应金兵去做“卧底”。这样的人选择为了个人私利而不顾他人死活，这样的人只会受到后人唾骂，遗臭万年。尾声

一滴冰蓝色的水墨从天而降，幻化为黄河之水，倾泻而下，整个画面的意境，来自中国古老诗词：“黄河之水天上来。”这是对中国母亲河的浪漫想象与赞美。翻涌的浪涛最终凝结为一片晶莹剔透的冰雪天地，也好像是凝固了时光。一方巨大的水从冰面中升起，凝固成冰，过往2__届冬奥会举办城市的历史，随着环绕全场的24道“激光刻刀”的雕琢，闪回其上，最终定格为“2022中国北京”。

在这开幕式中，更有这样的细节。一个小鸽子迷路了，而这时，另一个小鸽子拉住她，回到队伍。这细心一幕象征台湾永远属于中国。“翘首期盼回家路，祖国统一叶归根。”“一鸽也不能少，迷路的孩子，早点回家。”这样的暖心举动，无不彰显中国对于早日实现国家完全统一的重视及对台湾同胞的热切关怀。

这次的火焰，是用氢能点燃的。没有奥运之火“点“的过程，也没有盛天的火焰，将熊熊燃烧的奥运之火，幻动成雪花般圣洁灵动的小苗，这一创意来自低碳环保理念，将成为奥运会历一个经典的瞬间。

中国人的纯粹与浪慢，融于冰雪纷飞，彰显中国时代担当的大国浪漫与情怀，世界可以相信中国美!

在新概念三册中，对比论证的方法反复被运用到，至少出现了五次，分别在篇章L12，L23，L38，L41 和L54的第一段出现。如果对这五篇文章中的对比论证段落仔细研读，会发现这些段落有着几乎完全一样的结构，有规律可循，所以对比论证方法应该是三册学习中不可忽略的一个部分。

这里我们就拿第12课为例。对比论证出现在了第一段。作者在第一段开门见山提出了论点：Most of us have formed an unrealistic picture of life on a desert island（我们许多人对于荒岛生活有一种不切实际的想法）。之后作者讲了两种截然相反的想法：一种想法是imagine it to be a sort of paradise（认为荒岛是天堂）；另一种想法是Life on a desert island is wretched（荒岛生活很可怕）。最后一句话是个总结句。作者正是通过两种呈对比的想法来论证“人们对荒岛生活有不切实际的想法”这一观点。需要读者关注的是，在两种成对立的想法之间作者用了一句非常漂亮的过渡句：The other side of the picture is quite the opposite. （另一种想法恰恰相反）。于是，一个结构清晰严谨、论述有理有力的段落跃然纸上。

读罢上述五篇文章的第一段，不难发现它们都是由两种相反的观点组成，而在相反的观点中间，作者都运用过渡句，这里对对比论证的过度表达稍作总结：

了解了对比论证之后，我们不妨思考下如何运用这种手法，毕竟学以致用才是我们的最终目的。如果针对当前的英语高考作文题，我们完全可以让它在我们的考场上发挥作用。这里以上海2004年和2005年的英语高考作文题为例，看看这一新概念三册中反复出现的手法如何作为应试技巧运用到考试中。

2005上海英语高考作文题：

古人云：“天生我材必有用”(There must be a use for my talent.)。通过描述你生活中的一件事，说明人各有所长，无论才能大小都能成为有用的人。

写作文首先要做的是审题，这个题目要求你在写文章时做到两点：你的观点是支持“天生我才必有用”；用你生活事例论证。如何引出自己的观点呢？我们可以运用对比手法，可以先就题中话题先找到两个对立观点，然后再抛出自己的观点。值得一提的是，考官在批阅一片作文时首先会注意考生是否偏题。那我们如何避免偏题呢？一个很好的方法就是在开头就告诉改卷老师你扣题了。比如笔者写下如下一段作为作文首段：

People have formed an unrealistic picture of their talents. Some imagine themselves to be unconquerably intelligent. On the opposite, others tend to consider themselves a drop in the ocean, powerless and useless. There is an element of truth in both ideas, but I am convinced that there must be a use to out talent, as it can be proved by my own experience.

先写人们对自己的天赋形成了不切实际的看法，然后写两种极端的看法：一种是认为自己绝顶聪明，另一种是自己如沧海一粟，微小无用。在这两个相反的观点之间有了on the opposite来过渡。这正是运用了对比论证的手法，但是别忘了上述的两点考题要求。在列举了两种相反的观点之后就可以抛出自己的观点：I am convinced that there must be a use to out talent.而后自然用过一个as it can be proved by my own experience的句子过渡到以下的事例对这一观点进行论证。如此一写，完全不用担心是否扣题的问题，因为在这一文章首段告诉了考官自己的观点，并且通过一个过渡句说明下文内容是起到论证作用的事例。当然不要忘记这里是通过对比的手法来引出自己的观点的。

上述高考题属于比较严肃的话题，如果遇到的话题涉及生活事件呢？下面再列举另一种风格的高考作文题。

2004上海英语高考作文题

老师要求你负责班级墙报(wall newspaper)工作并征求你的意见。在日记中表述你的决定并谈谈想法。

我们首先还是要捉摸清楚考题的要点：你的决心；你的想法。负责班级墙报貌似是个小话题，但是我们完全可以运用上对比论证的手法。比如在写自己的决心时，不妨先写一般人对这样一个老师指派的任务是何种态度，而后引出自己的决心。而在写一般人的态度时完全可以用上对比的手法。比如笔者写下如下一段作为作文首段：

People show different attitude when appointed to be in charge of wall newspaper. Those who regard the task as a great burden would decline it while those who long to serve their fellow students would accept it with great pleasure. As for me, it is a golden opportunity to practice myself, so when the challenge comes, I will accept it.

可以先用一句话总起人们会有不同的态度，而后写两个呈对比的观点：一种是认为这是个负担因而拒绝承担；另一种是渴望为民服务因而欣然接受。中间运用的过度是while，这样可以将呈对比的做法浓缩在一个句子里，句子结构的复杂性提升。然后通过as for me来表达自己的态度，也就是我的部分决心。

当然，不要忽略作文题中的另一个非常重要的要求，即该作文是以日记形式出现，所以不妨将将这一比较正式的段落放在文中而非文首。

这里暂以两个高考作文题为例，运用上新概念三册中的对比论证手法，希望可以给大家一些启发，帮助大家真正地将这一结构手法活学活用。

尊敬的学校领导、亲爱的老师、同学们：

大家好!

土地是财富之母，勤劳是财富之父。这是千百年来人类社会在发展过程中所形成的共识。恩格斯也早已明确论断“劳动创造了人本身”。

的确，我们人类的双手，人类的语言、人类的智慧等等可以区别于其他动物的一切，无一不是劳动的贡献。

也可以说今天人类所拥有的一切物质和精神的文明成果无一不是劳动所创造，因此，我们人类的美好未来也毫无疑问地必须靠劳动来创造。也教导我们“幸福都是奋斗出来的”。

热爱劳动是我们中华民族的传统美德。我们历来对于那些四体不勤，五谷不分，只想不劳而获的人都是嗤之以鼻的。因此，哪怕是家境再好的人家也都会知道“坐吃山空”和“富不过三代”的古训，有道是“忧劳可以兴国，逸豫可以亡身”。

但是，改革开放四十多年来，几代人的不懈奋斗，让我们的国家从站起来，到富起来，并逐渐强起来，无论是国家的面貌还是普通老百姓的生活也都有了天翻地覆的变化，于是有些人开始厌恶劳动，不尊重劳动，甚至看不起劳动者。这是一种十分危险现象。对此，作为新时代的青年，对于劳动应该有自己正确的认识。

第一、劳动精神最光荣。我们应该感谢先辈，是用他们用劳动创造了今天的一切，但是我们不能就此止步，作为新时代的青年一代，应该有自己的使命和担当，那就是在前辈们奠定的基础上，用自己的劳动创造自己的新生活，并为子孙后代奠定更坚实的发展基础。惟其如此，我们才能说自己是光荣的劳动者，我们才能上不愧祖先，下不愧后代。

第二、劳动分工无贵贱。劳动只有分工的不同，没有高低贵贱之分。人生而平等，但是由于发展基础不同，知识水平不一，兴趣爱好有别，所以社会分工会不同。国家需要两弹元勋钱学森，也需要掏粪工人时传祥;需要航天英雄杨利伟，也需要守岛赤子王继才……正因为如此，作为一国元首，主席在今年的新年致辞中就十分接地气地向包括快递小哥、环卫工人、出租车司机在内的千千万万劳动者致敬，因为正是他们，创造了和创造着我们美好的一切。

第三、劳动形式需发展。人类社会发展的历史就是一部后人站在前人肩膀上不断攀登的历史。从刀耕火种的原始农业时代，到现在的信息化时代，劳动创造美好生活的实质并没有改变，但是人类的劳动形式已经不可同日而语。今天或许大多数繁重和琐碎的体力工作会被机器和人工智能所取代，但那不正是由于我们的劳动创造了机器和人工智能吗?

《“沁芳”虽新雅 “独创”仍待察》

以《红楼梦》“题对额”情节作引的高考全国甲卷语文作文题，在今年一众高考作文题中格外“出圈”。贾宝玉所题“沁芳”二字，被认为新雅不俗、蕴藉含蓄。如此新异的表达能否构成作品?对于作品创作而言，原创与独创标准是否一致?这些问题值得创作者群体认真审视。

原创不一定符合独创性要求

原创不同于独创。“原创”是指最早创作，即首创，强调创作行为发生的时间。原创作品的具体表达是“前无古人”的，思想或创意亦是独一无二的，《红楼梦》便是典型的原创文字作品。“独创”是《著作权法》中的概念，是对表达的要求，而不针对思想。“独创”包含“独自创作”和“独特地创造”两层含义。各国的著作权法普遍将独创性规定为作品的基本构成要件之一，强调作品须为作者独立创作，内容应源于作者本人且须达到一定的创作高度。

独创不要求原创。独创反对抄袭，只要求独立创作，而不苛求首创。因此，作品独创性的来源不但包括从无到有的独立创作，还包括基于在先作品进行的演绎创作。即只要作品在表达上具有新颖性和创造性，不论其思想或创意是否是亘古未有的，都属于独创。有红学家指出“沁芳”二字取义于《西厢记》的唱词“花落水流红”，但在表达上更加简净、丰厚、耐人寻味。从思想意蕴上看，“沁芳”二字难谓原创，但该表达确属贾宝玉独立创作。

再创作须产生可被客观识别的明显差异

作品须独立创作，但不苛求独一无二。“独创”强调独立创作的结果，即使内容存在“雷同”，也不会阻碍任何一方享有著作权。美国曾有两位摄影师在同一海岸用同一角度同时捕捉到海浪卷起的画面，照片呈现的内容高度相似，法院认为双方对各自拍摄的照片享有著作权。我国《关于审理著作权民事纠纷案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第十五条规定：“由不同作者就同一题材创作的作品，作品的表达系独立完成并且有创作性的，应当认定作者各自享有独立著作权。”这是为了防止作品表达垄断作品内容，保障公众自由创作的空间。

再创作须产生可被客观识别的明显差异

此外，文学高度不等于创作高度。作品的文学性体现为表达、结构、意蕴、思想的艺术高度，侧重对内容质量与艺术价值的评价，评价结果受主观因素影响大。独创性则强调作品须达到一定的创作高度，能够体现作者独特的智力判断和选择，而无关作品质量或价值。诸如《红楼梦》一类的“阳春白雪”之作，文学性与独创性不言自明。然而，即使是“下里巴人”的智力活动成果，仍可能满足作品独创性的要求。

独创须具有“最低限度的创造性”。虽然独创对于智力表达的创造性要求并不高，但文字作品仍须具有反映作者个性风格、展示文学美感或传递一定量信息的效用。如果一种表达过于短小，仅由少量字词简单组合而成，一般很难满足上述要求。此时，若将其作为作品加以保护，会不合理地挤占公众创作的自由空间，这与《著作权法》鼓励创作的立法目的相悖。

引经据典、化用借古能够增加作品的文化底蕴或说服力，往往有画龙点睛之效。以古为师，创作者不但要懂得恰当移用、巧妙化用，还要学会独立创新。站在巨人的肩膀上，瞭望广阔天地的同时，创作者也要有成为“开拓者”的信心和魄力。

从前有一群猫，住在海岸边，每天退潮时他们都会捡搁浅在海滩上的小鱼来吃，日子过得有些穷苦，但还是很快乐。

后来，猫群中新来了一只很大很大的大猫，大猫的毛色是鲜红的，有着金色的眼睛，背着一大张渔网。大猫说，你们每天都要捉鱼多累啊，不如好好休息休息一下呀，这么着吧，我有渔网，能捉好多好多的鱼，不如以后我来替你们捉吧，这片海附近的地方也让我来帮你们打理吧。

猫儿们都觉得这是一种好办法，所以就点点头同意了。

刚开始时，大猫的渔网比较简陋，捉的鱼也不多，而这时的猫儿们觉得大猫也没什么了不起的，所以每当鱼分得不均匀或是拿到的鱼太少时，他们还会一起来到湖边，在大猫的木棚子门口集体喵喵叫表示抗议，而每当这时，大猫也会很诚恳地向他们道歉，并承诺一定把鱼分匀分好，猫儿们这才点点头离开，有的猫儿还戳戳大猫的大鼻子说“下次注意点喽!”大猫很憨厚地笑笑。猫儿们的生活虽然没有丰衣足食，也尚能糊口，所以他们都让大猫接着干了。

后来，大猫的渔网升级为渔网2.0版，捉的鱼也多了不少，猫儿们的生活也慢慢好起来了。他们渐渐习惯了这种张嘴便有鱼吃的生活，也对大猫充满了感激之情，而在大猫到来之后出生的猫仔仔们更是不知道自己打渔的生活是什么样的，只是觉得大猫叔叔太帅了。大猫的威望越来越高。

不知不觉中，大猫的木棚子变成了小石屋，又变成了水泥小楼，最后变成了小洋房。猫儿们看到这些，觉得大猫跟以前有一点不一样了，但是也没有多说什么。

再后来，大猫不再把全部鱼分给猫儿们，而是把其中的一大部分在自己家的地窖里藏了起来。猫儿们知道这件事后有些不开心。于是大猫悄悄叫来了猫群中与他关系比较好的那些猫猫，塞给了他们很多鱼，于是这些猫猫有的成为了大猫家的保镖，有的连夜写了《大猫歌》，有的编了《大猫日报》，有的混在乘凉聊天的猫猫堆里装作不经意地提起大猫的种种好处，于是猫群里充满了赞美大猫的声音。

但是大猫地窖里的鱼越囤越多越囤越多，于是有的猫猫开始分不到鱼了。但他们只是叹息自己命不好，然后忧伤地舔舔自己的毛和爪子。

终于有一天，有一只年轻的穷猫猫决定学捉老鼠吃。

“老鼠!老鼠怎么能吃!”其他猫猫大惊失色。

“如果不学会吃老鼠，以后一点鱼都吃不到了该怎么办?”穷猫猫说。

但是其他猫猫都觉得他很可笑：“怎么会没鱼吃?大猫会给我们的呀。”

穷猫猫走了，跟随他的是他的几个死党。他们一起去捉老鼠了。而其他猫猫依然留了下来，即便此时他们的生活水平已经很糟糕很糟糕了。他们看着把一串鱼干当作项链挂在脖子上的富猫猫从眼前优雅地走过，下定决心下辈子一定要投胎到富猫家。

大猫听说了学捉老鼠的猫儿们的事，非常愤怒，派了很多猫卫兵去搜捕。于是有的猫猫牺牲了，有的猫猫躲进了森林里。

后来有的穷猫猫饿得实在受不了了，想自己去海边捉鱼吃，但一来他们已经忘掉潮水涨落规律等祖祖辈辈留下的经验，二来大猫在海岸边设置了很多关卡不让其他猫猫接近，有的猫猫偷偷到了海边，却被大猫手下的猫卫兵们抓走了，再也没有回来。

大猫建立了巨大的城堡，在海边筑起了高大围墙。后来他不给穷猫猫们分鱼了。

穷猫猫们却忘了这片海岸原来是属于他们的。他们很绝望。

或许有一天，学捉老鼠的年轻猫儿们会回来，带着猫儿们砸掉大猫城堡。

也许他们已经被猫卫兵捉完消失了。

也或者，他们赶走大猫后，会建立食鼠之猫国，而这个食鼠国最后也变成了大猫那样的恐怖国家。

这个故事告诉小盆友们，如果猫猫们自己都不懂得这片海岸是谁的、森林是谁的，捉鱼捕鼠权是谁的，那么大猫只会一次又一次地出现，像噩梦一样。

“人，要脚踏实地!”这是妈妈对我说的一句话。这句话就像一盏明灯，在黑暗的时候引导我前进!

妈妈是我的母亲，是我的朋友，是我的老师，更是教育我道理的启迪者。

我很喜欢跳舞，舞蹈是我生命的一部分。妈妈见我这么爱跳舞，便把我送进了舞蹈学校学舞。

学校有一次演出，选了我们班去，因为特殊原因，需要200元的费用，可是那一段时间我们家正好在修房子，所以资金方面有些紧缺。可我不想失去这次的演出机会，便哀求妈妈道：“妈妈，你让我去嘛，钱不要很多，求你了。而且这次演出全班都要去，如果我不去，老师肯定要问的，要是我说是因为没钱，同学们肯定会笑话我的，你就让我去嘛!”妈妈看看我，语重心长地说：“玉茹，不是我不要你去，我也希望你能去，毕竟这对你是个磨练的机会，可是你也知道最近我们家在修房子，所以这次去演出你就去不了了。至于你说同学们笑话你，我可就要好好教育你了：做人是为自己活的，不是为别人活的，自己活的精彩何必在意别人的眼光呢!人不能只知道攀比，要脚踏实地!而且我想同学们也不会笑话你的!”说完，妈妈拍拍我的肩膀。

最后，那次的演出我也没能去，同学们也像妈妈说的并没有笑话我，但我也并不觉得失望、失落。反而使我明白了一个道理：人，要脚踏实地!
