内蒙古呼格吉勒图奸杀案

念斌投毒案

2006年7月27日夜，福建省平潭县澳前村17号两户居民家中多人出现中毒症状，其中两人经抢救无效死亡。警方经过侦查，很快确定是人为投入氟乙酸盐鼠药所致，认为其邻居念斌有重大作案嫌疑，被逮捕，提起公诉。后该案历时8年10次开庭审判，4次被判处死刑立即执行。后2014年9月份平潭县公安局已经重新立案，此前的8月22日，对涉嫌犯投放危险物质罪的上诉人念斌宣告无罪。
