So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

The way people hold the belief that a fun-filled， pain-free lifestyle

equals happiness actually reduces their chances of ever obtaining real

happiness. If fun and pleasure are equal to happiness，then pain must be equal to

unhappiness. But in fact，the opposite is true： more often than not things that

lead to happiness contain some pain.

Yesterday was Teachers Day. It was a great day for all the teachers and also a happy time for us students. So someone made the comment on campus life as the nursing house, which

satirized the students who wasted their precious time and youth to accomplish

For a wise student, they make the plans and improve themselves all the

time. If we live the life as the old people in the nursing house, then it is

kind of committing suicide for a young person.

The news that Mr Cai had passed away was known, and I fell into great

My memory brought me back to the class when I saw him for the last

I have lost a good teacher. Tears will dry up in time, but the memory will

stay for ever.

Computer is increasingly popular in people’s daily life. The number of

computer in every family is more than TV set. Some people think it is so great

that they all regard it as a gift from the heaven. However, some people consider

it brings more disadvantages than advantages. In my opinion, both opinions are

correct, but if we can use computer in a proper way, its advantages are superior

to disadvantages. I have several reasons.

On the one hand, computer makes human beings’ life become easier. People

Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. We use water to wash our face or to have a bath. We drink water or we will die…Water is also very important for China. There are 2.8 hundred millions of steres of water in China, but everyone can only use 2300 steres. It is only twenty–five per sent in the world.

Not too long ago, there was a man called Jacques Cousteau. He loved the beautiful colors, and the beautiful fish in the sea. However, when he returned some years later, the colorful coral reefs were dead and grey because the factory near the sea poured waste water into the sea. Jacques Cousteau decided to tell people how important it was to save the environment under the sea. He started the“ Cousteau Society ” to help protect life in the sea. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean.
