I just turned away and slam the door without saying goodbye to my mother. I was still angry about her. “You’re still my good girl.” My mother said in a low voice chocked with sob.

On the train I could not eat anything, I felt terrible. How I wish I had said sorry to my mother before I left. Now all I want to say is, will you forgive me, my dear mother?

运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。
