早晨，柔和的阳光洒在操场上，绿草上的露珠在阳光的照耀下显得闪闪发光。又是一个好天气，但对于彻夜未眠的我来说，却完全提不起精神。掀开压在身上的被子，拖着疲倦的身子爬了起来。揉着睡眼朦胧的双眼，迎接第一天的校园生活。

在昏昏欲睡中，那漫长的一天在一张张面孔互相熟悉中渡过了。太阳也从东边到了西边，夜色笼罩着大地，回到宿舍，我看到的是向我张开着臂膀的床。哦，如此舒适。此时的室友却像是有忙不完的事，迟迟不肯上床睡觉。忽然一个声音“洗衣粉应该放多少啊？”啊！上帝，我还有衣服没有洗！我依依不舍地又从床上爬起，我和床就像两片必胜客披萨被拉开一般，即使小别也会丝丝相连。

我将脏衣服放进盆中，加水。但洗衣粉应该放多少？我加了一大勺，泡泡马上占据了整个洗衣盆。我又尝试着用水冲洗了多次，那泡泡却总是去不掉。等我一次又一次将衣服洗了又洗终于干净了后，灯也黑了，可我才洗完一件衣服。

没办法明天再干吧，我借着月光将衣服挂在房间外的铁丝上。打开妈妈叠整齐的被子，却发现我还没洗澡。哦，天哪！我的生活真是乱套了，平常这些事都是妈妈做的。

夜晚，躺在床上的我，不由自主的想起妈妈，想起家里的生活。学校里时间都安排的很紧，一点都不像在家那般随心所欲。睡前我用妈妈专门给我买的老人机和妈妈打电话。又听见了那柔和的声音，多么熟悉。妈妈问我：“在学校里过的怎么样？”此刻这再平常不过的问候却让我如此感动。泪水在眼眶打转，却依然强装镇定说“我挺好的，过几天就适应了。”爸爸倒是不像妈妈那样担心，因为爸爸知道这是一个男孩成长必须所经历的。

往后，当我遇到困难时，又一次次的想起父母给我的笑容与鼓励，让我坚毅的望着前路迎接困难走下去。而那过去了的将会成为亲切的怀念。

前此日子一连下子几场雨，院里长在砖墙下的苔便吸饱了水，一团团一片片浓郁的黛色便在红砖上染开，甚是喜人。

反观，院中先前风头正盛的几株海棠，已是近半散落在潮润的地上，风光不复。这几场骤雨向来不会怜惜这些花儿，只顾着穿林拂叶，不露半毫温情，也只有那终年盘栖在墙下的苔还在为连日的滋润而自喜，它大概是最不像那些花的了。兀自在见不得光的地方静默着，残红乱舞与它无关，新绿纵横不入它眼，一时间，竟显出了些隐士的智慧气息来。

我想，苔大概是具有一种超脱的睿智，不言不语，自有一方天地。

遥闻那宋时文主走进了园里，最先前见的却不是满园春色，而是紧闭的柴门与阶上的苔，于是便有了“应怜展齿印苍苔”的情感来，那一团团翠色而饱满的苔在春风温柔照拂后与诗人相见，激起了一片对春色的怜爱来。又如那一方陋室前青葱的草色与蔓上阶的苍苔，在许久无人探访后生长到覆满了院落，它是寂寞的吗?我想应非如此，那样甘于平凡的苔生长着，那陋室中的人便坚守着那样孤寂却满是傲气的灵魂。于是苔就这样伴着诗人度过了无数个难眼的苦雨长夜。

于是便悟了苔的生存之美，不苟且、不同俗、宠辱不惊、去留无间。它生长在这世界上任何一个角落，任何时期，于是海棠谢了，它还在。天所转暖新叶生发，它依然在。这又何尝不是我们所需的生活智慧!那样平凡而又显得卑微的生命，却在岁月更迭后苦守着心的净土，才使得灵魂于方寸之境中突围，才使得春去春回，总有一片生机得以留存。

我能想象，这样的苔，任时序交替岁月变迁，只要有一方栖身之地，汛期过后便能不息生长。这是俗世间少有的大智，是千千万万水陆草木之花所难得的从容与淡然。

在这样兵荒马乱的年纪，我仍坚信着，面对生活需要智慧，需要这样长远而深邃的智慧。

尊严，是我们人格的象征，每个人都需要尊严，如果生活中没有尊严，那么我们的生活就没有意义，我们将失去生命的源泉，只有尊严，才能让我们拥有非常精彩的人生。

尊严，让我明白了许多道理，一个人活着，如果没有尊严，那么这个人的生活就不值得一提。只有尊严，才能让我们的生活精彩；只有尊严，才能让我们的生活丰富多彩；只有尊严，才能让我们的生活充满活力。我们的生活离不开尊严，尊严能体现出生命的价值。

生活中常常有人把尊严挂在嘴边，把“尊严”一词说得夸大其词，这些人是那么的虚伪，尊严是那么的没有价值。尊严不是用嘴唱出来的，而是靠自己的努力和实力去打拼出来的。俗话说：没有劳动哪来成果，没有尊严哪来幸福。我们活着不去劳动怎么见到成果。生活没有尊严，我们每天都会在别人的指指点点下生活，这样的生活有意义，有价值吗？

生活中，我们每个人都要靠努力去赢得别人的尊重，自己的尊严要用实力去证明。我很小的时候听过狮子王的故事：小狮子辛巴的父亲是王国的统治者，因此，辛巴在鲜花和掌声中降生，在关爱和好奇中生长在丧父的悲痛下逃亡，在思念和友情中长大，在恋人的劝告和良心，责任的驱使下重返荣耀岩，在宽容仁厚中原谅叔叔，在出色的战斗中营救了狮子群和自己的王国，最终登上了国王的宝座……这虽说真实地再现了狮子的品格与本色，但是小狮子辛巴用自己的努力赢得其它动物的尊重。王者风范，这是大自然赋予狮子的本色，使人望而生畏，敬而远之。同样的动物世界也离不开生活的尊严。

尊严的内涵是丰富多彩的，只要我们用心去体验，了解生活中的点点滴滴就会感到任何一个社会都不能缺少尊严。其实人活着就应该如此，不活则罢，要活就活出精彩，活出价值，活出尊严。用尊严来对待生命、尊重生命赋予的价值。
