We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. 人们都知道，我们能生存下来，一方面是因为粮食，还有一方面就是环境。当某地区散发出臭味之时，居住在那里的人一定会愁眉苦脸。不过，这些都是他们自己搞的。下面就来听听我的见解吧。

一步之遥

在一个清香袅袅的早晨，我和妈妈去公园散步，透透气。公园的空气十分新鲜，而且风景美没极了，花繁叶茂，一片欣欣向荣的景色。我心里也十分舒畅。忽然，一阵风拂过，我就慢慢地感受着春光。正当我平静之时，我看见了一副不文明的景象：一位看起来有学问风度的叔叔正坐在垃圾桶边的小凳上喝饮料，喝完后随地一扔，便一走了之。我呆呆地望着那塑料瓶，犹豫一会儿，走过去捡起塑料瓶，仍进垃圾桶。

河水侮辱

我们小区大门口旁边有一条河，那里是大家的必经之地。河流原本清澈无比；但现在却又脏又臭，河面上还漂浮着塑料袋。我查了一些资料。资料显示水污染主要因为化工厂排放的污水、人们自身乱扔垃圾及大自然污染带给水的“传染”。

我想，我们应该从平时的小事做起，这样才能更好的保护环境。

“地球是我们共同的家园，是我们共同的母亲，保护地球是我们的责任，我们应该来保护我们美丽的家园，不能让它受到破坏!”这是每一位地球公民的心声。

现在我们拥有许多美好的东西：豪华而有朝气的房子、又平又宽的公路、一片绿油油的田野、宽大的体育馆，但这又有什么用呢?人们一次又一次地砍伐树木，使美丽的森林变成光秃秃的了，用来做筷子、椅子、桌子、铅笔、床……在那附近的城市可能会遭到沙尘暴或者台风暴雨的袭击。所以，我们不要滥砍乱伐，过分的砍树，不止大自然受到破坏，还有许多小动物们也失去了温暖的家，我们要爱护大自然，给小动物们一个温暖的家!

我曾看过一个电视节目叫做《科学世界》，这个电视节目叙述的是科学家推测500年后的北美洲海洋，因为地壳运动的变化，陆地和陆地互相碰合，造成海洋被封锁，海水不能流动，那里因为天气炎热海水才容易蒸发得快，过不了多久全部的海水被蒸发了，变成了干旱的土地，一些动物因环境的变化慢慢地进化成了另一种形状，就连性格也改变了，一只性格温柔的松鼠竟变成了性格凶猛狡猾的松鼠了……

我还看过一本新编的《十万个为什么》，里面说：“自古以来，古人们都会节约用木头，即使他们去砍树来烧饭做菜也会利用树木，他们只是砍掉一棵树的顶端部，使树木不会断绝生机，让它们还会继续生长，这样就不会毁坏大自然。可是到20世纪90年代初，全球本来100﹪的树木却一瞬间用去了25﹪的树木，那个时候还剩75﹪的树木。从那起，人们就开始疯狂砍伐树木，弄得树木越来越少。美国和英国每天砍伐树木约80亩，这样一来没过多久，全球的树木要全被砍光了!”

听了我那么多的介绍，同学们!这些种种事情，难道还不能给我们教训与启示吗?哦，还有全世界的叔叔阿姨、爷爷奶奶、哥哥姐姐、弟弟妹妹、伯伯你们都知道应当怎么保护大自然了吗?大自然中还有需要我们去保护的地方，不仅是大自然需要我们的保护，环境也需要我们来保护!让我们一起来保护大自然吧!

这个星期,老师给我们布置了调查环境污染情况的作业.我想起了家乡那条受污染的小河,每日上学放学我都要从那里经过,怎么就没有想到要好好地调查研究一下它受污染的原因呢?

我在妈妈的引导下沿着河岸边观察边在笔记本上做记录.首先看到是几家工厂,排污管把深绿色的、浓黑色的污水直接排入小河,排污口处的水面上漂浮着大量白色泡沫及少量被抛弃的塑料袋.污水发出一股恶臭刺激着我的鼻子,可想而知,这污水里含有大量的有害物质.

菜市场已经开始收摊了,摊主正在处理垃圾.一位买菜的老板娘正挥舞着扫把挑“飞”一棵棵腐烂的白菜,那已经失去价值的白菜扑通扑通跳进了河里,漂浮了一阵就沉下去了.唉,我们的母亲河什么时候成了容纳垃圾的地方了.

街道的尽头是广阔的农田,勤劳的农民伯伯正在给农作物喷洒农药.农药的瓶子就放在水沟旁边,我走过去闻到农药呛人的气味.想到许多农药使用以后,蔬菜水果上都要留下“毒素”,何况这些农田里的水都是要流到河里去的呀.

一路走来,我只看到被污染的、墨黑的河水,没有发现河水里有水草,也很少看到河边有树木.想到自己到过的一些风景区,清澈的水,在水底招摇的水草,和把枝条垂到河面的柳树,我心里感到悲哀,为什么人们就不懂得保护家乡的河流呢?

回到家,我跟爸爸说起此事,爸爸告诉我,他小的时候,这河水是清澈见底,跟风景区没啥两样,他和朋友经常在这河流里游泳呢,哪知道现在变成这个样子了.

我上网查了资料,发现被污染的河流中含有许多危害人类的化学物质.比如铅,它会让人贫血,神经错乱,使儿童的智力下降;河水发出的臭味,影响人们的食欲,使人精神烦躁;河水里含着大量的汞,会使人口齿不清,听觉失灵.虽然人们不会直接饮用河水,但河水蒸发后,降下雨水也含有危害人类健康的物质.河里的鱼类受到毒害,人食用了这些动物,肯定是间接地受到危害.

想想河水受到的污染,我感到痛苦,为什么人们只顾自己的利益,而破坏了环境呢?多么希望人们能够觉醒,保护我们的母亲河,让河水恢复到清凌凌的状态.
