第一步:打蛋。我拿来两个蛋，把蛋壳磕破，将蛋黄和蛋清一股脑儿倒进碗里，再用妈妈教我的方法打了起来。

第二步:炒饭。我先把昨天剩下来的饭拿出来，放在一口碗里，接着打开煤气灶和油烟机，然后，我在锅里放上油，再慢慢放上饭，用铲子炒起来，直到冒烟了--不是烧焦了--就行了。

第三步:放酱油。我将酱油放在铲上，然后铲起饭来，直到酱油均匀了，就好了。

第四步:放蛋。我将蛋全倒下去，然后用铲子铲了起来。如果蛋桨凝固了，那一碗香喷喷的蛋炒饭就大功告成了!

我吃着自己炒的蛋炒饭，觉得特别好吃。

透过窗户，看见那窗个那两棵四季常青、高大挺拔的松树时，就会让我想起的故乡的松树林。

我小时候，跟爷爷奶奶住在一起。住的小平房后面，有一座山，山上长满了松树。

夏天，朋友常常带我去松树林抓蝉。我们分辨蝉发出的连绵起伏的歌声，只听这里的蝉长一段，那里应一声。当分辨出“知了、知了”的声音来自于那棵树上，就爬树把蝉抓下来逗着玩。如果运气好还可以抓几只蜗牛，让它们在“跑道”上赛跑。这常常让我们玩的不亦乐乎，都忘了时间。

松树周围是一圈水稻田，水稻长熟的时候，栖息在松树上的白鹭们就会从松树林里飞出来，飞到水稻田里，吃昆虫、小鱼、小虾。它们早出晚归，辛勤在田野里吃可恶的害虫，让收成更好。它们与松树林吃草的水牛、稻田里捕食鸭子相处得十分和谐，互不干扰。在黄昏落日地照耀下，白鹭被染成了金色，飞成各种形状又飞到松树林。每当我在其它地方看到白鹭，我就会想起故乡的松树林。

收割完稻子，田野上剩下这一困困稻草，故乡的朋友有着“不浪费一点资源”的精神，用那些稻草编织成一个个秋千，挂在松树粗壮的树枝上，一边荡秋千一边看远方的松树林的白鹭与翠绿的松树，让人感到心旷神怡。

爸爸常常带我去上散步，穿过松树林，可发现松树林中许多的鸟巢，我一边走一边数树上的鸟巢。突然，我看见前面有两排树树长得十分的茂盛，树枝跨过了中间的路与另一排的树的树枝交错在一起，好似一条隧道。我高兴地喊：“爸爸，看，隧道!”

秋天，松树上的松针变黄了，落到了地上，变成金色的地毯。我和几个小伙伴就会收集一些松针与松果，一些拿回家当柴火烧，一些则拿去烤自家种的黄豆豆荚，在地上挖一个坑，在坑里放上松针，用火柴点上火。就开始拿着豆荚烤，考上五分钟，豆荚就基本烤熟，一陈风吹过，豆香和着松涛送入我们的鼻孔，不由得马上想吃几片。

妈妈瞧见了我的囧样，立刻走过来，笑眯眯她告诉我：“做事呀，千万不要急于求成!咱先得在手上沾点干面粉，以防粘手，然后把面团放在手心，轻轻地压扁，再把四周的面皮往中间一边推，一边包……"学着妈妈的样子，我慢慢练习起来。没过多久，一个圆滚滚的小面团就乖巧地躺在了我的手心里。在妈妈的指导下，我把做好的面团放进模具里，小心翼翼地挤压成型。就这样，一个个刻着漂亮花模的月饼就做好啦!

一切准备就绪，妈妈把月饼整齐地放进烤箱。不一会儿，屋子里香气四溢，我馋得直流口水，守着烤箱半步也不肯离开。漫长的20分钟终于过去了，妈妈从烤箱里取出月饼，那一个个金灿灿、黄澄澄的月饼，就像天上的月亮一样。我迫不及待地拿了一个，咬下一口，软软的、甜甜的，真是美味极了。

看着中秋晚会，吃着亲手做的月饼，聆听着窗外细细的小雨，这真是一个既难忘又有意义的中秋节啊!

从小“十指不沾阳春水”的我。今天破例的进了一次厨房，想试着帮家里人分担家务。

“今天我来洗碗!”吃完饭后，我兴致勃勃的说着。家人一脸吃惊，不敢相信。“我会洗碗的，放心交给我吧。”我拍了拍自己的胸脯，信誓旦旦的说。

首先，我将餐桌上的碗碟放到水池里。然后再把剩菜用保鲜膜包好，冷却后再放入冰箱。然后我把抹布弄湿，拿着垃圾桶放到餐桌下，用抹布把桌上的菜饭抹到垃圾桶里。

然后，我看着水池里乱七八糟的一堆碗碟，油腻腻的。上面还粘着一粒粒米饭和菜叶子，真让人倒胃。我长吸了一口气，然后又慢慢吐出。我围上围裙，撸了撸袖子。心想：没洗过碗还没见过洗碗吗?我学着妈妈的样子，先将碗用水过滤一遍，原本沾满菜饭的碗，现在只剩下斑斑驳驳的油渍了。

接着我往盆里滴了几滴洗洁精，顿时，水变得更加透彻干净了。我用手在水中搅了搅，立刻形成了个小漩涡，盆里充满了许多可爱的小泡泡，我将它捧在手心，轻轻一吹，化成了一朵朵蒲公英，又化成了一个个迷你的降落伞，甚至还化成了一朵朵白云。

泡泡在水中你挤着我，我挨着你。我左手拿着碗，右手拿洗碗布洗了起来，沾上洗洁精的碗，变成了一条条想从手中溜走的鱼儿。我紧紧抓住碗，擦了里面又擦外面和底部。将“碗宝宝”全身都抹上“沐浴露”之后，放到一边。然后我拧开水龙头，用清水把沾满泡沫的碗碟一个个地冲洗干净，放到阳光下一照，晶莹剔透，再用干布将湿哒哒的碗擦干，按照从大到小叠好。瞧，刚洗好的碗碟又白又亮，活像一个刚洗完澡的小宝宝似的。

最后，我把碗碟整整齐齐地放到橱柜里，再用抹布将水池四周擦干，就大功告成了。我捏了捏发酸的肩膀和疼痛的腰部，伸了一个大懒腰。妈妈微笑着走了过来，欣慰的拍了拍我的头说：“孩子，你真是能干，第一次洗碗就洗的那么好。也懂事了很多，妈妈为你感到骄傲!”

我看着整洁的厨房和耳边响起的表扬。我的心里就像吃了蜜一样甜，有着说不出的成就感。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

parents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinner

was so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and I

visited our relatives and friends or they visited us. Sometimes, we went out for

fun together. We children were always the most excited. Now, holiday is coming

我又迟到了 I Am Late Again

I opened my eyes in the morning and looked at the clock. "Oh, dear! Its

half past seven already. Ill be late again," I thought. Without breakfast, I

hurried to school. But it began to rain hard.

今天下午我们篮球烈焰队，在学校操场打篮球比赛，我们队伍的人员有我郭嘉乐、晁可凡、王紫阳、黄伊豪、李迎春、李健康、林浩铭和刘磊，每一个人的长处都不一样，如我、郭嘉乐和晁可凡投篮准，如果用神级和仙级来表达自己的能力，那么郭佳乐是神级，我和晁可凡是仙级，黄紫扬，黄伊豪、李迎春和林浩铭防守盖冒比较厉害，他们力气大和个子高。

我们分成三组，每组三个人打两场，没一会儿就分好了，我和郭家乐，林浩铭分一组，李迎春，刘磊和方伊豪一组，两组PK，一组观看球技或做其他事，我们组对刘磊组，开始了我们投球决定谁组发球，我们让我们的神射手郭家乐来投他百发百中，他们派黄伊豪来投，郭佳乐一投进了，黄伊豪没投进，我们发球，我们一拿到球趁着他们没注意，飞快的把球传给了林浩铭，他们那时才反应过来已经晚了，李浩民一个帅气的上篮进了，我们微笑了一声，击了一个响亮的掌，很明显这不是我们想要的成绩。

我们中场休息了几分钟后，和我们对战剩下的三个人就是仙守王紫阳，仙投晁可凡和近战李健康，他们大摇大摆又霸气的走了上来，我们看见这样的队伍也没有知难而退，而是面对。他们打球，王紫阳传球给了晁可凡，但是曹可凡面前有林皓明，李健康见事情不妙，利用自己的速度飞快跑过对手去接球，晁可凡一个低传，传给了李健康，李健康传给了王紫阳，他们表演了一个闻风丧胆的三角传球，我们完全看不到球，就在这时，他们趁我们老眼昏花的时候，晁可凡一投，可惜没进，我抓住了这次机会，跳起来抢下了篮板球，我以每秒180米的速度出了三分，冲上篮筐来了一个帅气的钩球，进了!

我们以2比0的成绩赢了这场比赛，我们抱在了一起，大叫了一声～好!说完我坐了下来，自言自语道：“我们一定要赢为瑶溪六小争光，”说完我站了起来，我们喊道：“烈焰、烈焰燃烧火焰，加油!”

我们的教官是一个看上去斯斯文文的人，皮肤被晒的有些黑。虽然教官给我的感觉是很温柔的，但是事实证明，我们的教官对于我们还是很“狠”的，为了我们三天之后的会操，教官与我们一同在进步。

军训的第一天练的是军姿，而我经历了“每逢佳节胖三斤”的魔咒之后，连站个军姿都累的不行，时不时就趁着教官不注意的时候弯下腰来喘几口气。而此时的我终于知道了每天坚持锻炼的重要性，这不仅提升了我们一个好的体能，更能给我们一个健康的身体。

第二天练的是一些基本的站立蹲下的姿势。从小的时候爸爸就告诉我，军人和兵是最值得尊敬的，所以我从小时候就特别佩服他们。特别是在看见教官教我们这些动作，亲自示范的时候，满脑子只有“好厉害”这三个字。

第三天的主要内容是齐步走，因为下午就要会操的原因，今天的休息时间便也稍微少了些，但这些都是我们为此努力的过程。其实对于齐步走，已经做了一年多同学的我们默契应该不会很差。但是事情一开始并不都是那么顺利的，由于身高不同，速度不同，一开始的我们走的并不很齐。但是经过了自己努力和教官的帮助，做的也是接近完美了。

会操总是令人紧张的，幸运的是我们的顺序比较靠前，早点表演完就可以放下心里的那块石头。

时间很快，到我们了。我们的show出了一点差错，导致在最后没有了名次。但是值得开心的是，经过了军训，班上同学的感情更加融洽，也更加团结。即使没有拿到一个名次，但是我们努力，也尽力了，这便是我们对做一件事的态度!

This morning, the sky is cloudless, spring. My friends and I went to the

park flying a kite, flying a kite in the park so many people, some is small

swallow; some birds; there is I most like the phoenix. The sky was a riot of

colours, like a blossoming be riotous with colour clouds really beautiful ah! We

play happy!

译文：今天早上，天空万里无云，春风拂面。我和朋友们一起去公园放风争，公园里放风争的人可真多，有的是小燕子;有的是小鸟;还有的是我最喜欢的凤凰。天空一片五彩缤纷，像一朵朵五颜六色的彩云真美丽啊!我们玩得可开心!

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song

which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.

7月21日，这天我和爸爸去买了一副眼镜，是为。明天看日食买的，当时我怀着好奇的心情和期盼的目光看着天边的明星闪闪，希望那300到500年的日食快点到来。

我想：日食一定很好看吧!到那时候天可能会突然暗下来，就像在动画片中看到的那样，一直天狗突然跑了出来，先把上面的部分一点一点的吃掉，不到几分钟就不见了，大地又恢复了光明。

我还想：如果我能飞到太空中亲眼目睹太阳和地球还有月球处在同一条直线上，看见日食的发生过程那该多好啊!

我想着想着，怀着美好的梦想进入了梦乡??
