One solution is to lay down more roads. The solution has many advantages.

main streets. But it will take up so much land that crowded cities become more

crowded. Another solu tion is to open up more bus lines. If more bus lines

should be opened up,the number of bicles and cars in the main streets would be

greatly decreased. But the disadvantage of this solution is that many people

wouldn’t feel so convenient os they used to.

In my opinion, the right solution to the problem is the combination of the

two, thatis, to lay down more roads in spacious areas and to open up more bus

lines in downtown.

暑假的一个星期六上午，我想让房子变得更加干净明亮，给爸爸妈妈一个惊喜，所以就在家里做家务，扫扫地，拖拖地。

第一项工程是扫地。我拿出扫帚，眼睛在家里看来看去。呀!沙发下面好多灰啊!我就从这里开始吧!不过，这要把风扇关掉，不然扫出来的灰尘会“长了翅膀”的哦!如果还会有灰尘四处飞扬，那就洒点水应该可以了。

我拿着扫帚，趴在地上，一点一点把里面的灰尘向外扒着，灰褐色的灰尘就一点一点被我赶了出来。我真没想到，沙发下面居然藏了这么多不速之客。说实话，灰尘它们真像一群小魔鬼，一会儿在地上，一会儿在天上，一会儿飞起来，一会儿落下去，甚至空气中都还有肉眼看不到的灰尘。最后，这些灰尘“偷渡者”一起住进了它们的住所--垃圾桶。

第一项工程完成了，接着是第二项工程--拖地。我先把拖把放入卫生间的水池中，让它浸湿，再踩干一点，拖把似乎怕痒，每踩一下，都“咯吱”笑一声，等拖把不滴水了，我就将拖把拿出来，从客厅开始拖起。我从门口开始工作，我推磨一样，推一下，扯一下，一直拖到最后一个地方--副卧室的电脑桌那儿。在电脑桌下面，有一块黑黑的东西，不知道是什么，我得好好地拖一拖。不过，我用拖把在上面碾了好几下，发现处理它很困难，因为它粘在地面太紧了。不过，再难我也要试试，我可不想半途而废。我把拖把放在黑色东西上面，用脚踩在拖把上，死劲用脚蹭了蹭，终于把黑色的东西蹭掉了。我仔细一看，居然是一块口香糖!这是谁干的好事啊!我猛然记起，这不是我上周吐在地上的吗?我立刻脸红了。

干完这一切以后，我已经汗流浃背了，而且手臂酸痛不已。原来做清洁那么辛苦，我才做了一次清洁就累得像狗一样，可妈妈几乎每天都要做清洁，妈妈啊妈妈，您为了这个家付出了多少劳累啊!以后，我一定要多帮妈妈分担家务，让妈妈减轻负担。

上了初中，果然如同大人和学长，学姐所说“初中与小学大不相同。”以前，读小学的我，从来不会复习，天天过地无忧无虑，就算是考试的头一天，我也要和小伙伴们玩到九点多，即使不复习也能考得一个好成绩。可是，上了初中，真的与小学生活大不相同：

I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks

and meat.So the leaves can make the rice more delicious.Then,I found some thin

ropes and tied up the leaves——And then the zongzi was finished.The final step

我经常在电视上，书上，报纸上看到很多抢劫事件。小偷为了抢到荣东西，不顾他人的安危狠下毒手。现在，抢劫的事越来越多，小偷也越来越嚣张。

前天下午，我的舅妈开着车到街上，刚在路边停下，一位小偷便通过开着的窗户在光天化日之下拿走了她的包飞跑而去。舅妈一见，急忙打开车门，指着那人大喊：“贼，抓贼，那个跑的是贼!”人行道上的行人，不仅没挡，没喊，反而让出了道。贼就在众目睽睽之下溜进了小巷。之后，她统计了一下，总共损失了3万多啊!

这件事不仅使我联想到上半年报纸上登的一件惨案。那是一天深夜，一位女士刚到家门口。开门时，一个贼跑过来抢她的挎包。那女士拼命挽着包，小偷心急，拿刀剁下那女士的手，把包抢了过来。这件事不仅使她受到物质和身体损失，更重要的是心灵受到的打击，和挥霍不去的阴影。

那么，难道他们的行为不能被制止吗?回答是能，但是这要靠大家的努力，团结起来，不在“谈贼色变”不要抱着“自己好才是真的好”的思想，要互帮互助。有一次，电视上播出一个笑话。一位店主看到一位顾客把一大堆东西拿上柜台，并指了指他，表示要结帐。那老板不知怎的竟联想到抢劫，便举起手来，边摇头边说：“没钱，没钱。”看顾客没动，便把所有的钱还有物品都给了他。还见顾客呆呆地，便疯子一样逃出商店，留下一脸茫然的顾客。这个故事告诉我们，当今社会，人民是多么地怕贼。但正因为怕，所以贼更好得手，士气更高，因此越来越多的人都觉得抢劫很省力，导致越来越多的人加入贼的行列。如此的恶性循环，到最后社会变成贼抢贼的世界，一个国家会变成人间地狱!

看啊!我们的世界是多么美好，天空是蔚蓝的，花儿是灿烂的，鸟儿是活泼的。假如我们不懂得团结，还这样沉默，后果将不堪设想。

我希望大家携起手来共同对付小偷，用团结的力量让大雨冲刷掉可恶的阴影，让阳光洒满大地，让微笑取代暴力，让人民和谐相处，享受温馨的生活!

My father took me out fishing today. At the beginning, we spent a long time

waiting there but there was no fish. I was very impatient and didnt want to

stay there. I wanted to come home. Father said to me, "Dont give up everything

easily. We should keep on trying hard".

我父亲今天带我去钓鱼。一开始，我们花了好长时间都没有鱼。我很不耐烦，不想等了，想回家。爸爸对我说，做什么事情都不要轻易废弃。我们应该继续努力。

每个同学都有自己的老师，老师就像母亲全样，不断地照顾我们，给我们讲课、教我们做人，我的张老师也是一样。

张老师留着短发，今年快五十岁了，可上课依然精神饱满。亮晶晶的眼睛，高高的鼻梁，嘴角处时常挂着微笑，有时还会给我们讲笑话。甘老师读课文时，常常会把我们带进一个个童话般的世界。

老师像蜡烛，燃烧了自己，照亮了别人。哪个老师不希望自己的学生健康快乐地成长呢?有一次，我和几个同学去参加活动，误了功课，放学后甘老师便主动给我们补课。老师本来已经上了两节课，应该好好歇一歇，喝口茶的。可是甘老师连一口水都来不极喝，就直接给我们讲课。看着老师那干裂的嘴唇，听着老师那沙哑的声音，我们怎能不感动呢?

老师是人类灵魂的工程师。法我们第一次走进学校欣喜自己已成为一名小学生的时候，甘老师便在我们心中刻上了深深的印迹——老师神圣、伟大、无私，我们敬重老师胜过父母。在她的教育下，我们从a、o、e开始学，到能写优美的作文，以至日后成为一名高等学府的大学生，成为各条战线上的有用人材，这中间无不渗透着老师辛勤的汗水。不管我们的学习有多差，老师总是不断地帮助我们，一直到我们赶上来;不管我们的学习有多好，老师总会严格要求我们，不会对我们偏向、袒护。她不分白天黑夜地备课、批改作业。那飘飘洒洒的粉笔灰染白了她的头发，而苍劲的板书和厚重的知识却为我们指明了人生的航向。

在这秋风送爽的九月里，让我献上对老师最真诚的祝福：

Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is coming. Its a traditional North

American holiday,and is a form of harvest festival. In the United States, the

fourth Thursday in November is called Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving was about

the Pilgrims, the first settlers in America. They shared the first harvest with

the Indians and gave thanks.

Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big

dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional

Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away

at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday

at home.

On that day, Americans give thanks for the blessings they have enjoyed

during the year. And I am sure that we all must have a lot to be thankful for.

being well,or give thanks for a healthy year, a good job,or thank your friends

for encouraging you when you are in dismay,etc.
