The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. This must be done before noontime. Also, it is tradition that family members eat the porridge together. Then they leave some as a symbol of hope for a good harvest the coming year.

刚小学毕业的我，怀着期待的心情，走进了初中校园，开启一段新的旅程。

看着充满生机的新校园，我们满怀激动与兴奋。路边一排排树木像挺立的军人，都站直了腰，欢迎新同学的到来，嫩绿的草地上生出了几朵花，五颜六色，为校园增添了几分色彩。

顺着大道向前走，就是教学楼，我心想：这学校还真大!我要有三年时间在这里学习，真不错!我笑了笑，周围同学的欢笑声汇成了一首交响曲，响遍了整个校园……

life. Some people answer that family is the most important and others say love,

work or money. In my opinion, health is the most important in life. However, how

to keep healthy?

Firstly, being positive. A positive attitude towards life must be good to

十月一日，是国庆节，也是我的生日。

爸爸妈妈一早就带我去桐乡玩。

我们首先来到桐乡的新世纪公园玩。开始，爸爸不想带我去那里玩。我就说：“不去那里，我们去哪儿玩呢?”妈妈说：“今天是他生日，就让他去玩吧!”于是，爸爸就去买了三张门票。

我们进了公园，先来到荷花池观看。我看到池里有白莲、红莲。池里还有几只可爱的小鸭子在戏水。

后来，我们来到溜冰场看。我看到有十多个人在那里溜冰。有的人不小心摔了一跤，旁边的人看到了就哈哈大笑。有一个笑的人，自己不小心也和别人相撞，摔了一跤。大家都笑他。我也笑了起来。

接着，我们来到了蹦蹦床那里玩。我爬上了蹦蹦床。刚上蹦蹦床，我就接摔了一跤，正好坐到了一只小球上面。小球滚动，我就摔了一个朝天跤。我不想玩了，就从一把小梯上爬了下去。

来到一处滑梯前，我看到有一架大公鸡滑梯。有的小孩子，从一个红色的东西上滑下来，从另一处走上去。我也像他们那样走上去滑下来。后来，我又到钢丝上蹦蹦跳跳。这时，我这个人像在天上飞一样，我以为自己真的在天上飞呢!一不小心，我又摔了一跤。我摔得非常痛，就说：“不玩了，我们出去吧!”爸爸就带我去肯德鸡店吃东西。

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

The day passed, and I did not have any desire to pick up potatoes. Evening

In the next few minutes I learned a lesson I would not forget: when Gramp

said I could if I wanted to, he meant that I should want to.

Gram hated cruelty and injustice. The injustices of history, even those of

a thousand years before, angered her as much as the injustices of her own

day.

She also had a deep love of beauty. When she was almost seventy-five, and

had gone to live with one of her daughters, she spent a delightful morning

washing dishes because, as she said, the beautiful patterns on the dishes gave

her pleasure. The bird, the flowers, the clouds-all that was beautiful around

Tomb Sweeping Day is on the April 5th every year. Its a day to show our great respect to our deceased ancestors. 生物学是一门以实验为基础的自然学科。实验教学可以帮助学生形成概念、理解和巩固生物学知识，培养学生观察现象、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力;帮助学生掌握一些常用的生物学实验的基本技能，培养学生实事求是、严谨细致的科学态度和科学方法。多年的教学实践告诉我们：生物实验教学过程中要始终坚持三个基本原则，即：客观性原则;严谨认真的原则;尊重学生，灵活引导的原则。在实验教学过程中，应切实做到以下几点：

一、尊重客观规律，坚持实事求是。

在平时的学生实验中，经常出现这种现象：当实验得不到正确结果时，学生常常是马虎应付，实验课堂一片混乱，铃声一响学生不欢而散;当老师催要实验报告时，他们就按课本上的理论知识填写实验报告;还有的学生在规定时间内完不成该做的实验项目，就抄袭他人的实验结果，或凭猜测填写实验结论等等。这样就不能达到实验教学目标。可见，对生物实验教学，必须要加强理论学习，提高实验教学技能，树立严谨细致、认真科学的态度，要尊重客观规律，实事求是，实实在在地引导学生完成实验教学的任务，才能达到理想的目的。

二.认真完成实验环节，注重操作引导。

在实验教学工作中，无论是实验员准备实验，教师演示实验，或者指导学生实验，以及对待实验的严格态度等方面，处处、时时、事事都要体现教师的言传身教，只有教师教得扎实，学生才能学得牢固。因此，严格搞好实验课的“备、教、导”是上好实验课不可或缺的基本环节。

1、备好实验课是上好实验课的首要前提

教材中要求做的实验，无论简单也好复杂也好，都必须要备好课，写好切实可行的教案，并且在实验课之前要亲自动手做一遍，即预备实验。教师做了，才可能指导学生如何应对操作过程中每一个细节可能出现的问题，看到实验现象，学到真正的实验方法和科学知识，培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力;若不备课，不亲自做实验，凭空想象，黑板上做实验，那就没有明显效果，更没有说服力了。甚至会出现，全体学生实验失败等不该发生的现象。

2、注重实验引导

指导学生实验时，既要面面俱到，事无俱细进行引导，同时，又要注意切忌包办代替。从实验材料的选择、仪器的装配到操作步骤和技巧，既要科学规范，又要密切结合具体实际，在尊重学生主体地位的同时，充分发挥教师的引导作用，以保证现象清晰，结果正确。如做“叶绿素的提取和分离”的实验时，在不同的季节可以采用不同的绿叶作为材料。

3、注重实验结果的分析与小结

要求学生，在填写实验报告时，要如实填写。实验失败时，要如实地与学生一起分析失败原因，可课后补做。如果学生实验失败，我们就通过示范帮助学生掌握操作技能，取得实验成功，或帮助分析失败原因让学生重做，直至成功。不能听之任之，否则，就达不到实验课的预期目的。
