《红楼梦》以领导权贵社会形态为核心图画，非常真实地，具有活力地描画了十八百年上半叶中国末年封建社会形态的所有生存。全书规模宏伟，结构严密谨慎，人物具有活力，语言优美，这个之外还有一点表面化的艺术独特的地方，值当后人品尝，检定。

《海底两万里》的作者儒勒·凡尔纳是法国十九世纪一个想象力惊人的科幻作家，他的惊人之处不但他所写的资料很夸张，动人又富有科学好处的小说，更惊奇的是，这本书中所写的故事，在我们此刻的时代已是不足为奇，但在他那个时代里，还没有潜水艇呢!但凡尔纳以他惊人的想象力与丰富的知识底蕴在《海底两万里》这本书中成功地塑造了"鹦鹉螺号"潜水艇，还有兰可夫探照灯。作品中所描绘的科学幻想在这天都得以实现。更重要的是，在他的作品中，情节惊险曲折，人物描绘得栩栩如生，结局出人意料，使他的作品闪现着永恒的魅力。所以凡尔纳被誉为"科幻小说之父"是当之无愧的。

书中的主人公探险者、教授阿龙纳斯先生和他的两个同伴康塞尔与尼德·兰，一齐乘坐"鹦鹉螺号"开始了海底之旅。鹦鹉螺号的主人是尼摩船长，他是个性格古怪，性情忧郁，知识渊博的人，船上的人都以一种阿龙纳斯先生和他的两个同伴听不懂的语言交流，阿龙纳斯先生感到十分奇怪，为什么只有尼摩船长听得懂三个人的语言。尼摩船长邀请他们一道周游了太平洋、印度洋、红海、地中海、大西洋及南极与北极。遇见了许多见也没见过的海底动植物、海底洞穴、暗道与人们至今没发现的遗址。

书中包含了很多科学知识，地理、文化、地质学，这么多的知识，这本书里都有，作者透过阿龙纳斯先生的仆人，知识面很广的，爱给动物分类的康塞尔，告诉我们海洋的知识，与海洋里的奥妙。如红海一种名叫三棱藻的微小生物，它分泌出的黏液是造成红海的颜色像血一样的红的原因。还有许多许多我们不明白的知识，透过这本书我都明白了。阿龙纳斯先生对尼摩船长的无可伦比的才华与学识产生了钦佩，我也同样对尼摩船长的才华与学识产生了敬佩，并且我下定决心多看海洋知识的书，体会海洋的奥妙与神奇，探索深海的宝藏与财富，我相信，在不久的将来，人们必须能造出像鹦鹉螺号那样优秀的船只。

《海底两万里》不是作者空凭想象捏造的，它是由远见加博学累计成的科幻小说。我很佩服作者惊人的想象力，丰富的知识，高超的描述手法，比如在写穿越南极冰山的时候，作者把冰海、冰山、巨大的冰缝写得活灵活现，让我们身临其境，仿佛自我就在南极的冰山之中，《海底两万里》你真是我的好老师!

要想真正提高外语水平,阅读原版小说是必经之路,正如不是每个人都能成为外语高手一样, 不是每个人都能够有毅力读完N本原版小说的.(我特佩服门卫,能够把一本都上N遍,如果我有这种毅力的话,早就成为高手了…)

3. 选材,仁者见仁,就我个人而言, 我偏好当代中篇作品(我现在选了一本Marcel Pagnol 写于1957年的, 280pages)

4. 前期工作:

查找百科全书或相应的工具书,了解到作者的生平,作品,世人的评价.

5. 阅读中的词汇学习:

每天阅读6 pages(6X225=1350字),在阅读过程中碰到new words先做标记,读完后再查D, 把生词记载在本子上,并及时背诵(我现在最怕的就是这一点,会不会半途而废???)

我准备默读, 这是我的习惯,朗读太费尽了,泛读也没有意义,介于精泛之间

我主要研究其词汇搭配.词汇的用法是语言中最难的,比如,法语中最简单的一个介词à,用法不计其数,在大型D上有好几页,为什么同样的词汇在名家手下就生龙活虎,到了我的手下就一潭死水呢?我认为这应该是读原版小说的最根本目的.

记得AS以前告诫我,要多学词法,少背词汇, 可惜一直没有好好的实行, 现在,我就以法语作为实验品吧…再次谢谢AS!!!

我准备把注意力集中在届词,练词,动词上面,因为名词和形容词的用法太简单了,不知这样是否OK?

这个暑假里，我阅读了一本名为《羊脂球》的短篇小说，他的作者是世界的著名文学家莫泊桑。他的短篇小说侧重描写人间事态充分显示出他的社会风俗画家的才能。构思布局别具匠心，细节描写、人物语言和故事结尾都有独到之处。文字简洁、质朴，却又犀利准确。

这篇小说描绘了一八七零年普法战争期间，有一辆法国的驿车在离开敌战区时，被一名普鲁士军官扣留。军官一定要车上一个绰号叫羊指球的妓女陪他过夜，否则驿车就不能通过。羊脂球出于爱国心断然拒绝，可是和他同车的有身份的乘客为了各自私利，逼她为了大家而牺牲自己，羊脂球出于无奈而作了让步。可当第二天早上驿车出发时，那些昨天还苦苦哀求的乘客们却突然换了一幅嘴脸，个个疏远她，不屑再与她讲话。

在现在的社会中有何尝没有这种事情，在现在的社会中，反脸不认人事情多得很。在需要的时候，往往把自己认为很下等的人当作上帝，希望能从他身上得到需要的东西，无论对方是乞丐还是绅士，都会弯下"尊贵"的腰，漏出难得的笑脸。就像羊脂球中那些所谓的上流人士，起初觉得与羊脂球这个妓女坐同一辆马车非常耻辱，到了要瓜分羊脂球的食物时，他们就成了一条哈巴狗，不住地向羊脂球点头哈腰，不住的赞美她的美丽和善良，从这里看来好像是对方的地位提高了，但实际上是他们自己的地位降低了。

莫泊桑的这则故事恰恰以羊脂球的悲惨遭遇反衬了资本主义下的丑恶肮脏的灵魂。他们虚伪的面具下藏的都是腐朽的内脏和肮脏的思想。羊脂球的身份虽然卑微，但却有着坚定的爱国信念以及善良的心。读完这本小说，我受益匪浅，感悟良多。
