看书可以让人增长知识，我以后还要读更多的书!

呵，我还没讲玩，你就先在看书了!怎么样，书的确不错吧?书里的内容是丰富多彩的，它构成了一个色彩斑斓的世界。让我们在这个世界里求知、陶醉……

最近，我刚刚读了一本书，这本书是著名的法国小说家巴尔扎克所写，这本书的名字叫《高老头》。

这本书以当时的巴黎社会为背景，描绘出资本主义金钱的丑恶。文中的高老头其实是一个极有商业头脑的暴发户，爱女成癖。他将自己的两个女儿送进了上流社会，最后自己钱财花光了，女儿也抛弃了他。从此，他重病缠身，独自一人，最后凄惨地死去。

从这本书中，我们可以感受到资本主义社会中人与人之间完全的金钱关系。成功地塑造了高老头这样的一个典型人物。同时，也把“父爱”这种感情加以赞颂和美化，也使我的心灵有了很大的触动。

我仿佛从这本书中看到了一个真实的父亲形象，耳畔回响着文中克利斯朵夫所说的“我研究过他的脑袋。只有一根父骨，或许他是一个永恒的父亲吧!”也因此想起来我自己的父亲。记得小时候，我经常早早地钻进了温暖的被子里。而一睡觉，我的“被动技能”：踢被子也就被触动成功了，而我自己却什么都不知道。所以，每当我睡着了以后，老爸就会悄悄走上楼帮我把被子盖好。

有一次，我口渴极了，自己准备倒些牛奶喝。正当我睁开眼睛的那一刻，我竟然看到了爸爸正在我的床旁。只见他的身上只不过是披了一件大衣就过来帮我把被子盖好，他的全身早已冷得发抖。他看见我睁开了眼睛，对我笑了笑，说：“快睡吧，别感冒了。我们大人的身体好，一场感冒一顶就过去了;而你们小孩一着凉可麻烦多了!”这个时候，我突然感觉鼻子酸酸的，眼眶也湿漉漉的。

这只不过是一件十分微不足道的小事，可我至今还是记忆犹新。老爸对我的爱，在日常生活中更是随处可见：每天都给我买早餐，为了给我营造学习氛围，经常在电脑前工作到很晚……这点点滴滴的一件件小事，不都在里面包裹着浓浓的父爱吗?爸爸为了我，不，是为了我们家可以说是付出了他的心血，他的一切!这又和高老头为他的两个女儿付出了一切是多么的相似啊!

但是我是不会像作品中高老头的两个女儿那样：“橘子全部都吃完了，她们就将剩下的橘子皮扔到路边”，只顾着自己的享受，却一点儿不顾她们的父亲的感受。以至于高老头的老年生活实在是过得很凄惨，最后也悲惨死去。他们是那样子的自私，心中没有一点人性的真、善、美，他们的所作所为，将会遭受到后人的唾骂。

我小心翼翼地拿起《雾都孤儿》，轻轻吹散那因束之高阁而积满的灰尘。那是二年级时，我上了一个学期的语文辅导班，在最后一天里，老师送给每位同学一本书，我接过老师送我的《雾都孤儿》，封面上是一个男人领着一个男孩子，就像是老师领着我大步流星地向前走。我欣喜地接过书，老师微笑着说：“虽然你学习不错，但是不能原地踏步，只有付出更多的努力才有更多收获，希望你读读《雾都孤儿》哦!”我点了点头，立刻翻阅起来，却看不懂，便毫不犹豫地将它束之高阁，最后竟不知道放到了哪里。时光荏苒，当我前几天整理书柜发现了它，不自觉地开始翻阅，沉入了书中波澜起伏的故事。

主人公奥利弗。退斯特刚出生就被遗弃在孤儿院里，浸没在欺辱与不公平的世界中，奥利弗实在压抑不住心中的怒火，即使他又瘦又小，可坚定的心灵让他毅然走出孤儿院。走出孤儿院注定会有悲惨的经历，传奇的人生，在他的人生中受冻、挨饿都是家常便饭，误入贼窝，艰苦逃生……还有数不清的挫折。最后奥利弗凭着他坚定而勇敢的心，一步一步走向幸福，得到好心人的帮助后证明身份，重得幸福和温暖。

书中奥利弗最后得到温暖不是偶然的，他的坚定与顽强是不可否认的，但是你想过吗?他只有不断付出并且大胆行动，才有可能换来幸福。每个人一定都有远大的理想，理想是美丽幸福的，我们肯定都想过如果理想实现是多么享受，而平淡的现实和美丽的理想就像是大海两边的彼岸，现实在这头，理想在千里之外的那头。聪明的你可曾想过，这中间缺少的是什么呢?没错，是行动。付出努力与行动的人，一步一步，踏踏实实地走向对岸，走向成功;而不愿付出行动的人，则慢慢沉入海底，最后再也看不清理想。

记得我刚上七年级年级，老师就告诉我们，每天至少朗读半小时，一开始我还能坚持几个星期，可是随着年级的增高，学业也渐渐繁重起来，朗读的意识也在我脑中淡化了，最后干脆不读了。可是，学校几乎每个学期都会举行全年级的朗读比赛，每当我听见擅长朗读的同学抑扬顿挫地读书时，心里总觉得十分享受，而听自己读书却是枯燥乏味，毫无感情。回到家，我想了想，这些同学擅长朗读不是一天两天就养成的，而是每天坚持练习，付出更多的努力，日积月累得来的。

不论是奥利弗，还是我们，都应该为自己的理想付出行动。有人问：圆规为什么可以画圆?因为脚在走，心不变。我为什么不能圆梦?因为心不定，脚不动。趁着大好年华，赶紧为你的理想铺下行动的大道。

Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This troth seems to be self-evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they lack the ability to do ,something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome,For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing some thing? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do not have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.

It is passible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards ones own abilities. We should never underesrimate our abilities but should believe in the proverb: "Where there is a will, there is a way." Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.

没有什么东西能比父母心中所蕴藏着的情感更为神圣，这种情感就是父爱和母爱，父母是孩子心中最仁慈的法官、最贴心的朋友，是爱的太阳，父母的爱如火焰照耀并温暖着孩子们的心灵，使他们得以健康成长。父母之爱如此之伟大，但在现实生活中，我们却经常发现很多孩子对父母之爱往往不以为然，甚至常常产生逆反心理，对父母抱以“敌视”态度，这是什么原因造成的呢?答案就在于父母没有能让孩子从内心深处感悟到他们的爱，没能同孩子进行正确有效的沟通。

这样的父母这“爱”无疑是失败的，那么如何才算是正确的教育之法?如何才能做一个合格的父母呢?本书所要告诉我们的正是这一点。父母在教育孩子时，最应该做到的有以下几点之一：一、要放下权威的架子，蹲下身子平等地与孩子交流，尊重孩子的权利。二、把孩子当作自己的朋友，适当时放弃那双充满“爱”的手，让孩子健康自由的成长。三、父母要以身作则，要知道单纯的“言传”往往很难让子女发自内心地完全地接受你的教育，只有父母做出了榜样，孩子才能真正的信服。四、要能疏导孩子的情绪，尤其是对处于青春期的孩子，要积极耐心地帮助其疏导不良情绪。五、教会孩子沟通的本领，让孩子主动说话并能正确的表达。

这其中，教会孩子自信是最为关键也是首要的一步。六、常识孩子，告诉孩子：“你真棒”，赏识只要掌握了尺度和方法，那就是最能激发孩子潜能，最有助于孩子成长的教育方法。七、掌握批语和惩罚的方法，批语和惩罚固然不是教育孩子的最好方法，但如果用得好，也是非常具有效果的。八、给孩子一个宽容的成长环境，让孩子充分体会你的爱，这是家庭教育最为根本的一点。
