In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

春节的习俗有很多，其中一个就是拜年了，在新的一年里道一声祝福，送上自己就真挚的祝福。

大家都为自己的亲戚拜年，我也到爸爸的家乡去给太太拜年。太太口齿不清地说我也要给他的邻居——汪爷爷拜个年。汪爷爷没有了老伴儿，也没有了孩子。他的老伴儿因为生了重病不在了人世，在一次车祸中，它的女儿逝世了，只有一条忠诚的狗一直陪伴着他。从此以后，他不是一个人呆在家里，就是和狗狗说说话，即使他总是微笑地对人，但他的孤独和悲伤是我们体会不到的。

过春节让我想到的就是年夜饭、放鞭炮、张灯结彩，喜气洋洋！在没有经历那件事之前，我不敢想象年夜饭竟可如此简单。

那件事情要从我们春节前几天出游马来西亚说起。腊月的杭州比较寒冷，爸妈决定带我们全家在寒冷的冬天里过一个夏天。我们就这样来到了温暖的马来西亚。我们在那整整玩了7天，在这7天里我到过一个大型的购物商场。商场里人来人往，色彩鲜艳的衣服外露出不同肤色的腿和手，那一张张挂着笑的脸从我眼前经过。让我记忆犹新不是这些不同肤色的人们，而是商场中间的展示台上一大片的红色，棱角上挂满了红红的大灯笼，还在柱子上贴了对联，用汉字写上了许多的祝福语。美妙动听歌曲唱着恭喜发财。杭州里最平常的节日装扮，在这里让我有一种说不出来的感觉。也许是自豪，也许是感动，又也许是一种说不明道不的清情感……

本来我想在马来西亚过年的，可是妈妈不同意，她一定坚持回家过年。我们也只好定了过年当天的机票回国。经过7过多小时的路程，我们终于在下午6点钟回到了家。妈妈从冰箱里找到的食材，简单地炒了几道家常菜作为中国人最重要的年夜饭。门口贴的是去年的对联，爷爷拿抹布轻轻地擦着那个大大的福字。福字金闪闪的，我平时从来不觉得这个福字这么耀眼过！

我们围坐在餐桌上，看着妈妈做出来的几道菜。没有大鱼，也没有大肉。就简简单单的几道冰箱没有坏掉的食材。我和弟弟对了一下眼，这个大过年吃成这样也估计只有我们家了。但奇怪我感觉到满满的温暖，而弟弟也没有说什么，大口大口地吃得很香。原来家人团结在一起，才是最美满的过年。我是之前把那些小细节看得太重了，而忽略了过年的本质。

我希望我的春节可以和家人在一起，我就心满意足了。因为马来之旅让我的这个春节变成如此简单，也如此不简单！

回忆起老家的春节，真是三天三夜也说不完啊!

街上的人行色匆匆，大包小包地往家里提，小贩们也挂出了红红的春联和福字……“年”的脚步又响起来了。

过年前夕，许多人都十分忙。许多去外地打工的人都带着大包小包的年货，向家走去。

在我们老家东北，大年三十晚上辞旧迎新，一定要吃饺子，在众多的饺子中只包上几只带有硬币的(现在人们讲究卫生，就用花生或其他果仁来代替)，谁吃到了这样的饺子就预示着在新的一年里会交好运，有吉祥之意。大年三十要点长寿灯，彻夜通明。大年三十一直到正月十五元宵节，每家每户都要挂红灯笼，到了晚上就要点亮灯笼，而且要点一晚上，不能关灯，意味着益寿延年，香火不断。

初一的一大早我就被鞭炮声吵醒了。鞭炮四响，礼花冲天，大家的欢声笑语增添了过年的气氛。本是冷清的街道变得热闹，传统的春节就这样年复一年，一代人传一代人的延续着，灯火通明的居民区家家户户贴上了春联，请来了门神和财神以求全家人幸福安康，也寄予了新年的希望。在我们东北，上了年纪的老人都有这样一个说法，大年初一、初二这两天不扫地，就是不愿将好运气、财气扫走。所以只有等着到了初三才可以扫地。

正月不剪头。大年初一到农历二月初一之前不能剪头，如果剪头会克(死)舅舅，没有人会在正月里剪头。“二月二，龙抬头”这表示着二月初二这天人们剪头会很吉利，所以在这一天很多人都会争相剪头，讨吉利。

我总是盼着过新年，因为那个时候就可以穿新衣服，收压岁钱，放鞭炮。等等，总之是想着盼着过大年。真想以后天天都这样该多好呀!

春节，我们到沙滩上去玩。

到了沙滩，我看见汹猛的.海水朝沙滩扑来，好低是要把沙滩淹没。我迫不及待地跑上去，海水扑上来，那浪花就像雨滴一样洒在我脸上，我吸取了第一次教训，第二次，在沙滩挖好了一个大洞，我们把脚放在洞里，忽然，我们觉得自己脚没了，就互相嘲笑对方，那感觉真好，过了一会儿，弟弟抓住一只小螃蟹，后来我们就奋力地抓捕小螃蟹，我们把泥土翻来翻去，怎么也抓不到一只小螃蟹，弟弟宏突然大叫一声，得意洋洋说：“大家看我又抓到了一只小螃蟹， 我们大家都竖起大拇指夸弟弟真厉害。”

时间过得真快，爸爸妈妈叫我们回家了，我们还想玩一会儿，突然，我发现洞里面有一只东西在爬来爬去，仔细一看，才发现原来是一只小螃蟹，我抓起小螃蟹高兴地跳了起来，爸爸妈妈也夸我真厉害。

沙滩真好玩!以后还要来玩。

随着电脑与互联网的普及，现在的家庭可以做到家家有电脑，家家电脑能上网，于是春节也愈加“网络”化了。

过去的春节在现在的一些时尚人士看来都是老腔老调——上亲戚朋友家聚餐，除夕夜看春节联欢晚会，放爆竹……其实极为喜庆的节日，在他们看来，是很枯燥的。所以过春节，也不再是举国欢腾。

因为电脑及网络的普及，网虫越来越多，每逢春节网友们互相送祝福，互相发送电子贺卡，而不再追求儿时的鞭炮与新衣，长大时的探亲与别离，通过电脑，家人想在哪见就在哪见，但前提是有一台能上网的电脑。往年，离家在外工作的人们就为春节回家过年，要在火车站或汽车站排长时间的队，有时因为买不到票而加钱去买高价票，买不到的或而发愁，或而打个长途电话回家说今年不回家过年了，这样一来，过年反倒不再那么喜庆，有时，可能成为一种负担。

现在呢？不用花钱，登上QQ开启视频，即使相隔千里仿佛也近在咫尺，更何况能够直接语音通话，人们在一起的感觉就更近而没有因为买不到回家的车票而焦急，也没有乘车的拥挤，这样的春节才舒心。

以前的人在除夕之夜是最爱看春晚，有本山的忽悠和其它大戏，绚（渲）染着浓重的新年气氛，倒计时时是最激动人心的时刻，意味着年岁的增长，爆竹的齐鸣，新的一年来到，旧的一年离我们远去。

现在网虫们春节时候都在网上爬来爬去，想看什么节目就一搜索就出来了，倒计时的时候，网虫们一齐高兴，就像被打了一样，原本渐渐枯燥的春节，又热闹起来了。

随着时间的推移，科技的发展，老的习俗在不断地更新换代中，当然我们需要在不忘本的情况下来维新，使我们的春节变得更加美好。

时光飞逝，转眼时又是一个多姿多彩的新年，今年是猪年，是我们的吉祥之年，有一半的人是属猪的，而我却不是。

当在大年初一这天，我和几个小伙伴一起放鞭炮，我们高高兴兴地来到了小店，再回来的路上，我们四处乱放，有一个伙伴，不小心把鞭炮放在了草堆里，火在雄雄地烧了起来，把他吓了，于是他把

草滚到了河里，这才解了难。

到了第二天，我还在我家后面的冰上放了起来。我先去河里踩了一下冰，我发现那里的冰很厚比石头还要厚。

于是，我便用鞭炮向河里一扔，只见“啪”的一声冰全破了，而且还溅起了水花。我还在冰上踢足球，一不小心，我差点掉河里，从此，以后我再也不再冰上踢足球了。

绩溪的春节差不多在腊八这天就开始了。这天，好多家庭都在熬腊八粥，粥里有各种各样的干果、米、豆，不仅好吃，还十分漂亮。

腊月二十四，过小年。这一天差不多是过春节的彩排。人们祭灶神，求保佑来年平平安安，更是让灶神履行自己的职责，让玉帝知道人间的情况。天刚黑，便可以听见鞭炮的响声：“砰砰砰！”

接下来的日子便是到亲朋好友家拜年，女人们则在家中招待客人，孩子们三五个在一起聊天，玩耍。

元宵节，春节的最后一个高潮到了。到处张灯结彩，像在办喜事一样。这天晚上，大街上还会舞龙灯呢！长长的龙灯挥舞着，散发着金色的光芒，威武极了。街上还有各式各样的灯，走马灯，宫灯，纸灯……这些灯更是给元宵节添加了许多乐趣。

哦，对！元宵节这天还必须吃一样东西——汤圆，这象征着以后的日子美美满满，团团圆圆。一眨眼就到了正月十六，春节结束了，大人们忙着上班，孩子们忙着上学，又恢复了原本忙碌的生活，但过年的年味却久久不散……

It was a sun day of the summer holiday. The weather was hot. My little brother and I decided to go to the resrvoir to swim by bike. It took us half an hour when we got there, many people were swimming. Then we dived into the water……

About an hour later, suddenly somebody called: “help! help!” We were surprised to see a boy struggling in the deep water. As quickly as possible. We swam towards him and pulled him to the shore. He lost his consciousness. We sent him to the nearest hospital at once luckily, he was saved.

端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!
