My Happy Times During Winter Vacation

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. 在军训期间每天都要整理内务，当时就想，一个内务有什么好整的，不就是叠被子，排排盆、铺铺床单、整整鞋;像这么简单的操作有什么可练的，有什么好练的。万万没想到，第一次整理内务就被点名批评。心里叹道，原来叠被子的学问这么大，“铺平被，左右起，前凸后凸，中间翘起”，听着简单，做起来难，一次又一次练习，终于有了成果，心中无限欣慰。

I had a great time throughout my May Day Holiday.

On Monday, I went BBQ with my classmates who threw a celebration party at our middle school principles flat. Our parents were invited to the party. Everybody was excited about the holiday. I ate a lot of delicious food at that time.

On Tuesday, I went visiting my uncles family with my parents. We went to celebrate our good time at a fancy restaurant in Shanghai. Later that day, we sang karaoke in my uncles house. We stayed for the night.

On Wednesday, I went shopping with my cousins. We bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. In the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. They also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so I tried to do some turning and parking. It was not easy first. But I learnt quick.

On Thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. I tried to get some rest. At night, I chatted with my classmates on the phone, and I watched CCTV before going to bed.

From Friday on, I started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. Some of my assignments were quite boring. After I finished the homework, I emailed them to my teachers. That was the end of it. I started to prepare things for school on this coming Monday.

All in all, I enjoyed my May Day Holiday in many ways.

从上周五起，我用笔记本电脑开始完成我的家庭作业。一些任务是相当乏味。之后我做完了家庭作业，我给我的老师发了电子邮件。终于结束了。我开始要准备周一去学校的物品。

总之，我在许多方面很喜欢我的五一假期。

高中是梦想的开始，自主的终结；高中是痛苦的开始，自由的终结；高中是辛酸的开始，和谐的终结；高中是收获的开始，放松的终结。

在高中有纯真的友谊，有浪漫的初恋，有辛苦的奋斗，有快乐的竞赛。

高中的三年，是我们步入社会的一个起点，是我们重大的一个转折点。

时间在不断流逝，不经意间，我们都坐在了高三的教室里，为了自己的梦想努力拼搏。

高三的生活说有趣也有趣，说乏味也乏味，全凭自己怎么看待高三的生活。你想要在高三过得快乐，首先，你不能浪费自己的时间，在各方面都不要让别人落下，高中和中学是不一样的，有时候努力也看不出什么结果，所以也要有一定的心态，做好心理准备，面对各种结果都能坦然面对，从自身找原因，再接再厉。让自己过得充实，在心中有一个目标，既以后要上的大学，向这个方向去努力，学会取舍，有些东西，太浪费自己的时间，不适合我们这些学生步入，只能给自己添烦恼。所以，要知道自己该干什么，不该干什么，以后考不上大学也不会后悔。只要充实的过好每一天，就会快乐，同时多交友也会使自己快乐。

现在的高三生活减少了在学校学习的时间，人们口中虽说是给学生减少压力，但在我们学生心中是增大了压力。因为考试的大纲没有更改，考试的难易度没有变容易，高考的分数线没有降低，高三是我们的疲乏期，经过两年的艰苦奋斗，现在都想过潇洒的生活，自由自在的，没有人约束。

“早早晚晚我们像陀螺一样的无奈，来来去去我们从没有自己的安排——”其实，人人都是陀螺，关键是要找到绕在陀螺上的那根绳，这是巴尔扎克的话。谁也无法预知未来，我们更需要的是坦然。也许得失成败，我们不可预料，也承担不起，我们只需尽力去做，求得一份付出之后的坦然和快乐。其实高三不仅仅是苦的，就像咖啡中也有奶油的香甜。只要用心寻找，就会发现在夜幕之中总有几颗星星在对你微笑。

有些人在夏天想着秋天的到来，有些人在中午想着傍晚的到来，有些人在星期五想着星期六的到来，其实，生活并不是那么简单的。

不知道为什么，心里什么感觉都荡然无存了。高一高二的学生们用他们的热情填满这整个校园，操场上是他们挥洒的青春洋溢的汗水，教室里的笑声也是那样的爽朗无惧。

脑子里突然蹦出了“青春”的怪念头。什么想法都没有，不像高二时看高一的小嫉妒与小惆怅，什么想法都没有了。我的脑子里只有高考了。做梦总是出现千军万马过独木桥的镜头，猛然醒来，发现自己睡在了笔记本上，又猛然感到秋风瑟瑟地吹向自己。

习惯和朋友冉冉一起来到学校，改变的是没有一起进教室，而是在停车棚就告了别，一个走向文科教室，一个走向理科教室。

高三这一年改变的还有什么呢？是太多还是太少？我想不明白，也就不太愿意费心思去思考了。很多时候其实已经没有什么时间去思考其他的东西，在高三这种水深火热的世界里，学习就是一切。

只有每个星期末的时候，我才能和冉冉好好坐下来谈谈心，秋天的一切没有惆怅，因为习惯了那些枯黄的画面，习惯了与一群整天逃课理科还能拿满分的男生抢名次，就如习惯冉冉脸上的镜片又加深了一样。

拿起桌上的咖啡发现已经凉了。继续翻着英语笔记本背单词，不知怎么的就趴到了床上。一个很简单的单词就卡了壳，想哭，有时会觉得自己很蠢，非要自己这样拼死拼活的死在高考的独木桥上。但是在这种时候，哭又有什么用呢，第二天可不想顶着一对红肿的眼睛接受考验。窗外秋风努力地吹着，单词还是没背出来。盯着快落下的一片叶子看得出神，然后眼泪就缓缓往肚里流去了。想罢，努力给自己一个微笑，一头扎进书堆里，如果秋天只剩下咫尺间枯叶和悬崖上的硕果时，无论我徘徊了多久，最终都会选择后者吧。

秋天就在笔的刷刷声中过去了，期待接下来的日子，期待依旧奋斗在书海里的高三生活，因为我想去努力争取挤进高考独木桥的名额，即使没抓住什么至少自己不会感到空虚，人生如果不去抓住什么，怎么会有下一个秋天的硕果累累呢？

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When i am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. we talk about my studies, my health and my school life. i love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. my grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.chinese people eat rice for every meal, but i don’t like rice because i think it is tasteless! we eat meat, fish and vegetables. my family eats noodles and congee. my favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because i like it so much. i often watch japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. on long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in china.
