flowers near the lake.Some were green ,Some were white ,some were yellow .We

played near the lake .We were sitting under a big tree,and we made some paper

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. 今天，我们迎来了高中生涯的第一次军训。我们这趟出门雨可真不小，一个个都被淋成了落汤鸡。经过近一个小时的车程，我们到了军训的地点。

军训只是站站军姿，练练踏步。不过，这也不是件简单轻松的活儿。光是站军姿，里面就大有文章：脚跟并拢，脚尖分开60度，双腿挺直，两臂自然下垂，大拇指贴在食指第二节，中指紧贴裤缝线;头要正，颈要直，口要闭;两眼瞪大，目视前方，重心放在前脚掌上。如果所有动作都做标准，站十分钟军姿，就会汗流浃背了。

正步这一项是最难的、最重要的、也是最累的，脚要踢得很高，刚开始学的时候，教官要我们把脚抬起来，然后站着不许动，要把脚抬高，单只脚又站不稳，一开始总是摇摇晃晃的，后来练多几遍，渐渐适应了，就站稳了。光是练踢脚，就练了一上午，双腿都快要麻了。

通过这次军训才知道自己的体质有多差，幸好，最后我挺过去了。这次军训磨练了我们的意志，加强了同学们之间的合作性，也加固了大家的友谊。

匆匆忙忙之间，一个暑假转眼即过，我好像总是迫不及待地做完一件事，无暇思考便又赶着去做另一件事，似乎很忙却又心不在焉。短短的四天军训，让我浮躁的心静了下来。站军姿时，双手紧贴裤缝，两脚开立60度，双肩后拢，简简单单的动作却有着这么多的细节，我在脑海里反复默记着这些动作，心也慢慢静了下来，天虽然很热，可我却能清醒地感受到风悄悄吹过脸庞。唱军歌和背三字诀时，我专心地记忆每一个名词，用心地理解每一句话的含义，眼睛专注地盯着前方，抛开一切杂念，大声地唱着歌、背着词，哪怕一个小小的失误也不能出现。此时，我在经历一次军训，可我更觉得是一次收心训练，让我从信马由缰、自由散漫的假期状态迅速回到严谨专注的新学期学习和生活中。

之前，我自认为对坚持的理解已经很透了，可是这次军训又刷新了我对它的认识。八月的天依旧很热，稍微跑跑跳跳便会汗流浃背，可是教官总是要求我们继续训练，他甚至不允许我们擦汗。大滴大滴的汗珠从头顶顺着发丝滑下，有的慢慢渗入了眼睛，眼睛只能一眨一眨地望向前方，有的淌过了脖子，在颈前汇成一大片“河流”浸透衣衫，我的手总是情不自禁地想抬起来擦汗，可我又在心中不断地告诫自己，为什么别人能做到的事你不能，坚持住，不要动。终于理智克制住了冲动，我没有去擦拭豆大般的汗珠，军训教会了我一种新的坚持!

saw a couple was siting on the bench at the edge of lake, eating snacks and

casting the packaging into the lake.I was so anger to see that!I think their

behavir is very shameful.The park is a place for all citicens to enjoy beautiful
