time to his patients, many lives are saved. He always said, a man should have

me deeply, so I work hard so that someday I could be the man like my father.

Now I am on the train to Guilin. The views are beautiful and I feel happy.

Mother told me there is only one day to go to arrive in Guilin. We bought a lot

of stuffs and they are heavy. So I took some bags from mother. She said I am

growing up and I smiled happily.

很快春去夏来 ，天气越来越热，暑期也即将来临.在炎热的夏季，游泳，是广大少年喜爱的锻炼项目之一.然而，不做好准备、缺少安全防范意识，遇到意外时慌张、不能沉着自救，极易发生溺水伤亡事故.据调查，中国平均每天有近150名儿童因意外伤害而失去生命.意外溺水是儿童意外伤害的首要死因，10个因意外伤害而死亡的儿童中，有近6个是因为溺水身亡的。江河湖海中游泳、嬉戏?正是因为这一个个不规范的“游泳池”夺走了一个又一个含苞待放的生命，使一个又一个的原本幸福的家庭承受着巨大的痛苦，这是多么令人心痛的事啊!溺水——成了一个恐怖的字眼，让人心惊胆寒，让人心情悲愤，但却无济于事。

江河、塘堰、游泳池给人带来欢乐享受之余，也潜藏着安全危机，如果游泳前多一分防范意识和自救知识，就可以带给我们欢笑，更可以避免可能发生的后悔与遗憾.因此，在这里我倡议同学们：

一、从我做起，树立安全意识，加强自我保护，远离溺水隐患，不参与各类危险的校外活动。

二、不私自或结伴到水池、河塘、水库、蓄水池等危险地带嬉戏、玩耍。

三、一定要在有家人陪伴的前提下，到安全的、正规的游泳池游泳，并要做好相应的准备活动，防止溺水事件的发生。

四、不到无安全设施、无救护人员的水域玩耍和游泳;不在设有“禁止游泳”或“水深危险”等警示标语的水域处下水戏水，不在公园尤其是靠河处逗留玩耍。

五、当发现有人落水时，不能冒然下水营救，应立即大声呼救，同时将救生圈、竹竿、木板等物抛给溺水者，再将其拖至岸边。

生命是宝贵的，每个人都只有一次，她不像财富能失而复得，也不像离离原上草周而复始.失去了生命，不仅仅是自己失去了一切，还要给活着的亲人留下心灵的创伤。
