清晨五点半，我们就早早地起了床，这样子的准备就是为了游长城。我们换好鞋子，带上水与食物，向着揽胜门进军。好不容易才走到了长城脚下，望着那拥有着一百九十八个台阶的“好汉坡”，我感到阵阵发怵。这时，我想到毛主席说过的话：不到长城非好汉!我心里顿时来了劲，一步一步地走了上去。迈着坚定的步伐，我站在了长城入口前，一片绿色的东湖尽收眼底，一览无余，真是快活!走进了揽胜门，映入眼帘的就是戚继光像。石墩上镌着“民族英雄戚继光”七个大字。我们走上长城，踏着轻快的脚步，向着“遥远”的白云楼出发。我一会儿慢走，一会儿又小跑;一会儿这瞧瞧，一会儿那望望。不亦乐乎。我们五人有说有笑的，很快就到了白云楼。小表妹的体力真充足啊!上白云楼前一路快跑，跑到白云楼之后居然还能一口气踩着九十九阶石阶上楼，还不喘气儿。我呢?还在下面气喘吁吁呢!

终于上了白云楼，我们都累得不成样了。先坐在石凳上大口大口地喘着粗气，再拿出矿泉水瓶，咕咚咕咚地往嘴里灌了几口水，才得以安宁。下坡就容易多了。我们几个在外公的带领下，走出了长城，又一步一步地走回了家。我们都大汗淋漓，这锻炼可真棒呀!

长城既是一道亮丽的风景线，同时也是临海最壮观的标志，我为我是一个临海人而骄傲!

“不到长城非好汉。”今天，我也要登上长城，做一回“好汉”。

我们站在长城脚下，抬头仰望。长城蜿蜒起伏，远远看上 去，就像是一条横卧的巨龙，正准备一飞冲天呢!

我们开始登长城了。顺着巨大的青石台阶往上走，发现台阶 的表面已经凹凸不平，而且非常光滑。可想而知，有多少双脚 曾经走过这里呀!走了一会儿，腿有些不听使唤了，又酸又 痛，便站在城墙边休息。往下一瞧，树木葱茏，郁郁葱葱，墙 体顺山势而建,十分险峻,城垛上有箭眼,果然易守难攻。

休息片刻，我们继续向上登。路越走越陡，我心里十分紧 张，便开始打退堂鼓了。可是，我想：我一定要坚持住，当一 回“好汉”。于是，我下定了决心，使出了吃奶的劲，小心翼 翼的向上登。偶尔抬头向上望去，发现长城上人流如潮，远处 的人，就似乎是一个个小黑豆，紧紧的挨在一起，慢慢的向上 移动。“坚持向上!”我心里想着，终于登上了长城。

我靠在长城顶峰的城垛旁，抚摸着粗砺的城砖，仿佛穿越了 时空隧道回到了那个年代：炎炎烈日下衣衫破烂的民夫辛勤劳 作，有些人跌倒了，就再也没有站起来;坚固的长城在孟姜女 的哭泣声中轰然而塌;忽然狼烟滚滚，金戈铁马，喊杀声扑面 而来。我突然有一种幸福的感觉，因为我触摸到了历史，感觉 到了她古老的心跳......

st summer holiday, I took a trip to Yunnan. It is in the southern part of our country .It is really a very beautiful place grand mountains, clean rivers and kind people. Trees and flowers are seen everywhere. Every year there are lots and lots of visitors.Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men. Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice,

elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima.

I also went to Li Jiang. The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, youll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan. They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.

I like the elephants and fruits there best. An elephant is even taller than me! I even mounted the elephant, though I was very afraid at first. But the elephant seemed very friendly. I took some photos with it. The fruits there are very fresh and delicious. They are very good for our health.

The trip to Yunnan impressed me GREatly. I will never forget it.

When holiday comes, thousands of people pour into the tourist sites, they want to relax themselves and enjoy the beautiful scenery. But Chinese people have a bad habit, they like to leave some notes on the site, proving them have been here before.

Most of the tourist sites are part of our country’s historical relics, these sites are priceless, it is everyone’s duty to protect the sites.

我乘坐客车在高速公路上开了一个小时，到了著名的杭州湾大桥，大桥架在东海上，像一条巨龙跨越杭州湾，气势磅礴。远远望去有一座座小岛，在桥下有停机坪和浮标。 客车用了二十分钟跑完了全长三十六公里的大桥到了余姚。我先来到明清遗留下来的孔庙，孔庙的门槛都很高，要把腿抬得很高才能跨进去，导游说，这是因为孔庙是古代人学习的场所，有很多学问的人才能进去。

星期六，我们离开了余姚到了宁波的老外滩——三江源。我们乘游船，看到了两岸一幢幢漂亮的新楼鳞次栉比，使人感到耳目一新，就像我们上海的浦东。 晚上，我们回上海的途中去了金山的农家乐吃饭，那里的农民是用灶台做饭的，烧出的菜饭香喷喷的，我一口气吃了三碗，涨得肚子圆滚滚的。

在回家的路上，我感到这次旅游非常快乐，不仅看到了雄伟的跨海大桥和古代人读书的场所，而且品尝到有特色的饭菜。

来到了长城，因为是跟团来的，时间不多，所以，我们是乘缆车上去的。

我们乘缆车大约乘了两三分钟。长城可真长啊!地图上看看只有九楼，可看到了真的长城，简直跟地图上没法比!又长又绕的。真不愧是万里长城啊!因为那时下雨，从远处看，长城是一片雾茫茫的;从近处看，长城真是雄伟啊!长城象一条巨龙，弯弯曲曲地环绕在山上，好象随时都会冲上天一样。

到了北八楼，我们走到了小门前，那小门很小，只能一次走两个人。那里人也很多，我们排了好久的队。那时我已经做好了心理准备，里面人一定很多很多。

进到了“好汉坡”里面，我猜测得真准确。虽然在下雨，可长城上面的人真一点不少。没办法，因为现在是放暑假，长城旅游人本来就多，再加上听导游说长城的天气很怪，一会儿晴，一会儿雨，让人感觉没个准儿的。

“这可不愧‘好汉坡’这个称呼呢!”我心想。因为“好汉坡”有几段地方是没有台阶的，是象滑滑梯一样的斜坡。这斜坡上去容易，可下去就没这么容易了。看对面下去的人，个个都把身子向后仰，小心翼翼地向下挪下去。上山容易下山难啊!看着那些人小心翼翼地下去，我真担心到时候我怎么下去。

上去的时候，我手抓住右边的扶手，向上走上去。后来，走习惯了，就跑上去了。爸爸妈妈都比不上我。

到了烽火台，我往下望，哇!下面几乎只能看见密密麻麻的人头。

在斜坡那儿下去的时候，我和其他人一样，手扶着扶手，向下走。

回到了宾馆，我想起了下午去的长城，真是壮观呀!那全都是古代劳动人民用血汗和智慧辛辛苦苦地造出来的呀!啊，长城，你是屹立在世界东方的伟大巨龙!
