Books are necessary in my life, also is the most gorgeous rainbow in my life, because it brings the colorful life.

如果书是天空，那么我便是自由飞翔的鸟儿;如果书是大海，我便是那游弋的鱼儿;如果书是森林，我便是林中那欢快奔跑的小鹿;如果书花园，那么我便是那翩翩起舞的蝴蝶。是呀，高尔基说：书说人类进步的阶梯。可见书在人们心中的地位。

同学们，你的父母是不是不让你看书，是不是觉得学主课才最重要?读书的好处：不但可以提高习作能力，对阅读理解也有很大帮助。

记得有一次，老师布置了一篇作文，全班只有少数同学得“优”我名列其中，有人可能会发问：你是怎么才进了他们的“队伍”?是不是有什么“秘密武器”?让我告诉你吧：“秘密武器”就是——书!光读书还不够，要多读几遍，把书读懂读透，并积累那些令你觉得好的好词好句。我也特地准备了一个大本子。你瞧!那位“作文大王”正悠哉悠哉地看书哩!他积累的词句已有一大本，想想都眼花缭乱，他怎能不写出好的、优秀的作文呢?

我也常读课外书，《三国演义》、《西游记》、《狼王梦》、《红飘带狮王》等都深受我青睐，书是常读常新，其中一本《黑天鹅紫水晶》我已经读了十几遍。

书是我生活中的必需品，也是我生活中最绚丽的彩虹，因为它带来了多姿多彩的生活。

Speaking of reading, many people are excited because reading brings them both knowledge and entertainment. By reading, we can learn lots of information and know our history. But for some people, reading is not their priority. They will choose to watch movies to have fun. However, I think people can benefit a lot by reading.

First of all, reading can let us know what have happened in history. Since history is recorded in books, if we read books, then we can not only what have happened in history but also we can better understand the great figures of the age.

Secondly, reading can enrich our knowledge. By reading, we can know different kinds of things, how things happen and how to avoid bad things from happening. Books record a wide range of things about life. Through reading, we can know various aspects of life.

Thirdly, reading teaches us skills. There are so many books about how to learn a certain language, how to get a good job, how to become popular in your circle, how to cook and so on. Thus, these kinds of books can make us more skillful if we do a certain thing.

All in all, we can find lots of benefits through reading.

Whether Reading is a funny thing, only love reading people know.

I study for many years, however, I know the sense of reading so little . Where fun of reading comes? There are four opinions put forward in this paper.

First, Reading is the treatment of depression governance magic.Immersed in books, what partiality, what desire fame and fortune, what lack a clear round, what fuel, what life 3,000 silk trouble, they all forget about.

Second, People in Libraries are often forget the time and forget to go home, that the study is not the intrinsic happiness? Some celebrities even held overnight in the library.

However, the morning watching a professor at the empty plates and ask ourselves: I eat the lunch? Oh. After eating, they continue schooling. Some people forget to study cooking and was good meal blame reprimanded.

It is known to all that language learning is not only a kind of knowledge, but a kind of practice. Practice makes perfect. In learning a foreign language, Marx has set a good example. From the very beginning I spared no pains and paid as much attention as possible to listening, speaking, reading and writing. I read the English stories with great interest and learn to keep English diary every day. Now I am able to appreciate English poetry.

To meet the demands of present situation I must learn English well.

Since the childhood, I would cultivate the good habit of reading. The good habits can help me to increase knowledge, make I am not a tunnel vision.

The so-called "reading is the key to knowledge". While reading, if you have any new words, I will be looking for "teacher" dont talk to me to solve problem, so I know the increasingly rich vocabulary.

Old saying: a scholar need not leave his home to know whats going on in the world. In spare time, I also read newspapers. Reading newspapers can not only let me know what happened at home and abroad, can also be vigilant about everything around them. Newspaper has a "student is in the heavens and the earth" to let the students write. I can earn money not only can read the article written by other students, so as to improve their writing ability, so why not?

In addition, I also read some illustrated books. These books can bring me entertainment, can let me temporarily put the heavy homework and all troubles were thrown to the outside of the cloud nine. It can make me happy, easily absorb knowledge.

Because I have the habit of reading, parents often buy all kinds of books for me. Whenever my birthday, because friends know my hobbies, so receive gifts, for the most part, are books. Over time, my collection of books, in the study almost doesnt even have the location of the station! The family called my study "little library".

The book was my companion! My friends, let us to cultivate the good habit of reading. It will specific will benefit you.

从小，我就培养了阅读的好习惯。这好习惯能帮助我增加知识，使我不至于成为井底之蛙。

所谓“阅读就是开启知识宝库的钥匙”。在阅读时，要是遇到任何的生字新词，我便会找“不说话的老师”为我解决难题，所以我认识的词汇日益丰富。

俗语说:秀才不出门，能知天下事。在空闲时，我也会阅读报章。阅读报章不但能让我知道国内外所发生的事，也能对周遭的事情提高警惕。报章里头设有’’学生天地’’让学生们投稿。我不但能从中赚取稿费也能阅读其他学生所写的文章，从而提高自己的写作能力，何乐而不为呢?

此外，我也会阅读一些图文并茂的图书。这些图书能带给我娱乐，能让我暂时把繁重的功课及一切烦恼都被抛到九霄云外。它的却能让我快乐地，轻松地吸取知识。

由于我有阅读的习惯，因此父母常买各式各样的书籍给我。每当我生日时，由于朋友都知道我的爱好，所以收到的礼物绝大部分都是书籍。久而久之，我的藏书汗牛充栋，书房里几乎连站的位置都没有了!家人都称我的书房为“小小图书馆”。

书本真是我的良伴!朋友们，且让我们一去培养阅读的好习惯吧!它肯特定会使你受益无穷。

Courage, Love And Sincerity

What Gump  has told me

Everyone should have a belief in his heart about life, beauty, and noble humanity. This is what Gump told me, who is a true man full of courage ,love, and sincerity in my mind.

Life is a box of chocolate and we can never know what it is inside before we open it. Just as Mrs Forrest put it, everyone has a destiny. As for Gump, he was thought to be a perfect fool since he was young. While, after watching the movie, I can not help but admire this young guy because of his braveness to deal with obstacles, his consistence to love and his devotion to friendship. Stupid he might seem to be, Gump gave a meaningful lesson to us who are what called more intelligent people.

Born as a boy with natural defects, Gump eventually accomplished plenty of achievements which we ordinary people can not approach. With a plain thought and natural optimism, Gump just did what he was good at, running as fast as he could, struggling toughly against destiny with all the facilities he had been given. To our surprise, he eventually graduated from college, got a military medal, became one of the best pingpong players around America and even owned a huge shrimp company. Astonishing and unbelievable as it was, those miracles did happen sometimes. Who says that great success only belongs to those

with super talents? In my opinion, those who endeavor to make their best also deserve applause and respect. Let us run towards the new sun and embrace everyday with hope and we can make a difference.

To tell the truth, I can not help but shed tears several times when I watch the moving scene where Gump rushed into dangerous forest again and again to save his battle companions. What great  selfless devotion Gump showed us! Unfortunately, Bubble, one of the best friends of Gump died in the battle field, which left a great grief to Gum. While, after retiring from military service, Gum kept his promise and purchased a big shrimp ship in order to finish Bubble’ dream. Meanwhile, he also provided financial support to Bubble’ family. First Lieutenant Dan, a staunch soldier, who lost his two legs in Viet Nam , abandoned himself in the abyss of despair. Nevertheless, Gump still supported him and finally help him make peace with God. Gump told us that genuine friendship needs nothing but love and sincerity.

Another enlightenment Gum brought me is about the definition of true love .As a matter of fact, genuine love has little things to do with appearance, wealth or backgrounds but is concerned with tolerance, consistence and devotion just as what Gum behaved. Like carrots and peas, Gum and Jenny sit in the big banyan tree seeing the stars rising, took a walk at sunset, enjoyed the gorgeous scenery beside the lake .As we can see, Jenny did mean a lot to Gump and his selfless devotion to

Jenny is the most touching one I have ever seen which is the real romantic and permanent love, forming a sharp contrast to some superficial young people those days who care so much about substance and appearance.

Life is like a feather which drifts randomly in the swing of wind and there are quite some things we can not determine. But what we can do is traveling as far as we can with a genuine belief for courage, love and sincerity .If so, when time flied and all things fade away someday, the fragrance of our mellow life will last forever, just like what Gump did.
