本人结合自己的情况，下决心就以下两方面提高修养。

首先，严以律己，注重言行。为人师表，坚持严以律己，增强自身的自控能力，控制自己的情绪，始终保持良好、平和的心境，精神饱满地投入工作，要把自己看作既是个普通的人，又是个教育者，到了幼儿园就应该把属于个人一切不快和烦恼留在门外，言谈应该和颜悦色，循循善诱，举止应该优美文雅，体现心灵之美，自己的穿着应该朴素大方得体，符合幼儿的审美情趣。

暑假的一天，天热的发了狂。植物都被太阳晒得蔫巴了，蝉也拼命地叫着“热儿”。我和几个小伙伴无力的趴在桌子上，无聊极了。

我望望窗外，看看窗内。去外边玩又太热，在屋里又只能看些无聊的综艺节目。干点什么好呢?我不禁想了起来。突然，我看到屋角装快餐盒剩下的长长的方便袋，便计上心来，我对伙伴说：“我们来吹袋子吧!看谁吹的最快!”大概是无聊的缘故吧，大家竟然都参加了。

最先尝试的是小A。他把方便袋套在嘴上，两只手捂着方便袋的边缘。他物的紧紧的，生怕会露出半点气。只见他用鼻子猛地一吸气，吸的身子都颤抖了，再用嘴狠狠地把气吐出去。可谁知方便袋根本就不领他的情，半点动静也没有。他看看手上的袋子，很不服气。又试了几次，可还是收效甚微。终于，他像是下定决心似的，先把肚里的气全部排进，再像鼓风机似的一股脑地吐在袋子里。虽然他吐得面红耳赤，青筋毕露，可袋子还是没鼓起来，小A只得放弃。

接着小B也做了尝试。他岁让人高马大，但吹完袋子后还是两眼发花，无力地瘫倒在了椅子上。

看着伙伴的样子，我的心里不禁打起了鼓。我能行吗?我迫使自己冷静下来，望着伙伴吹袋子的姿势。我想：他们都是靠自己的力量来吹的，我能不能借助外力来吹鼓呢?突然我想到了物理课上的知识，我可以用大气压啊!

终于轮到了我。我的心里也没有底，物理理论知识能用在生活中吗?但没用办法了，只能死马当作活马医了。于是我把头伸在距离袋口10厘米的地方，稍用力一吹，手在迅速地把袋口扎起来，一个1米多长的袋子在不到一秒就被吹满了。

看看小伙伴们，他们都惊呆了，不停地问我是怎么做到的。我一解释是大气压的作用，大家都发出了相同的感叹：原来学习还有这个用处啊!

我一直以为学习物理只为分数，可现在我又认识到了物理还与生活息息相关。物理如此，其他科目亦然。如果我们现在不认真学习，那未来的生活又怎么不会变成问题?

让我们从这新起点出发，为现在的成绩，为未来的生活，奋斗吧!

闲来无事，坐在书桌前“胡思乱想”，不知是干什么好。写作业吧，想放在下午写。哎!干什么呢?无聊的我，随手乱翻，突然我的眼睛落在了一个盒子上，我拿起盒子一看，原来是我做的“时间盒”，我打开一看，不禁有点想流泪。

这个“时间盒”是我六年级时用一个纸盒做的，我把我所有的回忆都放在了这里面，准备长大以后再看，没想到今天被我拿了出来，算了，就让我回忆往昔吧!

打开“时间盒”最引人瞩目的的是我们班的毕业照片。看!照片上的我们笑得多开心那，可是谁又能想到我们那时即将分别的感伤?照片上，站在我右手边的是我最好的朋友，可是上了初中，我们各自到了别的学校念书，分开后，我们就再也没见过面。虽然有许多好朋友和我在同一所中学念书，但我们见了面总是擦肩而过，好似陌生人一样。这让我想到了一篇文章中有这么一句话：“我们怀着对未来的憧憬，迈着对未来充满信心与坚定的步伐，却在一个个路口分道扬镳，拉开了心与心的距离，头也不回地拉断了手中友谊的红线。”昔日一张张天真可爱的笑脸，却变成今日一张张冷冰冰的脸。我不禁眼圈泛出了红晕，热滚滚的泪珠打在照片上，不禁有一丝伤感之情。

我拿起一个张画，上面有两个女孩，在草坪上放风筝，你看她们笑的多开心那!这是我的朋友送给我的，她说：“看到了这张画，就好像看到了我，千万不要忘了我啊!”那时的我们紧紧拥抱在一起，大声放哭。此时，我眼前又浮现了朋友们一张张可爱的笑脸，此时的我再一次落泪。不知道她们过得好不好?有没有想我?

我看完了我所有美好的回忆，再次合上“时间盒”，将它放回原处。希望长大以后我还能打开它，还能回忆这美好的往事。今后“时间盒”将会越填越满，今后的美好回忆也会越来越多!

回忆，就是一个万花筒，形形色色，五彩缤纷;回忆，就是一艘小船，满载往事，驶向远方。

回忆友谊有一句诗：“海内存知己，天涯若比邻”。

回忆永远离开我们的亲人有一句诗：“相顾无言，惟有泪千行”。

忆往事，今昔足以!

每个人都拥有自己的梦想。

梦想——一个很美的词语，它包含着我们对未来的无限向往，对未来的无尽希望，对未来的美好憧憬。

有人将梦想比作彩霞，美丽却一触即溃;有人将梦想比作天空的云彩和星辰，可望而不可即。可我认为，梦想如同一颗种子，蕴藏着我们对未来的企盼和幻想。

从古至今，有多少人的梦想得以实现?又有多少人的梦想在成功前的一刹破灭，之前的努力全部付诸东流?梦想有可能实现，却更可能破灭。可为什么还有那么多人立下鸿鹄之志?我总是无法理解。

春去秋来，日升月落，我二年级时的疑问直到现在才有一个轮廓。梦想若是发芽，一定会长大，也许会成长为花、草、树木，可终究有所实现。仔细想来，我们的梦想不正是在时间的推移中逐渐铸造的吗?将时间、努力和梦想汇合在一起，不就是现实吗?

我们在实现梦想的过程中也会有挫折，也会有坎坷，甚至会有在旁人眼中难以逾越的险峰。放弃虽说容易，但也正如一颗失去活力的种子，无法再发出新芽。不如迎难而上，丝毫不去想前方的路还有多远，只需要做好当下，离梦想便又近了一步。

生活总是爱和你我开玩笑，当我们走到终点前时，才发觉前途的艰险不过是海市蜃楼罢了。

此时的我深刻的体会到了那句歌词的真谛：如果骄傲没有被现实大海冷冷拍下，又怎会努力，走得到远方，如果梦想不曾坠落悬崖，千钧一发，又怎会晓得执着的人，拥有隐形翅膀。是的，我会坚持我的梦想，并用行动证明。愿你我都为梦想奋斗，也为梦想点赞。

从前，有两只小金鱼在大海里面快乐地生活着。大海里的水清澈见底，空气清新甜润，天空瓦蓝瓦蓝的。

可是，有一天大海里的水被污染了。两只小金鱼想到别处去。它们从大海里出发，游过了大江，又游过了小河。不幸的是，它们所到的地方的水都被污染了。最后，它们只好在小鱼缸里生活。

有一天，一位经过小鱼缸的小朋友问：“小鱼，你不喜欢你的家——大海吗?”

小鱼说：“当然喜欢!可是，大海里的水流都被破坏了，我们回去也是死路一条呀!”

“那你们不要自由了吗?”小朋友若有所思的问。

“我们动物只有一条命，就算饿死、憋死也比毒死好呀!我不要自由了。”

我们一定要保护环境，不然没家的就是我们人类了。

how to learn english well

First of all, reading is very important if we want to learn English well. When we are reading English articles we not only get to know a lot of English words and expressions, but also get a sound sense of English language (英语语感).

Then reciting english words is also necessary because without enough vocabulary we can not understand well.

Lastly, grammar is also improtant for us because if we dont know the basic knowledge about English grammar we may not understand the sentence structures. It will cause us a lot of problems.

Of course, we will also try hard to listen more and try to talk with people in English. In this way, we can learn English well.
