Learning english can be a very difficult task for most people, this is because we dont live in a environment where we are forced to speak or write english. so i think the best way to learn english is by communicating with others using the lagnguage itself and not just learn from the book. Im sure if you live in an environment such as a foreign country and were forced to speak and write english everyday then your english will imprve dramatically.

Sports do us good in many respects. It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of

cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and

arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a

“爱国”是永恒不变的精神“基因”。一百年前，在民族危亡的生死关头，一群青年人奔走呼号，那些热血的声音里透出的是属于他们的拳拳赤子心。总书记曾说“爱国，是人世间最深层、最持久的情感，是一个人立德之源、立功之本。”无论身处哪个时代，爱国，融在了每个青年人的骨血里。作为新时代青年当以先辈为榜样，坚持和弘扬爱国主义精神，为社会主义建设添砖加瓦。

“奋斗”是永恒不变的时代“底色”。百年一瞬，中国实现了从家国未定到国富民强，从救亡图存到伟大复兴，靠的正是一代又一代青年们的不懈奋斗。新时代是奋斗者的时代，作为新时代青年当立鸿鹄之志，以高度的事业心和责任感，立足本职岗位，为国家富强、民族振兴矢志奋斗。

“担当”是永恒不变的青年“态度”。“国土不可断送、人民不可低头”，面对山河破碎、豆剖瓜分，一群青年人担负起救世济民的重任，这一担，担起的是“民族脊梁”。作为新时代青年，当自觉担负起为国家谋发展、为民族谋复兴、为人民谋幸福的历史使命，不负期待、不负青春。

与历史对话，是铭刻、是接力，更是激励当代青年不忘初心、砥砺前行。总书记指出，“青年是整个社会力量中最积极、最有生气的力量，国家的希望在青年，民族的未来在青年。”新时代的中国青年当始终秉承五四爱国主义精神，肩扛强国重任，为中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量!

那一刻，我长大了。我的长大是在一次小小的考试后发生的一切而长大的。

“徐荣轩，85分。”老师大声喊道。怎么可能呢。我听到这个数字突然觉得五雷轰顶，刚开始的自信心全烟消云散了，望着眼前鲜红的叉叉像一把把利剑刺进了我的心里。说好的玩具又泡汤了，不行，不能就这样“认命”，只能破釜沉舟了。

回到家中，我“欢喜”道：“妈!我考了99分!”妈妈疑惑地扫了我一眼，然后微笑着说：“真的吗?把试卷拿出来看看?”我心里像十五个吊桶打水—七上八下，假装镇定地说：“这次试卷老师没发，讲完就直接收走了。”“怎么可能?每次考完，试卷不都要发下来订证，完了让家长签字吗?我来问一下老师。”妈妈试探地说。我立马慌了，知道纸包不住火了，慢慢地从书包里取出“千斤”重的试卷，头也不敢抬的递给了妈妈。

妈妈顿时火冒三丈：“85?长本事了?学会了撒谎，太让我失望了?”说完，把试卷扔在了我的脸上，离开了。我的脸刷地通红，心里像打翻了五味瓶，为我的行为感到羞愧。妈妈为了能更好地照顾我，都没有出去工作，每天细心照料着我的生活起居，我就是这样来回报她的吗?觉得对不起妈妈。于是，在心里暗暗发誓，下次一定要取得好成绩来弥补我的过失。

经过我不懈的努力，功夫不负有心人，终于取得了一个起眼的数字—98!我大步的跨进家中把“减肥成功”的试卷往桌上一拍，妈妈又扫了扫，露出了欣慰的笑容!这时，我才发现妈妈的眼角又多了几条鱼尾纹。

妈妈语重心长地说：“孩子!妈妈生气不是因为你考得不好，而是因为你不应该撒谎，这是妈妈最不能容忍的，偶尔考得不好没关系，胜败乃兵家常事，下次努力就好了!一定要做一个诚实的孩子，不管到什么时候心里都要坦坦荡荡的，明白了吗?”我用力点了点头……

那一刻，我长大了，明白了父母的不易!明白了父母的用心良苦!在以后的人生道路上，我要更加发奋努力图强，用更优异的成绩来报答父母的养育之恩!

For the young people, it is very important to have ambition, they need the motivation to move on. But most of them are just talking about the ambition and never take the action. The action is as important as the ambition. On the one hand, ambition sets up the goal for a person to fight. Without ambition, no one can be successful, ambition is just like the light in the dark, it leads people to see the bright future.

On the other hand, action helps people to realize their dreams. Sometimes, action even is more important than the ambition. Everyone has the ambition, but the action makes them different. The one who just keeps thinking and not to take action will never be successful. As the saying that no pain, no gain, it reminds people to take action. So we need to have both ambition and action.

对于年轻人来说，有雄心壮志是很重要的，他们需要动力来前进。但是他们大部分人只是嘴上说说，从来不行动。行动和决心一样重要。一方面，决心为人定下目标去奋斗。没有决心，没有人能够成功，决心就如黑暗中的灯光，引导着人们来看光明的未来。

另一方面，行动帮助人们实现他们的梦想。有时候，行动比决心更加重要。每个人都有决心，但是行动才会有所作为。谁只是想想而不采取行动的话，是不会成功的。正如有句话说没有付出，就没有收获，这告诉人们要采取行动。因此我们既需要决心，也需要行动。
