I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

日记使生活丰富多彩，它让生活更美好!

还记得十岁生日的时候，妈妈给我买了许多古诗词的书和一本日记本，当我看到一堆书的时候，我非常开心，但是妈妈又塞给我一本厚厚的本子。我问妈妈：“这本本子是用来干什么的?”妈妈回答：“记日记的。”

我当时十分生气，心想：这真是个糟糕的生日，平时作业这么多，现在又多了这件事，唉，无奈呀!

当天我在日记本记下了这件事，没想到一下子气消了好多，我感到很惊奇，但是这并没有转变我对写日记的态度。

转眼间，过了一年，我11岁了，日记本上记下了我这一年的喜怒哀乐和我的秘密，厚厚的半本，承载了我美好的回忆。在不经意间，我对它的态度由厌恶到了喜爱。

我的生活已离不开日记了。有一次我出去军训了半个月，半个月都没有写日记，总感觉少了什么似的。回到家，我迫不及待拿出日记本密密麻麻的写了七八页。从此，我去哪儿都带上日记本。

日记本到现在快写完了，每一次我写下的都是真情实感，它像我一个忠实的老朋友，我会把我的开心、悲伤、生气、喜悦都告诉它，它会认真听着我的倾诉，默默地把我告诉它的事情记在心里，在我空闲时，再把那些事情无声的告诉我。

所以说日记让生活更美好，更快乐!

在课堂授课的中学英语课堂条件下，“面对全体学生”的理念和学生人数众多的客观事实之间形成了一种矛盾，对教师是一个很大的挑战。相当多的教师仍然采用教授语言点和布置练习并讲评的模式上课，教师自始至终是课堂的主角，学生被动地接受，缺乏主动性，因此课堂沉闷是一个普遍现象，很多学生渐渐失去了兴趣甚至厌学，把学习看作是沉重的负担。

1.口语练习课的合作学习教学活动设计。

利用多媒体技术可以丰富和活跃口语课堂。多媒体技术能将社会、文化背景等人文因素形象化、具体化，使口语活动更具体化。口语活动设计可以采用采访与协商讨论;小组实践与拼图游戏等，恰当组织小组分工合作。同时，在设计口语任务时要难易得当。教学任务既要切合实际又要有一定的灵活性和挑战性，

2.精读课文的合作学习教学设计。

预先阅读阶段中的小组合作学习。在正式阅读课文前,教师可根据阅读文章的内容等提出一些问题，供学生思考、回答，以激发学生阅读的兴趣，为下一步的阅读作好准备。阅读阶段的小组合作学习——重心转向课文理解。这一阶段可以分为大意理解和细节阅读两个层次。大意理解要求学生寻找段落大意和文章大意，教师可以设计一些问题进行检测，如要求学生能够找到段落主题句，或做课文后的阅读理解练习。阅读后阶段的小组合作学习。此阶段旨在对课文内容进行梳理、总结，进而引发深层次的理解和思考。要求学生在课上规定时间内用英语写课文内容总结或读后感。然后，小组成员互相修改，每组派代表课上宣读。课后，教师随机抽查其他学生写作和修改的情况。在此过程中，学生可以将新课的词汇、短语等语言基础知识学以致用，同时锻炼写作能力。

3.写作课的合作学习教学设计。

英语写作能够比较客观地反映学生多方面的语言运用能力。然而在传统教学中教师对写作教学重视不够，往往导致学生英语写作能力较差。教学中采用合作式的写作模式，遵循“熟悉写作要求——小组讨论——合作写作——教师点评”的教学步骤。在熟悉写作要求阶段，教师布置写作任务，使学生熟悉写作要求。小组讨论由组长组织，学生根据教师和小组其他成员的意见进行构思、讨论、措辞等，充分发挥他们的思维能力来进行写作和修改，这有助于他们发现写作中存在的问题。在教师点评阶段，教师对各组展示的作品进行点评，指出共同错误，表扬优秀作品。这种合作式的协作写作课堂能充分调动学生的积极性和主动性，并且每个学生都得到提高。

4.选择适当的合作学习时机。

合作学习是课堂教学的一种重要方式，但不是唯一的方式。我们应该根据教学内容，学生实际等因素，让学生进行合作学习。一般来说，对于复杂、综合的学习内容，可以采用小组合作的学习方式，教师要根据教学内容的特点精心设计小组合作学习的“问题“为学生提供适当的，带有一定挑战性的学习对象或任务。通过竞争让学生获得小小的成功体验，增强他们学习英语的信心，同时也让学生在竞争中自觉完善自己。

5.构建结构合理的合作小组。

教师在构建合作小组时，应注意结构的合理性。一是小组人数要合理，一般以4~6人为宜，人数太多不利于学生间的交流和个人才能的充分展示;人数太少也不利于学生间的交流和互助;二是分组应遵循“组间同质，组内异质，优势互补”的原则，即按照学生的知识基础，学习能力，性格特点的差异进行分组，使每个小组都有高、中、低三个层次的学生，这样分组不但有利于学生间的优势互补，相互促进，而且为全班各小组之间的公平竞争打下了基础;三是小组成员应是动态的，可以根据内容的不同互换角色，这不仅使学生有新鲜感，提高合作学习的兴趣，而且可以改变学生在小组中长期形成的地位，即有的学生始终处于控制地位，有的学生始终处于从属地位，给每个学生提供发展的机会。

总之，在提高中学公共英语课堂教学水平方面，小组合作学习教学模式值得广大中学公共英语教师去探索和发展。合作学习以“学生为中心”的教学理念有助于形成积极有效的学习氛围，从而激励学生学习;它有利于激发学生对课堂教学活动的参与欲望，同时能培养学生的学习成就感和团队精神。

I was born in America and stayed there for four years. But after I celebrate my four years old birthday, my parents decide to go back to China. Going back to China, I meet many difficulties. The biggest difficulty for me is to learn Chinese. Oh, god, it is so hard. There are so many Chinese and every word has many meanings.
