每天去医院打点滴，喝板蓝根，病势有了好转，可以在家定心复习了，每到下午五点，我总会打电话给同窗好友，问她老师上课讲的重点内容和提要，用本子记下来，再对照书本翻阅一下。为了不拖欠作业，我又问她当天布置的课堂作业和家庭作业，然后认真补起来。这样我就不会落后，和同学们同样进度学习，真开心，信心倍增，一切都会好起来的!

一星期后，我恢复好来到学校，只剩下三天就要考试了，马上进入学习状态，不懂的及时找老师、同学讨论讨论。

没想到，得到优异的成绩。当迈步走向讲台领奖的那一刻，全班掌声阵阵，心里一阵阵欣喜，有些激动，脑海里又想到生病复习时的情景。付出就会有回报，我坚持不懈地复习，得到的就是老师、同学最好的礼物--——掌声。

这份奖赏足以让我心里得到满足，也是一份安慰。虽然奖赏是那样微小，但包含老师、同学对我的肯定和赞扬，再一次证明，我能行!

何谓高效?这就是100的三次方，做什么事情都必须讲效率。现在的时代，是“手机风云”盛行，无论何时、何地，都惊现低头族。于是，手机不离手，天天要去一点点，才感觉生活如此美好。学习时就不应该碰手机，时间有限，每天只有24小时，出去睡觉、休息、吃饭等等诸多时间，能用来学习的还有多少!因此，我们要努力提高时间的使用效率，“节能减排”这些对学习没有任何帮助的时间，去塑造一棵苍劲的树，从而让学习高效而快捷。

学习竞争，低碳顶峰

竞争，用简单的话说，就是“比”。然而这个“比”是要低碳的。可持续发展的“比”，是要敢于挑战比自己略胜一筹的人。初一，我只会一味地向妈妈报告一些比自己低的分数，但自己处于哪个位置，我再清楚不过。逐渐，我知道这样的竞争，根本没有意义，也做不到低碳。竞争会有压力，压力即是动力，动力即是向顶峰迈进的生生不息的能量。

低碳的学习，归结起来就是定位、高效和竞争。失败走剩的路，是留给成功的。当你重走当初不愿走的路时，才真正做到“低碳”了。

一、指导思想：

二、基本思路：

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

最近，我读了一则小故事，故事是说国内小有名气的教授在授课时讲述的在留学时一段不光彩的。教授在法国留学期间当地的车站大都没设检票口，也检票员，他就经常性地逃票。偶尔会被查到，但他抱着侥幸心理逃票。数年，当他以优异的毕业后，充满自信地巴黎公司的大门时，公司却因信用不良而拒绝了他。后来他终于明白，正是那种侥幸的心理他。事例，千万别拿诚信开玩笑，也不要。诚信是道路，开拓者的脚步延伸;诚信是智慧，博学者的求索积累;诚信是，奋进者的拼搏临近;诚信是财富的种子，只要你诚心种下，金库的钥匙。

诚信的故事就在身边，记得有测验后，老师宣布了得满分的同学名单。“咦?我明明错了一道题，应该98分呀!”被报到名字的同学一边说一边讲台，“老师，这道题我做错了呀。”那位同学诚实地指出了试卷上的错误。幕，同学们不约而同地鼓起了掌。同学试卷上的满分，但他却了道德上的满分。在身边，却各类自作聪明和事，那边就有和老师大声理论呢，“这道题我错呀!老师你看，得数明明是‘111’，你肯定是批错了。”同学一边说，一边还露出委屈的神情，其实他心里正为在“11”后面加了个“1”而得意着呢!老师听了后，推了推眼镜，仔细查看了试卷，又翻出还没下发的草稿纸，语重心长地指出了那位同学草稿纸上竖式的错误原因。那位同学自知理亏，低着头，胀红了脸，羞愧地走下讲台，真是聪明反被聪明误。

诚信钥匙，能人与人的那扇门;诚信又像石子，能填补人与人的空隙。让从开始，勇敢事实与真理，做诚实的有道德，诚信比智谋。

还记得在我三年级暑假的时候，我和奶奶回了一趟老家。有一天下午，我正在鸡圈旁边的一片小野花丛里捉蝴蝶，忽然发现鸡圈里有几只鸡在吃地上的一些细沙和碎石。我心想，这不得把鸡的肠胃给扎破呀!所以我赶紧跳进鸡圈，把那几只正在吃沙子和碎石的鸡给赶走了，可那鸡非但不领情，还把我的手给叨疼了。

我很生气，所以就不管那些鸡，跑到了奶奶那里，喊着：“奶奶，你看，鸡把我的手给叨红了。”正在刷碗的奶奶扭头看了看我的时候，说：“没事儿，叼得不狠，一会儿就不红了。对了，那鸡叨你干嘛呀?”“因为我看见那些鸡在吃沙子，我去赶它们，所以它们就叼了我。对了奶奶，你赶快去把那层沙子扫了吧，要不那些鸡又该吃了。”奶奶听完笑了起来，说：“傻丫头，那是我故意放进去的。”“啊!”我惊讶极了，忙问：“为什么呀?”奶奶却好像故意掉我胃口，说：“小祖宗，没见我忙着呢!一会问你爸去。”无奈，我只好去等爸爸回来。

过了一会儿，爸爸还没回来，我有些等不及了。这时，我突然想起我来时好像把那本《十万个为什么》带来了。所以我赶忙回屋去找那本书。

后来，我在书上竟找到了答案，原来鸡吃沙子是因为鸡没有牙齿，所以无法消化大一点的食物，所以要吃一些像沙子、石渣、碎玻璃类的东西放在胃里摩擦食物。因此才会有我看到的现象。

现在终于真想大白了。同学们，这就是生活中的科学。怎么样，生活中是不是处处有科学呀!
